Ho pernottato solamente una notte, mi son trovato benissimo, ottime rifiniture, igiene, comfort, e soprattutto riservato , ci ritornerò volentieri.

Il servizio durante la colazione era professionale, il personale è sempre a disposizione sia per dare consigli sia per quanto riguarda informazioni di tipo turistico. E' un servizio efficiente anche per la risoluzione di problemi che potrebbero sorgere (per esempio a noi si è rotto durante il soggiorno il condizionatore della camera e in mattinata era […] già riparato nonostante fosse nel periodo di ferragosto). E' un hotel curato nelle rifiniture. E' sufficientemente gradevole anche per chi non sta tutto il giorno in giro per la città perché vi è un salottino con uno schermo grande e un angolo bar. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è stato ottimo visto che abbiamo usufruito di una offerta expedia, ma a prezzo normale il mio giudizio non sarebbe stato lo stesso. La struttura è relativamente nuova, basterebbe qualche accortezza in più per renderla veramente confortevole.Le stanze sono grandi ma spoglie, arredate con il minimo indispensabile, copriletti […] e tende di dubbio e antico gusto. Il bagno è vecchiotto ma sempre pulito , la doccia ha problemi di scarico. Sia alla porta della doccia che agli infissi in camera ci sono notevoli problemi di muffa, non capisco come mai non vengano presi in considerazione, considerando che la pulizia in generale non è poi così male, solo i vetri alle finestre erano veramente sporchi. Colazione buona, personale gentile, zona periferica non consigliata a ragazze sole, soprattutto non raggiungibile senza mezzi propri. Ripeto, qualche modifica alle stanze cambierebbe di molto il giudizio finale. Continua a leggere

In generale è un bell'hotel e anche pulito, gli unici problemi sono stati sempre il troppo rumore anche a tarda sera o notte e il caldo ora che le temperature son salite. Non ho mai trovato la stanza fresca.

Ci è stata assegnata la camera di fronte al bar dell'hotel, scelta di posizionare camere sbagliata in quando i clienti che vi sostano per ovvie di cose chiacchierano e quindi di riflesso per chi è in camera a riposare è disturbato....poi c'è la radio in filodiffusione che tutto il giorno resta funzionante e quindi si unisce al disagio di prima ed è […] una miscela micidiale per chi vuol riposare nelle ore pomeridiane specie se arriva in hotel com'è successo a me da un viaggio in auto di 600 km...... per ultimo il parcheggio dovrebbe essere compreso nel prezzo e non escluso .......posizione del hotel un po fuori mano visto la distanza dal centro Continua a leggere

Ho soggiornato con altre due coppie di amici e siamo rimasti tutti molto soddisfatti,veramente bello,molto accogliente,in un ottima posizione,ben servito dai mezzi,una zona tranquilla,etc. veramente bello,ci ritorneremo sicuramente. E' la seconda volta volta che alloggio in questo hotel e oltre alla convenienza, ho trovato anche molta cortesia e disponibilità. Le camere sono spaziose ed anche i bagni. Stanze pulite e comode. Con poche fermate del tram si è alla stazione centrale. Unica osservazione è sul parcheggio che è pagamento. E' vero che è coperto e videosorvegliato, ma 10€ […] a notte mi sembra eccessivo. ho scelto questo hotel fidandomi delle altre recensioni lette sul vostro sito ... e non mi sono sbagliato , l'albergo è nuovo , camere ampie, molto pulito , piacevolmente famigliare . E' un pò più distante dall'aereoporto di quello che dicono , ma anche comodo al centro .

Although it is a tricky place to find for first time visitors traveling via Train and I advice you to call them ahead to get directions from Napoli Central (Take Tram no. 1 or 2 right from station). The hotel itself is ok- very handy for the airport. The female receptionist was brilliant and very helpful. The bed was very uncomfortable unfortunately and the shower was rather temperamental. The main complaint is the area - we didn't feel safe at all. There's nothing really nearby at all either and the restaurant doesn't do food other than breakfast. i dont understand the negative reviews i read about this Hotel, it was clean, comfortable, the staff were lovely and the breakfast was very good.admitedly some of the staff dont speak English, but why do people expect every other country to speak English? use a phrase book!! It is situated in a buisness area away from the main train station which means […] you are away from the noise and an area which can be intimidating. the number 170 bus stops outside the hotel as does the number 1 tram which both goes to the main train station and only costs 1.20 euros. fantastic Hotel would deffinatly go again. I would have given this hotel a 5 except for two things: the shower was way too small and not slip-proof. And, the Internet connection was terrible. But the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, well kept and the staff is top-notch. The owner lives next door and is always available. Highly recommend, with those 2 exceptions.

They say they have a multi lingual staff but I am pretty sure they have everything but English. The surrounding neighborhood is easy to navigate but appears pretty dirty. The bed is also very hard. They have a menu available but if you want breakfast you have to request it the day before and they are not very clear on when they serve dinner.

I have spent a night in Buono Hotel. For short stays on a budget i would easily recommend this hotel. The stuff is very friendly and helpfull. The room was very clean and big but had no balcony or view. We used the parking facilities which costed a few euro more for our entire stay. They were kind enough to let us leave our motorbike and luggage in […] the hotel for many hours after we had checked out. The staff at this hotel were very warm and welcoming (which is nice when you are staying in Naples, a really rough and dirty city.) The hotel itself is clean with new construction and comfortable rooms. Decor is nice. The bus stops directly in front of the hotel. The location is pretty terrible if you plan to walk anywhere. It takes about 15 minutes […] to walk to the main part of town near the train station and about 20-25 minutes to walk to the historic centre, which is the only area of this city that is worth seeing. The city itself is very dirty and the people are somewhat abrassive. Cars will rarely stop to let you walk across the street...even when there is a green walking signal for the pedestrians. So this makes it even more of a challenge to walk anywhere. It becomes quite exhausting, trying to walk amongst the dangerous traffic, the garbage and broken glass that covers every square inch of the street, the rude and perverted men that are constantly honking and yelling at you, and the seedy street vendors. When you get to the airport or train station, expect a scammer to try to whisk you off to an unregistered taxi and charge you an arm-and-a-leg on an unmetered cab fare. The hotel was great, but the city itself was so terrible that I would suggest booking at a hotel that is directly in the historic centre or directly beside the train station. At least that way, you can walk to the sites and then make it quickly back to the safety of your locked hotel room s quickly as possible. Or better yet, DON"T GO TO THIS CITY unless you absolutely must. Continua a leggere

Stayed one night to pick up family from Naples flying in from the US. Did not expect much but in the end was very impressed. -Very close to Naples Airport. -Customer service was great...had my 18 mo old start crying in the middle of the night, and the staff was very helpful in getting warm milk for the baby without any reservations. Staff answered […] all my questions and was attentive to all our needs. -Hotel is very well designed and built...gated property with good security. Has a spacious courtyard and an enclosed parking garage(which alleviated my fears of a break-in of my car and all our baggage). Brkfast was good. -Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable(for european standards). Only one problem, one of our AC units of the two rooms booked did not work that well, but other than that all other things worked fine. -The surrounding neighborhood was not great, not too many places to eat nearby, but the nearest pizzeria the hotel recommended served great pizza well below tourist prices. -Overall satisfied and would stay there again if I were transiting through. However, I would not stay as a base for seeing Naples or surrounding areas. Very good deal on the price for two rooms. Happy Hunting! Continua a leggere

Ótima escolha pra quem estiver de carro. Fácil acesso para quem chega de Roma pela Autoestrada. Estacionamento Interno a 10 Euros por diária. e ônibus/bonde em frente que leva até o Centro de Napoli ou mesmo até o porto de onde saem os barcos para Capri. O café da manhã é controlado de perto pelos funcionários, rsrsrs. Mas os funcionários são simpáticos […] e atenciosos. O Hotel parece um Oásis dentro de Napoli. Estou satisfeito. Continua a leggere

I Napoli-anda var personalen väldigt trevliga och behjälpliga även fall engelskan var bristfällig. Dock så lyser viljan av att hjälpa igenom alla som jobbar där. AC i hela huset och inte bara på rummen. Badrummen är av väldigt bra kvalitet, internet är gratis, städerskan vek till och med ihop våra kläder. Nackdelen med hotellet var att det inte finns […] någon kyl på rummen, att frukost inte ingår men allt annat väger upp för det. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Hotel ist recht neu. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Kleinen Abzug gibt es für die Lage. Wir waren in einem Nebengebäude untergebracht. Vor dem Hotel und unmittelbar darüber verlaufen zwei Hauptstraßen. Für jemanden mit Schlafproblemen also eher nicht zu empfehlen. Direkt vor dem Hotel befindet […] sich eine Straßenbahn-Haltestelle, somit ist man in 20-30 Minuten (je nach Verkehr) direkt im Zentrum. It is a nice hotel, but the are no restaurent at the hotel and no restaurent nearby. It is very close the the heighway whitch make a lot of noise. There were no one at the hotel who could speak english which gave some diffeculty during the stay. But it is at nice hotel.

kaum zu glauben, mit 3 Sternen zu diesem Preis findet man kaum etwas vergleichbares. Bei diesem Hotel merkt man nichts von Neapels Müllproblem.
