Hotel situato esattamente di fronte all'ingresso dello stadio Re Baldovino (ex Eysel (lapide commemorativa della tragedia sul muro alla sinistra dell'entrata)), comodo per la vista all'Atomium nonché alla minieuropa. Vicinissimo alla fermata della metrò: con un semplice cambio di treno si arriva in centro in 15/20 minuti. Le camere non sono enormi ma comunque molto confortevoli con un bel bagno e tv schermo piatto con parecchi canali tv (sia belgi che italiani). Le camere che si trovano sul lato interno sono silenziose e non si sente il traffico automobilistico; si avverte solo il passaggio di qualche aereo. La colazione è abbondante e varia sia per chi la vuole fare alla "tedesca" oppure all'italiana con varietà di croissants, pain chocolat ecc. Nell'area circostante sono presenti negozi e ristoranti. Per chi è in automobile si posteggia facilmente davanti all'ingresso dell'hotel (la sosta è gratuita tutto il giorno). Inoltre si trova in posizione strategica per raggiungere l'autostrada.

Anderlecht, un sobborgo industriale di Bruxelles, suona familiare ad ogni appassionato di calcio come sede della squadra di calcio più nota del Belgio. Il suo monumento principale è la guglia aerea dell'immensa chiesa gotica del XIV secolo di Sts-Pierre-et-Guidon. Fra le altre attrazioni segnaliamo il museo Gueuze, una birreria a conduzione familiare che produce classiche birre belghe (tour guidati e degustazioni), la casa di Erasmo, dove il grande studioso Erasmo visse nel 1521, e un museo del cucito.

Hotel molto bello; stanze nuove, grandi e silenziose. La zona non è un granchè ma è davvero comodo per raggiungere la stazione Midi.
"Brand New Hotel / Good for Train Travelers"
We were upgraded to an Apartment/Penthouse after the safe failed on our first room. Hotel is brand new but on the 2 days we stayed, room service did not vacuum the carpets or provide additional soap/toiletries and the drawers were broken already. The view is not exactly desirable as it looks out to dilapidated houses in the area. The hotel staff were […] minimally helpful, they could not provide power adapters. I area is next to the main city train station so after about 8 PM it is recommended that you don't wander outside. It is about a 20-min walk to the city center. "An oasis in a very bad neighborhood"
It is a real shame this beautiful little cozy hotel is tucked away in the bad part of town. It's scary if you have to leave the hotel, not bad if you don't. Oh, but the room was cozy and clean.
"Hotel Cascade Midi - close to the train station"
I was looking for an overnight place to stay before taking the train from Midi back to Paris. This fit the bill, was a good value, and was across the street from the train station. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but aren't most near train stations anyway? All in all, I recommend for business travelers but not families.

The hotel is near to midi and all metro conecctions. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, very clean. No noice, the price is a little too much,
"Great hotel in a convenient but iffy neighborhood"
This is a modern, comfortable, high quality hotel. It's directly across from the Brussels-Midi (Brussels-Zuid) rail station, so it is very convenient but the neighborhood is not great. There are some good restaurants nearby and the station has good shopping, but many folks would not be comfortable venturing out late at night.

The Cascade Midi is very clean and modern, and it was a fine place to stay for one night before catching an early morning train out of Brussels Zuid.

Only two irons available for entire hotel. If guests keep them in their room - your shafted as I was. Simple basics.

I liked the hotel but the fact that there is no restaurant in the hotel turned me off. The area offered only fast-food take away shops. For a 4 star hotel I expect at least a restaurant or a bar at the hotel.
"Close to the Midi train station...and nothing else"
This hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the Midi train station. Those 15 minutes are through a very sketchy looking area with broken up sidewalks, making pulling luggage very difficult. The hotel will say that they're 15 minutes from the Square that everyone comes to Brussels to see. They are definitely not. We took a cab to the square and back, and […] the driver's GPS said that it was approximately 3 miles from the hotel. No one walks that fast. The desk also refused to call a taxi for us, so we had to walk back to the train station to find one. FYI - no free internet, and no room service available. "Muy centrico"
Muy bien ya que esta muy cerca de la estacion del tren y sin embargo es muy silencioso y salvo que habia una fuga de agua, el resto estuvo genial. Nuevo o recioen remodelado y muy comodo.

"Cascade Midi Brussel, niet zo centraal"
De kamer was heel klein. Hier hadden we meer van verwacht. Wat ook erg tegenviel was de bar en loungeruimte. Heel erg klein. Niet echt uitnodigend om nog even gezellig na te borrelen na een dagje stad. De wandeling naar de grote markt (20 min.) was 's avonds niet zo fijn door de mindere buurt waar je doorheen moet lopen. L'hôtel est complètement neuf et très bien tenu. Le service est impeccable et très accommodant. Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien insonorisées et la salle de bains est vraiment superbe. L'environnement n'est pas terrible, à proximité immédiate de la gare Bruxelles Midi. On ne se sent toutefois pas en insécurité comme j'ai pu le lire dans certains commentaires. Hôtel très propre, bien situé et lits très confortables. À distance de marche du centre de Bruxelles. Vue sur la gare un peu moche mais pour prendre le train tôt le matin, c'est l'idéal!

Se trata de un hotel aceptable para aquel que venga de Charleroi por viajar con Ryanair ya que te pilla muy a mano. Se trata de un hotel nuevo que está bastante limpio. Lo que más me gustó fue la comodidad de la cama y el que tuviera terraza. Lo malo es que se encuentra justo pegado a la estación de trenes (pero tiene buena insomnorización), el que […] se trata de un barrio de clase media-baja y que para dejar las maletas en el baggage room había que pagar 3 euros. "Das war besser, als wir erwartet!"
Als wir das Hotel gesehen haben, waren wir super überrascht. Man erwartet schon nicht so viel von 3 Sterne Hotels und besonders in groessen städter , aber das war ganz neue, ganz viel Platz, besonders für die wer mit Kinder reißt. Ganz toll gemacht und ganz schoen dekoriert mit dem Geschmack. Als die Putzfrau festgestellt hat dass wir zudriet sind, […] sofort hat am nächsten Tag uns noch 4 Badetücher dazu drauf gelegt. The hotel is new and confortable, close to a metro station, but if are by car or need a internet conexion forget about it. car parking = 18 euros per day internet = 15 euros per day international call = 5 min = 17 euros you can get a 5 star better located with all these included. not again!

"Pas mal si vous obtenez une chambre"
Hotel neuf bien situé près de la gare, chambre assez confortable. En revanche j'ai dû négocier 45 minutes pour obtenir ma chambre malgrès la réservation. On m'a dit que la femme de chambre n'était pas là et on m'a suggéré d'aller dans un autre hotel. Assez étonnant pour un 4 etoiles. On ne nm'a offert aucune forme de compensation.
