Al ns. arrivo in camera abbiamo trovato le lenzuola sporche/non cambiate. Fatta presente la questione alla reception, dopo un attimo abbiamo ricevuto una nuova stanza. Per scusarsi ci hanno offerto la colazione gratis. L'hotel è molto pulito, al di là dell'incidente iniziale. Posizione proprio a downtown, vicino allo stadio di baseball e a tutte le altre attrattive. Ottimo anche il business center aperto 24h, con computer e stampanti. Al ristorante si mangia bene e più economicamente che negli altri ristoranti del centro: tutti piuttosto cari.

"DON'T STAY HERE!!!!"
We thought the rooms were ok, Thermostate was broken, wires were there but not connected. The swimming pool and sauna were nothing like the pics. The pool and hottub had no chemicals in it. (stunk)Maybe 2 jets were working. THe hotel had a weird smell to it. Didn't get much sleep do to fighting and arguing in the halls. Couldn't wait to get out of there. A bunch of teenage girls had to be taken out of the hotel at 1:15 in the morning. by the police. Other than that it was not a bad stay. Got a good price.
unfortunatly i was diappointed with the condition of the hotel. upon entry to my room the door handle was falling off, peep hole falling out, frig was ticking, and the furniture tops had visible outlines of dust where things were sitting. The cold air return in the hall looked like it had never been cleaned. There were also a couple of guys selling […] ribs and mac and cheese out of the meeting room, which when i went out and got some ice cream were talking on the phone and saying business was so slow due to people not buying food from the hotel. The sauna was broken, lights were broken over the spa(a shock hazard), poorly repaired drywall patches on the ceiling that was never painted and the large window by the pool looked out at backyards and worst of all 10 years of trash build up is what we had to look out the window at. I have never been in a comfort inn in which things were so dirty, unmaintained, and unprofessional in short i was very very disappointed. Continua a leggere

"Terrible Experience"
I stayed here bc there were good reviews and unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. Although the hotel is nonsmoking, my room reaked of stale smoke when I arrived. I opened the window and noticed the screen was broken and barely hanging on. The carpeting clearly had not been vacuumed in some time. There was also garbage on the floor behind the […] desk. I didn't both to request a new room, as I figured it wouldn't be any better. The neigborhood was also sketchy, but it's close to downtown Detroit. The breakfast was nice, the pool area was decent, and in general, the staff was friendly. But I'd NEVER stay here again. Continua a leggere
VERY nice hotel - not great neighborhood. Were staying there to hit a concert at comerica park and it was hard to get a taxi to and from the hotel. The ride home at 1:30am ended up costing $55 for 10 miles. ....
