"Warm and Cozy loved It"
They are so sweet, and nice. Wonderful breakfast and service.
"Small town, charming hotel"
Outside of access to beautiful country, this is a small town without much happening - but they are trying to spruce up the one block of down town - right across the street. The Gunnison Rose is charming, reasonable, well kept and quiet.

This place was beautiful, cozy, clean, friendly. I will return again and again. The bedrooms were a little small but the comfort of the beds and yummy food made up for it. Great place to go with friends or family because it has very nice areas to play games and or just visit.

A little off the beaten path but well worth the extra drive. Best breakfast. Hosts were wonderful and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again if in the vicinity.

We had a wonderful stay at the Rose Inn. The staff were genuninely concerned about our comfort and making our stay as nice as possible. We were welcomed with homemade cookies, shown to our room and even shown how to use the remotes to the tv. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. "Gunnison Rose B & B"
We had a lovely breakfast and when we arrived the night before there were snacks available in the dining room and in our room. It was the most comfortable motel/hotel bed we have ever had. The bedding was clean and fresh and the bathroom spotless. We arrived late about 8:00 and breakfast was prepared for us early because they knew we wanted to be on […] the road early.
