The location is very good and the room was clean but the sofa in our room is old and dirty, we were afraid to sit on it and so we did not use it. We strongly suggest for it to be changed. Thre location is good for shopping at the Woodlands Mall or the shops across I-45. The room was a comfortable size, with a small sitting area which was ideal for reading. The traffic noise from I -45 was deafing outside the hotel but slightly better inside the room ( our room was ground floor near the pool area). I was a very surprised by the highway noises when I first checked in as I did not realize how close we are to the high way, but the front desk gave me a fan which really helped. There are several good restaurants within a mile of the inn, but if you are going north, it requires a half mile turn around to go under I-45.
