L'hotel è situato proprio di fronte ad una bellissima (anche se un po' piccola spiaggia) nel centro di Pereybere. Il personale è davvero cordialissimo e penso che i mauriziani siano sicuramente la popolazione più cordiale ed accogliente che abbia mai conosciuto. La fermata dell'autobus è proprio dall'ingresso dell'hotel ed il supermarket è a circa 200 metri. Consigliatissimo!

Bellissimo hotel, camera vista mare a due metri dalla piscina e a 4 dalla spiaggia! Bellissima visuale sul mare e le palme dalla finestra della camera. Ottimo servizio. Se però vuoi fare qualcosa ti devi spostare non a piedi perchè nelle vicinanze non c'è un granchè...Nel complesso molto soddisfatto.

La struttura ha superato le mie aspettative considerando le recensioni non sempre entusiasmanti che avevo letto prima della partenza. Le parti comuni e le stanze sono davvero ben curate, come anche il servizio sempre puntuale. Il personale molto cortese e professionale, riusciva sempre ad anticipare le nostre esigenze. Qualche miglioramento si potrebbe apportare alla varietà dei menù offerti e all'organizzazione delle attività di intrattenimento e sportive durante il giorno. La spiaggia a disposizione è effettivamente poco godibile ma la location rimane a mio parere molto favorevole in quanto l'hotel dista due minuti a piedi dalla carinissima spiaggia pubblica della Cuvette e dal centro abitato di Grand Baie, con la possibilità di raggiungere facilmente ristoranti, negozi e locali notturni che fino alle 23 offrono sempre buona musica live. Consiglio anche di noleggiare le biciclette per raggiugere le vicine spiagge del nord (splendida in particolare quella di Pereybere).

Quando ho prenotato questo hotel con Hotel.com avevo richiesto ESPRESSAMENTE che la camera riservata fosse al primo piano (e non al piano terreno) ed a poca distanza dalla hall e/o ristorante principale perchè ero in viaggio con mia figlia di 5 anni ed avevo il problema di non dovermi sobbarcare molta strada con lei in braccio se questa si fosse addormentata dopo cena. Queste richieste mi erano state confermate dall'operatore di Hotel.com, che a sua volta aveva ottenuto la conferma direttamnete dalla reception de Le Meridien. Neanche farlo apposta, all'arrivo all'hotel veniamo accompagnati alla nostra camera che si trovava a piano terrra!! Contesto al concierge che ci aveva accompagnato che la soluzione offertaci non era rispondente alle richieste pattuite e ottengo di essere accompagnato ad un'altra camera, questa volta al primo piano ma all'estremità nord dell'hotel al oltre 200 metri dal ristorante. Contesto anche questa soluzione, ma mi viene risposto che è la sola stanza disponibile al primo piano: prendere o lasciare. Dopo 13 ore di volo non avevo molte energie per stare a discutere su quale offerta avevo diritto secondo gli accordi con Hotel.com e mi sono rassegnato. Questo in ogni caso ha influito sul giudizio che ho maturato sia su Le Meridien che su Hotel.come che valuterò molto bene prima tornare ad utilizzare questi operatori.

"Ottima posizione"
Bell'hotel, ben arredato, con parcheggio nel retro, non ha la spiaggia riservata, ma basta attraversare la strada per affacciarsi sulle spiaggie di Flic en Flac. Staff gentilissimo e molto presente, come tutti i Mauriziani d'altronde, disponibili a tutte le richieste. "delizioso"
Abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni in questa struttura, non molto grande ma deliziosa! Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, mille attenzioni dall'accoglienza alla partenza, ogni sera a rotazione proponevano cene tipiche di qualche paese, anche la cena italiana è stata molto buona, e vi assicuro che sono critica! le bevande si pagano a parte. l'unica cosa negativa […] è stata la comodità del letto, enorme ma decisamente scomodo, l'impressione è di dormire sul pavimento per quanto sia duro. abbiamo passato 3 notti all'hotel. Ottima posizione davanti alla spiaggia di Flic en Flac. Il servizio è stato abbastanza buono, il cibo potrebbe essere più vario. Ci hanno assegnato una camera molto rumorosa( l'hotel confina con un supermercato e sotto c'è un Casino ).

I stayed with my wife 6 nights at Aanari and the overall expression of the hotel was good. The food they had on dinners varied a lot and was generally very good. We were upgraded to a large family room which had a huge balcony just above the bar and garden (nice to sit there and enjoy the entertainment which finished at around 10 pm). The rooms were […] well equipped and clean. The internet connection in the room was a little bit weak but functional (strongest in the toilet). The sound isolation capacity of the doors was not so good, but did not disturb us. We felt that the drinks in the bar and the spa treatments were overpriced as this was not a 4 star hotel. The location of the hotel is very conveniently close to the beach and supermarket. Easy to get taxis and book tours eg. visit casela bird park and market in quatre bones. "Good place to stay in West-Mauritius"
Location: + The hotel is conveniently located next to a small shopping mall (SPAR, ITALY TOURS Info, souvernir shops, etc.). Lunch is not a problem, because there are food hawkers on the public beach. - However you do need to cross the road if you want to go to the beautiful public beach. Service: + the staff was friendly and the check-in/check-out […] went smoothly - restaurant service was bad: they always run-out of glasses for the juice or bowls for the soup; they don't always refill the food trays; the drinks you order come late (or does not come at all). If you want fast service and good service, sit on Sabrina's tables. Room: + nice, clean and quiet (although some Indian tourists can be really loud early in the morning). Overall we could not fault the hotel. Location for our needs was good. Staff were friendly helpful attentive,one could not ask for more!! Would definitely recommend this hotel. Food was excellent all buffet style.

"High prices, little comfort"
Much too expensive for its value. Indeed comments about rates would not help sellling this package! This would however be quite relavant to Hotels.com interested buyers of packages or hotel rooms.

酒店提供的早晚餐，并且餐饮比较适合中国人口味，周边环境优美，出门就是海滩，同时周边超市，警察局，货币兑换点，旅行社，餐馆等等，应有尽有，很便利。

订的豪华房半餐，早餐每天都一样的，肉太多了蔬菜只有色拉里才有。晚餐每天的花样都不一样，从色拉到主食到甜点都品种蛮多的，尽情的吃，老板应该是华人，我们住的时候正好碰到除夕，有舞狮还加了餐。位置就在所在区的警察局对面，下面就是SPAR超市，买东西很方便，三岔路口有货币兑换点，警察局边上就是海滩了，走过去5分钟，海滩边上有很多卖吃的车子，价格还实惠。

Vähän ihmetytti touhu tässä hotellissa...Aina siivouksen jäljitä jäi puuttumaan jotain, usein ne oli pyyhkeitä, myös tyynyliinat ja pussilakanat jäi siivoojilla usein laittamatta kokonaan! Tuntui, että henkilökunta oli vain tekevinään jotain, ei merkkiäkään ammattimaisesta työskentelysta. Respan henkilökunta oli kuitenkin hymyileviä ja avuliaita. Huone […] oli pieni, eikä siellä mitään luvattuja tempur-patjojakaan ollut. . Sijainti ihan kiva ja ympäristössä kivoja halpoja ravintoloita. Hôtel moyen pour un séjour en amoureux... pas de vue mer depuis la chambre, restaurant peu chaleureux avec la route juste à côté, clientèle plutôt familiale avec marmailles. Service impeccable néanmoins avec un personnel sympathique et un petit plus pour le buffet petit déjeuner qui reste sympathique. Bref, à vous de juger !

Le cadre de l'hôtel est très joli, l'entrée est très bien décorée, avec beaucoup de plantes. Les chambres sont malheureusement très décevantes : il fait jour à 6h dans la chambre car les rideaux sont trop courts, les draps sont tachés, le mitigeur de la douche ne marche pas (soit très chaud, soit froid, soit tiède quand il n'y a pas eu de soleil ou […] qu'il est tard), pas de brosse pour nettoyer les toilettes, ni de savon pour se laver les mains (sauf le dernier jour je sais pas pourquoi), la carte magnétique pour ouvrir la porte fonctionne aussi très mal. Côté spa, le cadre est agréable, mais comme l'hôtel est en centre ville et que le spa est en extérieur, le bruit des voitures défavorise fortement la relaxation. Côté buffet, la qualité n'est pas exceptionnelle (mais c'est dur de trouver de la très bonne nourriture en buffet à Maurice), et la quantité limitée (ne pas arriver après 20h30). Hatten einen ausgesprochen angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus. Hervorzuheben sind die themenbezogenen Abendbuffets und der SPA-Bereich (Erholung pur) Die Lage an der Strasse ist nur wenig störend. Nachteilig: nur wenige Liegen am Strand, pro Person nur 1 Handtuch im Zimmer.

Descriptif des chambres sur le site "HOTELS.COM" non conforme à la réalité. La chambre vendue pour supérieure est en réalité une chambre standard sans balcon avec vue sur parking et maisons en construction. Nous remercions particulièrement PREM et AVI de l'hôtel AANARI qui se sont démenés pour nous donner une chambre de luxe avec vue partielle sur la […] mer afin que nous passions un séjour très agréable. L'hôtel est parfaitement tenu. Les buffets sont excellents. Il mériterait plus d'étoiles. Le personnel est très aimable. Il n'y a que la rue à traverser pour se rendre à la plage qui est superbe. Tout est mis en oeuvre pour satisfaire le client. Le seul inconvénient est le bruit. L'hôtel est situé dans un environnement urbain : Circulation automobile, bars, basse cour des maisons voisines, chiens... Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Cet hôtel est très bien centré à Flic en Flac et pas si bruyant qu'annoncé. Il a un magnifique SPA avec vue mer en partie, ainsi qu'un jolie piscine. Les chambres sont grandes et confortable. Le bruit viendrait plutôt des couloirs car les portes sont mal insonorisées. Par contre, la partie la plus catastrophique du séjour fût le restaurant. D'abord […] c'est tenu par des chinois, donc menus buffet principalement que chinois. Ensuite et surtout, c'est rationnalisé. Nous arrivions à 20h pour le repas et tout les plats étaient vides et n'avaient pas vraiment prévus de re-remplir. Parfois il ne nous restaient plus que de la salade, rien d'autre alors que nous avions la demi pension. Ils n'ont pas assez de personnel, donc le service ne suit pas. Ils n'ont pas assez de vaisselle, donc quand une table se libère, ils ne la re-prépare pas, par manque de couvert. Impossible de se servir de soupe, il n'y avait plus de bols... nous demandions de l'eau, des verres, des serviettes, il fallait demander 3x, à chaque fois ils arrivaient avec une seule des choses demandes, que normalement dans un 3* on n'a pas à demander, ce devrait être déjà sur la table. Pareil pour le petit déjeuner, si vous arrivez à 9h30 (servit jusqu'à 10h30) il n'y a plus de pain, plus de fruits... bref, le buffet est déjà quasiment vide.... Si vous prenez un expresso, ce n'est pas compté dans le prix du buffet, donc charge en plus. L'eau non plus n'est pas incluse dans la pension. Un soir, exaspéré, nous avons commandé à la carte.... il nous a fallu attendre 45 min pour être servis. Nous n'avions plus faim, tellement énnervé que nous étions. Le Manager du restaurant ne sert à rien, il est bien là, mais mis à part se promener il ne fait rien, il glande litérallement. Impressionnant et fait encore semblant de ne pas comprendre pourquoi nous sommes excédés !!! Aanari Hotel in Flic en Flac - Perfect location, just wrong room Cleaning: -------------------- The hotel is perfectly clean, service is good. Towels are replaced twice a day if needed. Once in the morning and again in the evening. Tea/Coffee: -------------------- There is free tea and coffee which get filled up twice a day too. Language: -------------------- The […] staff speaks perfect french (which we unfortunatly do not) The staff speaks also english, even though in the start only with very low voice, which sometimes makes it hard to hear what they are saying. Internet connection: -------------------- The internet connection fails big time, they just installed wireless internet in mid april 2011 and the connection was only available directly under the aircondition. Food: -------------------- Excellent. 3 of 7 days were with a 4 course menu. Very delicious and not spicy food. Desserts are in general based on fruit and are not too sweet. The 4 remaining days were with a buffet. Every day has a theme. For instance : Creol, Italian, Chinese etc. We can recommend their fresh pressed juice to drink along with the dinner. Luxe hotel met een ideale ligging: het strand ligt direct aan de overkant van de weg. Blijkbaar kan je bij de receptie vouchers krijgen voor ligstoelen en een parasol op het strand, maar dat is ons nooit verteld. Wel wat onderhoudsproblemen in onze kamer: water in wastafel liep niet goed door, water in de douche stroomde de kamer in, waterketel deed […] het niet goed, maar dat was wel overkomelijk voor de 3 nachten. Het enige minpunt waren de harde bedden. Nog nooit op zo'n hard matras geslapen. Het leek wel alsof je op de grond sliep. Een zeer aangename verrassing was het eten: uitstekend ontbijt en avondeten. "Très mauvais rapport qualite / prix"
Longue attente, pas d'explications claires ni en francais ni en anglais, pas d'adaptateur pour les prises europeennes ou américaines dans les chambres. Sèche-cheveux inutilisable, pas de menu demi-pension, juste un abbatement de 400 roupies par personne. Quand on sait qu'un seul plat coute en moyenne 400 roupies, la facture est plutot salée.
