Room was clean, no problems there. Biggest problem was lack of wifi in my room, which I needed and did not want to drag everything into the lobby to have to use. Only solution Tony had was to put in a "work order" but nothing was done to my knowledge. He also stated he walked with his phone in front of my room to assess wifi....well, that doesn't do […] any good INSIDE the room!! Upon check out, a different clerk stated had *she* known, I would have been moved to a different room to ensure I was satisfied. Too little, too late. After we booked the hotel on hotels.com, we called to confirm receipt of the reservation. A desk clerk answered the phone and I stated the reason for my call. She asked me to hold because she was "very busy right now and had a customer in front of her." I said, "that would be fine". In a few minutes, the phone rang back and she picked up the phone. […] I again stated my reason for calling and she said "I told you to hold, I am busy!" I said, "I did not hang up, it just rang back again." She immediately said, "Oh I thought you did and just called back in...let me go ahead and take care of you right now." The customer service on the phone was totally unprofessional. Next, we got to the hotel and and they ran a photocopy of my credit card and put it in a file for incidentals. That is totally out of compliance with policy on handling customer's credit card information. I asked them about it but they argued with me. When I was ready to check out, a lady asked if I was checking out, "I said, yes and gave the room number. " She was busy but asked if I'd like a receipt. I said, "yes and told her I was going to get breakfast first." She said "Well I will get it printed but I can't bring it to you." I told her I didn't expect her to. The hotel staff seemed uneducated, were unprofessional and I have never been treated that way before anywhere. Will not stay there again! Continua a leggere

We initially thought it was a hotel room suite, but it's a room that has a king sized bed plus sofa bed. It worked. Breakfast and dinner are included in the really affordable price. Management does not care about customers. DO NOT STAY HERE. Not pet friendly (although website says so). Not child friendly (expect $150+ fees if your children run in the hall). DO NOT expect a manager to mediate and accommodate. When one stays at a hotel, one expects management and staff TRY to accommodate clients to make sure that the stay is pleasurable. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Was greated when we entered, staff was very pleasant. pool was nice for a short swim. Had lots of places to eat within just 1-4 miles from fast food to nice dine-in. Breakfast was sufficient with eggs, bacon grite and buiscits. Along with the other continential syle items. The management of this hotel is abysmal. I called for directions while enroute (which was prepaid for three nights) and was told they could could not accomadate me. The manager was antaganistic on the phone with me when I told her I was on my way and it was too late to change. After a heated debate - as if I was the one who was wrong they allowed me […] to check in. I saw them turn away several other people with prepaid reservations. Several minor issues with food and maitainence issues. At check out time they called me at 11 AM and told me to vacate immediatley in spite of their published check out of noon. Was told that if I wasn't gone right away, they would have me forcably removed. I asked to put my things in the lobby until my ride came at noon and was denied the request. Fit for purpose hotel, but a bit overpriced. Hotel Personnel is nice and friendly. There was a strange smell in corridor, but nothing major really.

I got in late and was tired and hungry. The gentleman at the desk offered me a To-Go bag of food and water. That was very considerate. I wasn't told that dinner was offered on certain days through the week so I missed out one day but made up for it.

The gentleman that was handling the breakfast was very helpful and offered to get us more food when our family arrived 15 mins before the end of the breakfast. I would make some changes regarding letting an adult family member check in before the credit card holder checks in. The room was already paid for and our 20year old daughter was to meet us there […] from college. She arrived quite abit before we did and the hotel would not let her check in. Like I said, the room was already paid for, she is 20 and the policy of her having to have her own credit card to check in is rediculous. Changes or modifications need to made on that matter. This is a great place to stay. Close to Hwy 6 and Hwy 8 it can take you anywhere you need to go around Houston. The hotel was extremely clean; the room was super clean the personnel were very attentive to our needs. I will definitely stay there again and again.
