Struttura non nuovissima ma ottimamente posizonata rispetto a museo JFK e linea metro leggera e downtown. Prezzi di listino un po alti rispetto alla struttura ma se si trovano offerte commerciali il rapporto qualità prezzo diventa interessante. Fatevi due chiacchere con Lenny in reception!

"holiday inn & suites dallas west"
It was great place, wal mart is across street and several other stores. Starbucks next door and eating place too! Only compliant i might say is the spa was broke and there was a moldy smell in swimming area. Definitely would stay here again!
I wish they had smoking rooms. I understand the expense to periodically clean them, but if I had the time to find a hotel in that locale which allowed smoking, I would have gone with them. The breakfast was good and the cleanliness was top notch.

EXCELLENT SERVICE; COMPARES TO MORE EXPENSIVE HOTELS IN THE AREA WHICH I HAVE STAYED AND THIS ONE IS THE BEST.

This is a wonderful hotel and the staff was excellent I will be staying there every time i am in Dallas. Very clean and close to eateries. You will miss a treat if you don't stay here.

Excellant!!! This says it all. All staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, breakfast choices were good. I would stay here again. Was close to interstate, diners and a strip mall.

We were there two days for the Thanksgiving Holidays. Everything was great. I will stay there again.

the facility was very clean. The area was great as well, conveniently close to freeway and about 10 restaurants. starbucks was walking distance so that was a plus. The staff was very nice, we had special requests which they were able to accomadate in a very fast manner. We travel to the area often so would not hesitate to stay there in the future.

The hotel is clean, has lots of places nearby to eat. Staff is very friendly and I strongly recomend the hotel. It's a little expensive but it's really good.
