Pulito, moderno in buona posizione, nella zona hotelera proprio sulla spiaggia. La spiaggia è molto bella, ben curata ed attrezzata con lettini ed ombrelloni inclusi nel pernottamento. Non ho usufruito della colazione ne di altri pasti quindi non posso lasciare alcun commento in merito. L'hotel può essere preso in considerazione anche per sogiorni più lunghi

Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 29 gen 2013Abbiamo soggiornato due volte nell'hotel e siamo rimasti, ambedue le volte , molto soddisfatti. E' l'unico hotel nella zona hotelera piccolo e con carattere, comprensivo inoltre di ogni comodità. Il personale, inoltre, è delizioso.

All'arrivo dall'Italia non ho trovato la stanza prenotata che mi è stata assegnata solo il giorno dopo perdendo, di fatto, il sovrapprezzo pagato per una notte. Io avevo la camera con Jacuzzi doppia e vista oceano. Avevo la possibilità di mangiare al self service o in uno qualunque dei tre ristotanti. Assolutamente positivo quello di atmosfera e poi il giapponese e la steak house. Il self service, di per se, è ottimo con cucina quasi sempre aperta e drink a tutte le ore. I cuochi sono gentili ed il personale di servizio è molto buono. A parte il disguido iniziale tutto è andato per il meglio

"ottima posizione"
L'hotel si trova in una zona centrale, molto comoda per chi arriva con il traghetto da Cancun. Il personale è stato molto gentile. Tuttavia l'hotel è un pò spartano, ed il rapporto qualità prezzo non è stato dei migliori. La nostra camera si trovava al terzo piano, ma l'ascensore era fuori servizio. E' stato difficile salire con le valigie su una scala […] peraltro molto stretta. Non vi era personale per avere un aiuto con i bagagli. La colazione viene servita in un piccolo bar con pochi tavoli, non sufficienti ad accoglierre tutti gli ospiti dell'hotel, ed il buffet è stato veramente misero. My boyfriend and I planned a trip to Cancun and decided to take a day trip to Isla Mujeres. We loved it so much that we decided to extend our trip a few extra days and stayed at the Bahia Chac Chi. "Great location - great price - a must stop in Isla"
When we first came over on the ferry from Cancun we were excited to see that this hotel was literally a 2 minute walk and very doable even with the luggage. The hotel didn't seem like anything great to start, but once we realized that it was a perfect location - that we could walk to all the happening areas and also the beach , but at the same time […] it was quite at night. The rooms were very clean and the wifi worked great. We also loved the lobby where we could hang out with our friends and meet others. The highlight, by far, of the hotel was Adaymar, who was amazingly accommodating and informative - we all absolutely loved him and he gave us many suggestions which made our trip to Isla - one that will likely be repeated, vs a one time event. It's a very nice hotel. Super clean, attractive modern rooms....good location...friendly staff. The location of the hotel is across the street from a marina and restaurant, it is not near the beach. The beach is an easy 10 min walk away. Rooms are basic, beds were hard but everything was super clean. Nice bathroom area. The breakfast is basic with toast, cereal,yogurt and a fruit. Coffee, tea and juice are also available. The staff were incredible! Always friendly and very helpful. Even when something was blown off of our balcony on to the street overnight, they had it at the front desk! The morning we were on an early ferry, before the breakfast time, there was a fresh pot of coffee and and offer of some simple breakfast items! Even if a staff's English wasn't great, […] and most of the staff knew perfect English, they were attentive and helpful at all times. I loved the open air front desk and bar/breakfast counter and hallways. I have already recommended this hotel to several travellers and will recommend it to everyone I talk to about Isla Mujeres. "Nice hotel; but, don't use for sight-seeing tours"
Our stay in the hotel was excellent. You simply can't beat the bay view rooms. We talked with them about booking a tour for us to see Chichén Itzá, which they gladly did. They told us a van would pick us up on the other side of the ferry and drive us to the site, which is exactly what we wanted. We paid $100 USD and what we got was a van that brought […] us to a parking lot at Wet N Wild, where we waited for about an hour to board a bus. The bus brought us to Cenote for swimming (which we were not prepared for and didn't want to do anyway), then a horrible buffet lunch, and finally the ruins. We only had 2.5 hours in the ruins before they closed. We were, literally, running through the park just snapping photos as fast as we could. Even so, we missed a lot. The hotel told us it would be an 8 hour day; but, it was actually a 16 hour day and only 2.5 of those hours were at the ruins. When I told the hotel staff about that he said he had never heard of that complaint before. So, either this was not the standard procedure for the tour company they work with, or no one else has told them. Either way, it was a tour that I would not like to do again. "Great Hotel"
The staff at the Bahia is great. They do anything they can to make your stay comfortable - suggestions for dinner or ice for your drinks. The view from the belcany is beautiful. They now have chairs and a table on the belcany. We wished there would have been a refrigerator in the room. Breakfast consisted of coffee, fresh OJ, fruits, breads, yogurt […] and cereal. This was more than enough to start our days. We ate at the hotel most mornings. We rented a golf cart for most of our stay. It was convenient to go to the beach. A private beach with lounge chairs would be nice. If you have drinks on the beach, they let you use thier chairs and umbrellas for free. The hotel provides beach towels. We also had dinner in the south section of the island, away from the hectic north end. We had some fantastic dinners. Try Roosters or Belitos on the main street for breakfast or lunch. "Conveinient location."
We have been to the island several times for day trips, but decided to do an overnight. The hotel is about 2 blocks from where the ferry docks. There are alot of options for food and drink as well as beaches within walking distance. We rented a golf cart and toured the island during the day (use the lock on your rented cart, ours was "used" by a local […] while we were at a beach bar), but walked the down town at night. We really liked the balcony on our 4th floor room. Great veiw! Only downside is the street noise until about 10pm. Good service, clean room, modern decor. Great place, I highly recommend it because it was so clean and in an ideal location. No bugs whatsoever, and the staff was extremely pleasant and friendly. They have all the amenities and cleanliness of a ritz Carlton minus the spa and restaurants. "COMFORTABLE!!!"
I just spent 4 nights at the Bahia this month. I love the location! It's on the main road, close to the ferry. Just far enough from the busy Hidalgo, but only a couple blocks to walk. Pros---everything is new, suuuper comfortable mattress, complimentary beach towels, free wi-fi that works great(even in the room!) This was the first stop on my husband and I's honeymoon in the Yucatan. We could not have been happier with the service, rooms, and location of the hotel. It is a three-minute walk to the ferry to Cancun, and also minutes away from the main downtown area and the beach. Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was kinda plain .There were no floor lamps, just a very bright light above the bed. , The shower was exceptional. This hotel was nice and it was conviniently close to the Ferry dock but I kind of wish I had stayed in a hotel in a different location because the street was busy and loud and it was more relaxing on other parts of the island. Stayed at the Bahia Chac Chi the end of April, wonderful staff, clean and very confortable beds and could walk to the Soggy Peso, great Thatched bar 15 min walk past the airport on the right. Negatives, breakfast was minimal, not much fruit or yogourt and cereal was kids cereal, fruit loops, cocoa puffs....and no fridges in rooms. Hotel is located near the ferry terminal so it was convenient for our one night stay in Isla Mujeres. Room was clean and comfortable. Day shift front desk staff was friendly & helpful. Positiv - sehr nettes und hilfreiches Personal - zentrale Lage (5 Min vom vom Fähranleger) Negativ - Normaler Kühlschrank im Zimmer, der Geräusche macht. Kann man nachts aber auch rausziehen, wenn es einen stört. - übersichtliches Frühstück - direkt an […] einer Straße gelegen. Die teureren Zimmer mit Meerblick sind sehr laut. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Fähranlegers. Es war nicht weit zu laufen. Wir konnten gleich einchecken und mit der Erkundung der Insel beginnen.Das Hotel ist sauber und der Service war vollkommen i.O. Von der Rezeption wurde uns gleich ein Caddy vermittelt und für 24h zur Verfügung gestellt, den muß man nartürlich bezahlen.
