The room is nice and spacious. The bathroom is clean and modern. I especially appreciate the window mounted heater/AC unit. It has a digital control panel on a different wall - you usually don't get that unless it is a central heating system. The temperature is comfortable. So are the beds. Self-served breakfast is free. In fact, it looks like anybody […] can walk in and eat. There are no server or cashier at all. You get bacons and scrambled eggs, toasts and bagels, danishes, cold cereal, yogurt, coffee, tea, and juices. And it is all-you-can-eat. The location may not be right in downtown. But the drive is only 15 minutes. For the price I paid it is very good value; and I will stay there again. Continua a leggere

I had read the reviews before hand saying that the hotel was new, but the front lobby furniture was in rough shape. Our room was not ready when we got there, even though it was after 3:00pm. Our room was good, but went to work out, and the water cooler in the gym was out of water, along with many things in the "complimentary breakfast". We got there […] early, around 8:30pm to make sure we'd get to spend much of the day at Winterlude. There was only one person servicing the breakfast bar in the morning, the pancake machine was not working, they were out of decaf coffee, there was no fresh fruit what so ever, the cinnamon rolls were out, and the ones they finally delivered were cold, They kept running out of food. It took at least 30 minutes, if not more, for me to put together a breakfast for me and my family. I have been to Holiday Inn Express hotels before and this one is poorly maintained. Nothing like the one outside of Montreal. Usually these hotels are immaculate. I was quite disappointed. Good price, the disappointed. Continua a leggere

We were very pleased and pleasantly surprised with our room and your service at your hotel. Lots of room and very clean. Have recommended your hotel to many friends and will gladly stay again in the future.

Our overall stay in your hotel was good except of the noise in the hallways, and found hair on furniture and women's underwear in the room from a past guest. I just thought that you should be a where of this issue. Thank you

Easy to get to, check in & out was quick, clean rooms - overall very good experience If one negative and it's one I frequently find in a lot of hotels is that the level of lighting is poor. Let me an abundance of light& let me control the level of lighting in the room particularly the bathroom

Recently toured the Maritimes mainly in B&B but did include Motels in St. Leonard and PEI as well as Hotels in Fredericton, and Moncton. Non could compare with what you offered at Holiday Inn Nepean especially for such a good rate. My wife and I were particularly impressed with the friendlyness of staff especially at the front desk, breakfast caterers […] and building supervisors. We would recommend this hotel to all our friends and indeed we already have. It does have the advantage of being so new but non the less the fact that it appeared to have a full carpark suggests the word has got ourt that this Holiday Inn has gained a very good reputation in a relatively short period of operation. The hotel seems like brand new. their customer service reps are very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The surrounding area is good as well: Supermarket, Tim Horton's, and others are near by.

Very well kept newly opened hotel. Nice hot complimentary breakfast included. New gym and small pool. Good restaurants surrounding the hotel (Al's steakhouse).

VERY clean and updated!! Rooms were a good size. Nice Pool, and Comp. Breakfast was excellent. Pleseant staff.

Good value. Pleasant, knowledgeable and courteous staff. Very good hot breakfast served with plates, cups and cutlery, not disposable styrofoam. Recommended.

I was very pleased with all the amenities the hotel had to offer. The beds were exceptional and the service excellent. Anyone looking for a relaxing night; stay here.

J'ai été très surprise de voir la beauté et la propreté de l'hôtel. Les heures de piscine sont très larges, donc nous avons pu nous baigner quand bon nous semblait. Le déjeuner était très bien même s'il manquait plusieurs articles ce matin là. Le personnel est très gentil et est très serviable. La situation géographique est parfaite pour aller aux Sénateurs […] et les alentours sont emplis de commerces et de restaurants. Continua a leggere

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à cet hotel. Le personnel était compétant et la chambre confortable. Les seuls points négatifs à dire sont les suivants: Le bain tourbillon n'était pas très propre, mais le reste de la piscine était très bien. Comme l'hotel était plein, la salle du petit déjeuné était pleine. Par contre une salle de réunion à été offerte […] pour pouvoir déjeuner au moment désiré. Continua a leggere
