l'unico pregio di questo hotel è nella posizione. la qualità della stanza non è certo quella pubblicizzata (le fotografie sono come sempre molto differenti dalla realtà, ma ogni tanto bisognerebbe essere almeno realisti).

Mi sono trovato veramente bene. Il rapporto qualià/prezzo è veramente favorevole, Il personale è non solo cordiale e gentile, ma disponibile a dare tutte le informazioni sulla città e per sistemare piccoli inconvenienti . No hot water, everything squeaks, could not get in at 9pm (had to call hotels.com). Large rooms, but looks a bit unsanitary

Satisfied. A basic room, nothing fancy but does the job. The location is excellent. Staff was very helpful.

I wish I could recommend this hotel- the service is excellent! The girl at the reception desk is the sweetest, nicest person you will find. The rooms are immaculate, and the bedsheets are also clean and crispy. Room decor and furniture resembled more to that of a run-down hotel; it had a red velour sofa with grease stains, and the TV was on top of a wooden box; the windows were covered with sticky plastic to resemble stained glass. except for the great location - right in the middle of Tel-Aviv, every thing else about this hotel reflects the low price you'll pay. don't expect anything form the room or service and you'll not be disappointed.

Good value for money. Service friendly and helpful (unusual for Israel). Short walk to the beach with its excellent seafood restaurants. Lots of good restaurants/bars in Dizengoff Street. A hotel to use as a base, not a place to spend lots of time inside.

This hotel has the advantage of being smack in the middle of downtown Tel Aviv. The name "sea residence" is a little deceptive, since the beach is two quite long blocks away. My room was large, with a microwave and a refrigerator, but the overall condition of the place was pretty shabby -- kind of depressing after a few days. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel a lot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I spent several hours just chatting and hanging out at the reception and learning about israel. The room was very clean. The location is very good.. right in the centre of the city close to the restaurants, bars, malls, etc and probably less than 1km from the beach. Great location and helpful front desk (until 9pm). The room was ok.

Hotel was OK...condition of the hotel was an issue (old furniture, musty blankets, rusty tub), but location was handy. Not sure if I'd return, but having the kitchenette was really helpful. Don't forget that public transportation doesn't run on Shabbat (Fri nite to Sat), and that there isn't any hotel staff available after 8pm.

My hotel room was like staying at someone's small, modest and clean apartment at the best location in town while on a budget. There's a mini kitchen in each room with refrigerator and microwave, utensils etc., there is a 24-hour store and currency exchange place right next door, and even a health food store one block down (Disengoff and Frischman). […] The whole part of the town where the hotel is is very happening. The staff is very nice, I had a one night gap between two bookings for this hotel as I was spending that night in Jerusalem and there was no problem with me leaving part of the luggage I didn't need for that night I didn't have booked. Cold water shower. Extremely unfriendly management. Save yourself the trouble, just don't go.

arrived on fri on us air at 4pm so no public transportation available, taxis cost about $50 american dollars, It was located down town and only 3 blocks from the sea, which was like being at a caribbean resort... breathre taking. We had 2 different rooms in this hotel. One of the rooms didn't have curtains, what made us wake up with sunrise at 5:30 am. Both rooms were facing the street (Dizengoff). Unfortunately the windows were not at all sound insulated and some of them didn't close properly. So impossible to sleep for people who are sensitive to noise. The hotel standard […] is very simple (we didn't expect much for the price), but we don't compromise on cleanliness. Bed(cover) was OK, clean towels but disgusting (!!!) filthy bathmat. Expensive shops line Dizengoff Street. This hotel's entry is set back approx. 15' from shops by a little alley-way which smelled of urine..... There was a locked entry so only guests could enter..... Some of the reception staff and service was very inefficient. Wouldn't let us in when we got there at 5am, even though we had the reservation (for the night before!)- took a while for them to open the door and understand what I was trying to explain. Then forgot to give us the code to open the main door so got locked out of the hotel because the lady […] was not answering the door bell. Very disappointed. This was hardly a hotel and more likened to a hostel. The accommodations were fine, but the value was poor. I did not feel safe in this hotel as the lock on the door was flimsy and there was not 24 hour staff on duty. I would not recommend this place or stay here again.

Convenient to urban setting, this modest hotel is a bargain for those tourists satisfied with an old-style hotel that resembles an un-upgraded Israeli apartment. Clean and comfortable, with convenient market next door and many coffee houses and restaurants on the main drag, Dizengoff.

I was there for 6 days, the location is great - 10 min to the beach. The room was quiet when the windows are closed though the hotel is next to a noisy street. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean though not newest or most modern. There was no shampoo or soap provided. Though there was a fridge, a microwave, a water kettle. There was an iron at […] the front desk when I needed one. They also offered to give me an electric top stove and a frying pan in case i wanted to make some eggs. The front desk is not open 24 hours a day. If you need a room service - ask for it, I don;t think they assume it should be done daily. worn out everything, view on the filthy sidewalk. tiny shower cabin were you have to hold the handle in your hand only. Very spartan conditions. On the positive side: the location is great, in the center of Dizengoff Street

Our room was in good condition and quite clean. In the fifth floor facing away from the road it is also quiet. Beds and sheets were clean, floor and bath a well. some mold in seams in the bathroom, nothing you should complain about for this price.

The room was VERY old, furniture very bad, old and breaken. The bed stuff was so rabish, the balcony dirty, the bath and toilet clean, but not nice. The towels were like a sand paper. The people only speaks russian and a litle bit of hebrew, nothing English. The dishes and things on the kitchen dirty and disgusting.

Our room faced the road so you can hear a lot of noise, and at 5AM somebody was cleaning the next room which walk us up.

this is more like a youth hostel. the good: (1) the location (2) the room good size relatively clean (3) when there try to be helpfull the bad: (1) no hot water, soap or shampoo (2) no internet in the room (3) no attendance most of the time (4) no close parking (5) clean room once every 2 days

A good place to stay for the price. Simple but good for a short stay/ Good location very central!!

The blankets were very old & looked dirty, as was the bath rug. Even with AC, seemed you either froze or were warm, little air flow even with windows open & it wasn't that hot outside (70's F.) They did have left luggage & the French woman( the only one that spoke good English) was very nice & helpful. The location was great! We did run out of hot water […] after only one shower! This was one of the cheapest hotels around. It´s location is really good, only 10 minutes from the beach an in the middle of shops and bars. The bed an bath was quiete clean but would reeally need some restauration. Wireless Internet was only available in the lobby, so a little annoying. The hotel is cheap and downtown Tel Aviv so there must be a catch somewhere! It has very interesting plus point: situated on an active street with lots of bars, has a convenience store just below and is walking distance to the beach, it has air conditioning and a small kitchen fridge. Now the not so good news: it looks old. But I mean that some features […] really need to be upgrated (this is mainly for the shower, urgent urgent). Vi fick ett mycket bra bemötande när vi kom och fick ett ok rum för det billiga priset. Vårt rum hade utsikt över något som såg ut som en sopstation, men det var över saker som grannarna kastat ut mellan husen. Svårt att hitta ett hotell med ett bättre läge än Dizengoff, på en stor gata och med en livsmedelsbutik runt hörnet och närheten till havet. Trots det är det tyst i rummet, då fönstren går mot gården. Utsikt är dock inget att rekommendera såsom utrustningen i rummet och saniteter, som borde ha byts ut för länge sedan. Sällan någon i receptionen, så […] information måste man skaffa på ett annat håll. Går bra att övernatta en-två nätter, men för en längre vistelse rekommenderar jag ett annat hotell. If you want a cheap hotel in the commercial district og Tel Aviv this is OK. Good things: fridge, miccrowave and a water heater. Bad things: only free internet om the lobby. And even if the beach is near it is not across the street.....

Hotellet havde en super beliggenhed. Værelset var godt, men der manglede vask af gulvet. Vi havde sorte fødder af at gå på gulvet, man skal passe på at man ikke tager "skidtet" med op i sengen. Skulle selv minde hotellet om at der ikke var mere toilet papir. Rengøring var elendig. Ellers var hotellet.

Простая гостинница для туристов с ограниченным бюджетом. Все оборудование очень примитивно, но функционально. Хорошее центральное расположение, недалеко от пляжей. Тесновата спальня, но есть кухонька для любителей домашнего питания. Магазин продуктов прямо у входа. На одну-две ночи для непритязательнго туриста вполне подходит.
