Purtroppo sono arrivato in Hotel nel tardo pomeriggio e dovendo ripartire il giorno dopo ho avuto poco tempo da trascorrere dentro la struttura. Lo staff e' molto disponibile e gentile, la camera e' dotata dei principali ed essenziali confort, accogliente, pulita. La posizione dell'hotel mi e' parsa un po' defilata e quindi e' necessario possedere un'auto per potersi muovere verso le attrazioni della citta'.

Questo Hotel per essere un 2 stelle, era molto carino, c'era il frigorifero e il forno a microonde in camera, tutto molto pulito. ordinato e profumato. Ovviamente da un Hotel a 2 stelle non ci si deve aspettare chissà cosa, ma aveva tutto il necessario per stare bene. La colazione era buona, e la sala colazione molto pulita. La signora alla reception molto gentile

Ottimo hotel vicino all'aeroporto , a poca distanza dal centro di Nashvillee vicinisso a the music valley. Staff cordiale, stanza spaziosa e pulita,colazione discreta. Economico rispetto ad altri alberghi con gli stessi servizi e pertanto davvero consigliato. La zona circostante offre ristoranti ,supermercati ed altri servizi; insomma è una scelta azzeccata.

"Graduation Visit"
Very frustrating that hotel shuttle would not accommodate several people traveling to college graduation - it was a couple miles outside of their standard route. But really? "What a GREAT surprise!"
We booked this trip as part of the Rock n Roll marathon series. This hotel was $100 less than the others so we weren't sure what we were getting into. However, the hotel is perfect for a weekend trip and the free shuttle is the cherry on top. It drops you off and pick you up downtown and at the hotel. The drivers of the shuttle and the hotel staff at […] extrodinarily friendly and welcoming. Every person working at this hotel wants you to have a good time, enjoy yourself and the city of Nashville while providing top notch service. The rooms are large enough, fairly standard bathrooms so no complaints there. The only thing I wish is that the pool was outside. "Great service"
I stayed here for the Country Music Marathon and chose it based on a.) price and b.) location. When we arrived around 10am we were unable to check in but welcomed to the brunch room instead. By the time we were done (brunch was great), the room was ready! Throughout our stay the staff was exceptional. It *POURED* during the race with temps in the low […] 50s. We were welcomed back to the hotel with a warm towel, bananas and water from staff in the lobby! They also gave out trash bags for ponchos for anyone that wanted one. The room itself is a solid business-tyle room but the pool and gym looked great too. It is about a mile walk to the bars on Broadway but the hotel shuttle is seemingly always running and will bring you within a ~2 mile radius of the hotel (be sure to tip the driver). Taxis are always available from the hotel as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the race, a weekend trip or certainly any families visiting Vanderbilt (just a few blocks away). The bars on Broadway/2nd street are great but if you have time be sure to check out the restaurants and bars around the hotel, we had some great meals and drinks celebrating the marathon. Overall was good.A little disappointing initially as reserved two non smoking rooms but one we were given was a smoker and we had to move as mother has breathing issues.They did knock off the car park because of this.However the car park charges on their own are extortionate and I think should be included with the room anyhow.Breakfast was nice and […] service great.In a way a little over the top as they wanted to keep refilling the coffee and asking if everything ok about every few seconds,or so it seemed.Didn't use shuttle but there is a free downtown shuttle.Reasonable hotel,clean & friendly. "Weekend Getaway"
We came to Nashville for a little R&R and to explore the city. The hotel was located in the perfect location and had a shuttle that traveled within a 2 mile radius of he hotel. This was perfect for getting us to busy downtown locations without having to drive or take a cab. Especially when check out the nightlife. My only complaint, and it's a big one, […] is that you had to pay for parking each night that you stayed. The cost should have been included with the large amount we paid for the rooms. $25 extra dollars a night is outrageous! The only complaint I have about our stay is that we were not warned when booking the room that the Hotel charged for parking. That was a shock for us maybe bc where we live parking comes with the room. The hotel was nice and cut a few dollars off.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com
Sadly I would not recommend this hotel. After being stuck in stop and go traffic for over 2 hrs on the way there I was informed that my non-smoking room had been given away and the only thing left was smoking. The 1st was repulsive and the 2nd was slightly better. The front desk associate tried to appease me as best he could and offered to have us moved […] to a non-smoking room the next day which was greatly appreciated. We were out of the room for 8 hrs but unfortunately when we returned our things had not been moved as promised. We did that ourselves and enjoyed a room without the smoke stench. Both days we were there the housekeeping staff knocked on the door to clean the room while we were still in there getting ready for our day (10:15 am and 9:15am). The 2nd day the housekeeper opened our door WITHOUT knocking which was completely unacceptable. Another call to the front desk was necessary. We have to admit, not knowing anything about Nashville except from what friends told us, we were VERY happy with our choice of hotel. From the moment we arrived we were impressed with the friendliness and professional staff. Our room was very clean and our beds were so comfortable! We did not eat in the restaurant, but did have a drink at the bar before […] the free shuttle took us to the strip (which was a 3-5 minute ride!) The location was perfect! Walking distance to the Universities and music row, and a quick shuttle ride or taxi to the strip (bars on Broadway). Paying for parking was not a big deal for us, but we only stayed 2 days. I could see if you stay longer, it would add up. The free shuttle makes up for it. Overall we had a great stay, and plan on staying here next time we are in town. "Handled inconveniences very professionally"
On arriving at the hotel the staff let us know that due to overbookings the only rooms with two double beds available were smoking rooms. The front desk staff immediately offered to comp our parking for our entire stay ,which was over $100 and gave us vouchers for breakfast. They were very apologetic and kind and all the attempts to compensate us for […] the inconvenience of being in a smoking room were done by them with no prompting from us. They were always ready at the front desk with a smile and a hello when we walked by. The hotel is in a convenient area of town and is very well kept. "Overpriced"
First things first...asking guests to pay $23 a day for parking is ridiculous even if it's in a parking garage when the rate of a room is over $200. Secondly it was raining and there was no covering from the garage to the hotel...for a few thousand more they could have covered the walkway. Thirdly, $11 for breakfast buffet is crazy, when all you got […] was low grade meats and powdered eggs. One would think that a Garden Inn by Hilton would be cleaner but there was black mold in our shower area. I was sadly dissapointed with our hotel and will not stay at this particular hotel in the future. However, kudos to the "house man" who found and returned my glasses to me! "Nashville for Pink concert."
First let me say I love Nashville it's my favorite place to visit! The hotel was great. Very convenient to Bridgestone Arena. The shuttle to and from the event was great! Every one that worked at the hotel was friendly and helpful. I usually stay at the Gaylord when I'm in Nashville but the Hilton Garden Inn is just as nice if not nicer and more convenient […] to downtown. Definitely on my list of places to stay at again. This is a standard Hilton Garden Inn in terms of the physical plant, but the service - at the front desk, at breakfast, etc. - is very friendly and helpful, well above average. "Close to Vanderbilt"
We went to Nashville to take our son to tour Vanderbilt. The hotel is very convenient to the campus. Our only problem was that I had reserved a 2 bed room and when we checked in they gave us a 1 bed with a pull out sofa. Overall I was satifsfied with the hotel but should have asked for a different room. Had reserved a non-smoking room with king bed, but none were available - so had two queens. The non-smoking room, however, smelled a little smokey, especially the sheets. Also, it was directly across from the ice machine which had no door on the room, so I was awakened […] bright and early at 7am and heard ice non-stop until 9am. They should put a door on the ice room or just not use that room for guests. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable though. I thought that this was a great hotel, and I really enjoyed the facility. The rooms were nice, the service was excellent. It is a bit of a walk to downtown Nashville, but there is a free shuttle service you can use (call to confirm this is true), which makes visiting the downtown area really convenient. "excellent, but with hidden cost"
The room was quite comfortable, the beds first rate. Very clean. Staff friendly and knowledgable However, they must be very worried about their water bill, because the shower uses slmost none. This is the only location outside of Manhattan where I have been charged $23 a day for parking. That alone should net them a small fortune. Paris must need some […] new diamonds. I booked through Expedia and was charged when I booked the room. When I got my bill before I left, they had charged be again for the same amount I was charged when I booked. Nice new hotel property. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. A short walk to Vanderbilt University and the college strip. Neighborhood seemed safe and was well lit in the evening - we went out for a walk in the late evening and felt quite safe. "Billing and water pressure were unexceptable"
I booked our stay through a secondary website. The room was bought and paid for through this site. Your hotel took it upon themselves to charge my debit card a second time. It took 3 phone calls to the hotel and 7 days to get a refund to my account. This is unexceptable business practices. "great quality, 2-3 caveats"
My friends and I drove up to Nashville to see a favorite band of ours downtown. This hotel was only half a mile from the venue and so was a good choice, location-wise, to stay. Overall, this hotel was rather excellent: parking was available, the hotel is clean, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful in getting us checked in and directing […] us on parking. Our room had a view of the street nearby, and we did not hear lots of noise from the street. (Some reviewers have issue with the noise from downtown; we were there a few days before Christmas, so I can't say if that helped us or not.) There was also a pool available but we did not swim at all. There are, however, some caveats; first, PARKING IS NOT FREE; expect to pay around $25 a night. This was not explained to us by the hotel staff; I expected it because I had read some of the reviews here on hotel.com. Second, breakfast is kinda pricey, about $10-12, so if you're looking for cheap breakfast it's best to go out. Third, the beds are kinda stiff and don't feel the greatest. "No complaints! Great staff! Good location!"
All in all the only complaint I have about the hotel was the room service. I ordered an order of fries only. They sent an order of cold, soggy sweet potato fries and it cost nearly $10, which is not the end of the world, but just a tip to maybe take advantage of a nearby restaurant instead of room service. Though the room service lady who delivered […] the food was super nice as was all of the staff I encountered there in Nashville. The hotel and room in all was clean and modern. Room was spacious enough for both of us, had a mini fridge, microwave, and all available accessories one would need for a stay. Old beds - couldn't sleep in one of the 2 beds. Dirty carpet. Heating/Cooling system only worked sometimes. $23 a day to park is totally out of line. Valet lied about public parking across the street. Front deck clerk mislead us that breakfast was included with the room. Then the waiter in the morning also misled us. "Great hotel but all was not as advertised"
WE had a great time at the hotel. The location was perfect and the hotel was wonderful. Our only problem was that on Hotels.com it was advertised as free parking but when we arrived there was a $23 a day fee. We specifically chose this hotel b/c of the free parking and the shuttle and I was very disappointed that the hotel didn't honor what was advertised.
