Veramente una bella sorpresa! Ho trovato un appartamento molto bello dotato di tutti i confort, cucina perfettamente attrezzata, tutto piuttosto nuovo e ben tenuto. Gli spazi sono ampi e quatto persone non si danno fastidio. Dispoizione degli ambienti razionale ed arredamento moderno, non particolarmente lussuoso, ma molto funzionale. Oltre a ciò una […] palestra piccola ma molto ben attrezzata dove mio figlio ha fatto un buon allenamento tutto compreso nel prezzo della camera. Situato vicino al centro con fermata del tram (linea 17) davanti all'Hotel che permette di raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti, in alternativa una camminata di circa 20 minuti. Only two things could make this hotel better. A) There is only wired internet in the room, which means only one person on at a time. B) The beds are kind of small for taller/larger people. At 1.93 and 1.83, it was a little snug. But other than those minor issues, this hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Highly recommended.

We stayed in one of the one-bed apartments as a foursome for a couple of nights. The facilities in the apartment (and in general in the hotel) were excellent -- kitchen was well equipped and provided all the cleaning materials you might need during your stay. First, the great stuffs: 1. Great location! Tram station is right outside the door, and it's 3 stops from the central station. Two tram services take you to many of the places you'll want to visit in the city. 2. Great room! The room is very spacious, and the included small kitchen is great when you want to fix up a small meal for yourself. Some reviewer […] mentioned about the bed being a little hard - that's true. It is harder than most hotel beds, but I have no problems with it. 3. Free broadband internet in the room! It doesn't have wifi inside the room, but it does have a ethernet port that you can connect your laptop to. Front desktop will gladly lend you an ethernet cable if you don't have one. Free wifi is available in the lobby and breakfast area. Unlike most hotels in the west coast of US, or hotels in Asia, free broadband internet connection is not a given in Germany. 4. Great amenities! Diagonally across the road, there's a supermarket that you can picked up groceries, fruits, and drinks. There's also a great German restaurant that's about 500 meters away, or 1 or 2 tram stops away. And a subway and a cafe nearby. 5. Great service - mostly! Except for the point that I'm going mention next, service is friendly and great. The front desk helped me with route planning as well as checking the train's time table. Ok, if I have to nick pick, there's something that I wish Citadines could have done better - it doesn't have daily cleaning, which is fine. However, as it was winter, my shoes inevitably brought back some melted snow and small stones from outside. Within a day, the room entrance area gets dirty, so I tried to borrow a boom or a vacuum cleaner to clean up the mess. The front desk said no. So the mess stayed there, and accumulated over the next few days until I checked out! We enjoyed our stay at Citadines Arnulfpark Munich. The One Bedroom suite is clean, comfortable and big for family of 4. Location is superd with the tram right at our door step. Hotel staff are polite, friendly and knowledgeble- willing to advise the best way around to get somewhere. Highly recommended for family holiday vacation.

I liked having a small kitchen and the location was ideal, with the Tram just in front of the hotel we got around the city and stayed warm and dry even if it was a raining few days. Munich is a little more expensive then other cities and so are the hotels, but still cheaper then a US chain and just as good.

The hotel is directly across the street from the tram station and on the same road as the train station. Close to the train station, but not close enough for a comfortable walk with bags. The tram station will take you anywhere in the city and is best to buy the group pass for a few days. We were there for Oktoberfest and walked there everytime (takes […] about 15 minutes or so...30?? if you're staggering back :-). The hotel staff was friendly except when you wanted to get your free coffee during "breakfast hours" as apparently free coffee and tea isn't allowed during their "continental breakfast". There is a small kitchenette in the room and a grocery store right around the corner. Laundry on site and not too expensive and includes soap. I read on reviews that the pillows were paper thin and that the hotel wouldn't or didn't have extras. The pillows are thinner than what we are use to in the states, but there was an extra pillow in the closet. The only downside to the whole stay would be that we brought our tablet instead of our laptop. Wifi is only available in the lobby area. There is internet in the room, but you have to connect with a cord (not possible on a tablet). Over all, we would stay here again next year. Continua a leggere

Location: Citadines is 4 tram stops away from Hauptbahnhof, but really easy to find (just in front of tram stop) and in a much nicer neighbourhood than the seedy yet expensive Hauptbahnhof area. However, other than a Subway and a cafe about 100m away, we couldn't seem to find other supermarkets, shops or cafes nearby. It's ok though, all these can be […] found at Karlsplatz/Hauptbahnhof area. Our apartment faced the courtyard (which overlooks the playground of the apartment next door) and was really quiet. Reception: Efficient but helpful when asked, but staff was not particularly warm or friendly, maybe it's the German way, but certainly hotel staff can smile more? Apartment: We took a unit which had a hall and a seperate bedroom, spacious enough for my family of 4. Really clean, with modern design and big wardrobes. A helpful kitchenette allowed us to warm up our food when we decided not to eat out. Free internet connection (bring your own LAN cable and laptop) is extremely useful and fast. Pillows were extremely flat, almost non-existent. Bed in the main bedroom was very hard! The toilet and the bathroom is separate, which is fine. The toilet is however puny! Some oddities about this place: Best for independent travellers as Citadines does not do room service or clean the rooms unless you stay a week or more. Has some strange 'visitors' (migrants from nearby neighbourhood) who like to sit at the hotel lobby and get free coffee/milk/drinks from the lounge but it never felt unsafe in any way. In fact, past a certain time in the evening, only customers can enter the hotel using card access. Overall this was still a great stay and a good deal at the price I got from hotels.com. Overall hotel was very nice. Rooms were modern, clean, secure and spacious compared to most on our trip. Staff was very, very helpful and spoke good English. Location was good, but a bit of a walk from the 2 S-Bahn Stations nearby (we never ended up using the Tram which stops in front of the hotel though). Parking is pretty tight, I guess you need to […] make reservations in advance for only about 16 spaces, so keep that in mind. Parking is available on the street, but within 2-3 blocks people were even double-parked, so that's pretty tight too. Hotel was secure with secure card access to main doors, elevators and rooms. Not many restaurants close by but some within good walking distance, esp at the train stations. Wasn't an issue for us too much as we were out mostly anyways. Rooms had safes inside as well. Internet access was fast and good and I brought a cable with me although they would have been able to provide one as well. They don't change out laundry but weekly here, so keep that in mind. The hotel was conveniently located with a tram station right in front of the hotel. But the rooms were spacious and good for our family of 4 sinc ethe sofa could be folded as a bed too. Negatives The parking fee was high - 16 euro per night. The toilet was very small.

Nice clean, new hotel/apartment was great. It was good to have a mini kitchen. Staff was helpful. The neighbourhood was a newer devellopment and so not close to much. But tram goes right by front door or walking to old town is 15min. through a nice residential area.

Stayed here for 2 nights the Manager Christian was very helpful since Lufthansa had lost my luggage in Paris, he went out of his way to call the airport to tack the status since I did not speak German and his staff's service was great and I would recommend this hotel

I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. It is perfectly located with a tram stop just in front. Tthe neighborhood is bland, but safe and the center of Munich is within walking distance. The arrangement of the apartments and size of kitchen is just right for a short or long stay.

The best I can say for this hotel was that it was a pretty good value for us. It's very difficult to find a single room in Europe where you can have a family of four in one room. Citadine has one bedroom apartments which have a pull out sofa in the living room which does work well for our purpose and also has a small kitchen if you want/need a break […] from the high cost of eating out in Europe. The downside to the kitchen is that the smell we were assaulted with when we got off of the elevator was awful! The carpets in the hallway were horribly stained and housekeeping apparently only comes once a week. The bed was literally the hardest that we had during the three weeks we spent traveling around western Europe and that is REALLY saying something since most European hotels do not believe in soft beds. We called to request that housekeeping put some extra padding under the sheets for us and were told that they couldn't help us. We ended up requesting additional comforters that slept on top of which helped a little. The sofa bed was actually better than the bed in the bedroom. The bottom line is this, if you want to save a little money and need a room for more than two people...it's not bad, just don't expect much. Continua a leggere

This is an absolutly wonderful place to stay. The price is great and the quality is outstanding. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel at all. The room was very clean and up to date, the hotel staff was friendly and very helpful (even got me an umbrella to use because it was raining). The location was good too. Citadines Arnulfpark was very close to Munich's trams (just outside the main entrance) and enabled us to get intot the city with little hassle. Being an apartment style hotel meant we could cater for ourselves. Staff were helpful in locating the nearest food store so we could get groceries. Upon check-in, they were very kind and spoke English which was much better than our German! (without attitude I might add!) After 4 weeks in Europe, we desperately needed to wash clothes. Not only do they have laundry facilities, but they helped us with the machines. The room was VERY clean, but they do not replenish towels, make beds, etc. No problem, […] it's an Apt not a Hotel. If you need another towel you simply pick one up at the front desk. We all would have preferred better pillows however. Very flat... I'm sure if we asked, they would have given us another pillow. Didn't think about that?? We told our German friends that they should suggest this Apt to other visitors. It's also 3 blocks from the Metro, which is only 2 stops into the heart of Munich. Very easy to get around, and they will help you at the front desk, if needed, with schedules and directions for the trains. It's not in an area with much to do, but the Metro is convenient. Trains run to the heart every 2 minutes, and take 5 minutes to get there. There's also a bakery just down the street with sandwiches, danish and drinks. We didn't eat at the Citadines. Jag är överlag nöjd med hotellers service och standard. Bra komunikationer och bra läge. Lätt att ta sig till från flygplatsen. Bra service av personalen.

Wir haben ein paar Tage im Citadines Hotel in München (Arnulfpark) verbracht. Perfekte Lage. Strassenbahn direkt nebenan. Innerstadt auch in Gehdistanz zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen, sauber, freundlich und ruhig. Wir (Familie mit Teenagern) und auch unser Hund haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden sofort wieder dort buchen.

這家酒店交通還算方便, 雖然距離中央車站或最近的S-Bahn也絕不算近, 但中央車站有班次很密的公車直接到達酒店前, 也算很不錯了。帶著行李的話千萬要轉乘公車, 從中央車站走路過去一定走得半死。 酒店才落成幾年, 所以很新淨。房間也乾淨, 房間內有開放式廚房, 本擔心在裏面煮食會令床舖沾上氣味, 不過因為附設的抽油煙機夠猛, 而且床邊的窗子可以打開, 所以沒這方面的問題。 房間內有電視(有一個英文台, 其他都是德文的), 也有DVD機, 面積也頗大。浴室裏有浴缸, 唯一問題是沒有浴簾, 只以半塊活動膠片遮擋, 淋浴時要很小心, 不然就水花四濺的了。 早餐要額外加錢, 地牢有付費的洗衣機, 要先在櫃台買代幣, 有點小貴, 不過可以把衣服統統洗乾淨才回家, 感覺良好。 酒店前的公車可直達寧芬堡和德意志博物館, […] 算是一個不錯的bonus Continua a leggere

ミュンヘン空港から、Sバーン（近郊列車）で一本で行けます（HackerbrueckeかDonnarsbegerbruecke, S1でもS8でも）。また、中央駅からならば、ほぼすべてのSバーンを利用できますが、中央駅北（Hauptbahnhof-Nord）というところからトラム16番17番を利用すれば、ホテルの目の前に停留所があります(Marsstrasse)。 ちょっと隠れていますが、ホテルから歩いて2・3分のところに、Tengeｌmannというスーパーがあり、食材を購入することができます。なお、このスーパーは、クレジット払いができるので便利です（ドイツは、ドイツの銀行のデビットカードが強くて、クレジットカードは思ったよりも使えないことが多い）。 トラムもそのまま、ニンフェンブルク城に […] いけますし、中央駅北で100番のバスに乗り換えると、主要な美術館・博物館前を通ります。 部屋は割と広め、バスタブ付きで、ドライヤーもあります。キッチンは、調理道具と皿などは基本的に揃っていますし、ドイツでは普通ですが食洗機、逆にドイツにしては珍しく電子レンジがあります。 ネットも自由に使えますし、ロビーのパソコンではプリントアウトも無料でできます。また、ホテルの中に選択できるところがあるので、コインランドリーを探す手間も省けます。 ホテルの従業員は基本的に親切で、レセプションの方たちは皆、英語が堪能です。掃除は基本的に週に一回ですが、逆にいえば、ホテルの部屋を24時間自分の思い通りにつかえるということなので、疲れて一休みしたい時なんか、いったんホテルに戻るという選択肢を使えるのは大きいのではないでしょうか。 Continua a leggere

Отель очень понравился. Расположение -4 остановки от центра на трамвае. Вкусный кофе круглые сутки из профессиональной кофе-машины бесплатно. Мелочь а приятно. Очень доброжелательный персонал. Полная техники кухня очень удобно. Супермаркет в 200 метрах. Очень удобные кровати.

Ett fräscht hotell i ett lugnt område nära centrum. Rekomenderas!

Mycket bra hotell, välskött och med trevlig personal. Ligger inom gångavstånd från centrum och Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest).

Stayed at this hotel for our visit in Munich at Octoberfest Clean and nice rooms Nice with kithcen posibility to save some money on the breakfast...

Good hotel for accommodation by Oktoberfest it is 10 minutes by walk.

Hotel face aux transports en commun (tramway pour aller dans le centre). Appartement adapté pour 4 personnes. Nous avons fait quelques courses en face de l'hotel pour nous préparer un petit déjeuner dans la cuisine de l'appartement.
