"comfort inn carbondale: good choice for valule"
Overall expierence was good, but when a guest walks in and the registration person is on the telephone, the desk person needs to be mindful as to what is going on oin his lobby. Once the desk person finally finished their phone call there was no apology for our delay, no welcome to the hotel. Uninformed about any specials that were going on.

Hotel was fine, but very noisy. Could hear all sounds from other rooms -- water running, voices. If there were more options in Carbondale, probably wouldn't stay here again. But, it is one of the better options in Carbondale.

Overall probably the cleanest hotel I've ever been at. Staff very friendly. The beds are firm and I prefer soft so that's not a big issue. Elevator would go to 3rd floor but not come down, thankfully I was near the stairway and I didn't realize it was a pet friendly hotel so on my second night I heard the next rooms alarm ring then the dog bark as they […] hit the snooze button 3-4 times. Other than that, I would absolutely come back. The hotel cant help what other visitors do in their rooms so it's not their fault. Convient to everywhere we wanted to be. Thanks. Continua a leggere
