it was good up until we went down for the breakfast & the dining room was packed w/people & no place to sit - we left & had breakfast at a close restaurant

Nice place,very quiet, but the carpet in our room had a few stains and it's on a one-way service road, so you have to do a lot of looping around to get to and from, but overall a decent place to stay. Within view of Retama Park and there are several restaurants and shopping centers nearby.

Great customers service with all employees! Great breakfast but small breakfast area. Will book this location again!!!!

My title says it all. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was conveniently located and clean, and the breakfast was good. My only issue was that the room I was in had a moldy smell.

Not far from downtown San Antonio. Clean and comfortable place to stay for a short visit.

We stayed at this location while attending the San Antonio rodeo. Not too far from AT&T center plus restaurants and shopping great!!!

No problems, but not exceptional either. The breakfast items were "okay;" also nothing memorable, but nothing bad. It served as a place to sleep, nothing more.

Room was clean and a.c. worked great on 102 degree day. Gravy and biscuits in the morning was not bad either.

The service was good. Room was clean, carpet looked dirty. The location was good, close to lots of restarants, and mall.

I was very much pleased with my atay. I will choose it again! Staff was vwry helpful and friendly. Bed was super compfy. Room was vwry clean and well dwaigned. The best part was that I was able ro bring my sogs. The AC in my home had gonw out and we needed an alt place to stay while we waoted for repairs. I will be forever grateful to Comfort inns.

This is the second time I have stayed at this location and made the reservation because of the room having a microwave and small frig. The staff is the very best and know how to provide great service. Marketing is a little over done, did not know that the reservation was for this location, and would have not have stayed for the price. Much cleaner this […] stay. I had to change rooms due to a previous guest smoking and then using a cheap perfume trying to cover the smell; the employee that I spoke to went out of his way to be helpful, changed my room quickly and was very understanding. The second room air did not seem to work as well as I expected, I did not complain as I did not want to change rooms again. I would stay again just not for the dollars I spent. Continua a leggere

Great place to stay, and a hop and a skip from downtown San Antonio, if that you choose to go there. We wanted to say in Selma, and this was perfect for us. The hotel is very clean, and breakfast was good too. Will stay there again!

We needed a good, basic room close to another hotel in the area (which cost almost double what we paid per night) and chose this one. Our room was clean and comfortable overall, although I wished the air conditioner in our room had worked a little better (it took forever to get the room cool set on 70 degrees and never stayed at a comfortable level, […] but in fairness it was pretty hot and humid while we were there). The hotel is conveniently located to things like the airport, the 1604 loop around San Antonio, and a shopping center with some good restaurants, which made getting around very easy despite heavy traffic at times. The pool is small and sits right next to I-35, so that was a little disappointing, but it was still fine for a quick dip and works great if you have little kids like we do. I would stay there again if I had to and would recommend it as a good, cheap alternative to more expensive places that don't really have that much more to offer. Continua a leggere

The only thing that I was not satisfied was the breakfast. The lady looked like she didn't know what she was doing, i had to go somewhere else for breakfast.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The food in the breakfast was fresh and the area was kept clean. The bathroom towels were quite large and thick. The only complaints we might have are that the a/c unit was a bit noisy and the bed was not really very comfortable. It's hard to beat a clean hotel for the price they offered, but don't come expecting anything more than a clean room. Do yourself a favor and skip the free breakfast here as well.

The room size, sofa bed, and 2 televisions made this a very comfortable hotel for our family. We were 5 in total in the room for a 4 day stay and never felt overly crowded. The breakfast was not quite up to our standards but a Cracker Barrel and Denny's were right next door. The rooms are clean, the beds are good, and the front desk staff were courteous, […] friendly, and quick to provide those few things we forgot. We traveled downtown, to the zoo, to the outlets, and the nearby malls--we were close enough to everything. Will definitely stay again. Continua a leggere

Hotel was a good value, comfortable accommodations, would stay there again; nothing within walking distance

great value for the money. location was ideal for us.

It was clean, helpful staff and felt very safe. I will stay here again next year.

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily and all supplies were restocked as needed. The breakfast was delicious and appreciated. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Myself and my kids enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. I would recommend the hotel to others.

The hotel was really nice and updated. The king size bed was very comfortable. However the breakfast area was under construction and had very few items to choose from. When we arrived at the hotel, there was a Selma police car in front of the hotel. There where several guest stating that they had items missing and the officer was taking their information […] down. We overheard a curling iron, blow dryer, and make-up where missing. We had a long day and it was late so decided to stay anyways.... but we made sure we took our valuables with us. I was very pleased with my accomodations. I also liked that it was a non- smoking hotel.

Great place to stay when working the San Antonio - Austin area. Young staff, but well trained and very courteous. Would highly recommend to all.

The hotel was as advertised. Great location for my business. My reservation was in place as planned. The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. I will definately stay there again.

Very nice, new hotel; super staff. Location was a bit oddly sited since you had to access the turnarounds or exits on the highway to get to restaurants and other amenities.... lots of going around in circles. Nothing immediately adjacent to the hotel. Only negative... Need to move smoking areas away from front door. Turn off to a non-smoker.

The hotel is new, so everything was very clean. However, I had reserved a king with a sofa bed and the room we got did not have the sofabed. Two of our party had to sleep on the floor because the front desk said the hotel was full and no other rooms were available. However, I noticied that there were several rooms still awaiting their guests, soooo, […] technically, she could have given us the reoom we reserved..... Later, when I wrote to Choice hotels, the manager called me to say he would give me a refund. That was four weeks ago and I still haven't seen the refund. We called the hotel this morning and now the manager is denying that he told me he'd give a refund! other than the manager being a liar, the hotel itself is nice. Also, if you're visiting San Antonio, don't stay at this hotel because the traffic is horrendous...any time of day the traffic is crazy! Continua a leggere

We stayed here with our kids and it was a perfect location for local attractions in the San Antonio area. The service was excellent and close to many local restaurants. Would stay here again.

Perhaps it was because this is a new Comfort Inn, but everything was great. The bed was comfortable, the room quiet, the breakfast well prepared. We were on a 9-day trip, staying in a different city each day, and Comfort Inn was our best stay!

The manager accomodated a change to our original reservation at the desk. At no extra charge, this was much appreciated.

Buena opción de hotel, en un punto intermedio entre el downtown y san marcos, tiene poco de inaugurado por lo que esta limpio y en buenas condiciones. Del desayuno pues lo básico igual q cualquier otro hotel
