"A nice play to stay in Missoula"
Some people probably drive by Ruby's simply because its an older property. If they were to stop they would see that its been nicely maintained and updated. The rooms are spacious and the layout of the hotel provides privacy for all. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast is a nice touch. "One Very Satisfied Customer"
I was a little gun shy w/ staying at this hotel, but I had a seminar at the hotel and didnt feel like driving around. I was very shocked when I entered the room. It was very clean and very comfortable. I usually dont sleep very good while traveling, but I got an excellent night sleep at Ruby's. I will stay there again and bring the Family!!!

the hotel staff was awesome and very helpful but i will never again call the 800 number from the online information i will call rubys direct because it was a mess trying to change reservations for myself and for the staff at rubys. we had an awesome time and will be back soon. thanks

"Ruby's Hotel in Missoula Montana."
Ruby’s is one of the most comfortable hotels I’ve stayed in. It was very clean and well maintained. All of the staff was very accommodating. There was a fantastic breakfast every morning, This may be a Mom Pop operation but that’s probably what makes it such a good place to stay in. I would recommend Ruby’s to anyone. We are defiantly going back.

Ruby's may not be the newest motel but it is clean and has many extra amenities that we sometimes take for granted. We just completed a 19 day trip and stayed in many different motels along the way. I feel I could almost be a consultant because of the little things I noticed along the way. Such as a hook needed here, a plug-in close to the bed, etc. […] Ruby's has "majored in the minors" as far as I'm concerned. They have a fabulous breakfast better than more upscale establishments. They even have a gallon water bottle so you know you can make coffee in your room or fill your water bottle w/o using water from the tap that most of the time has been run through a water softener. The only gripe I have is that the building is located quite a ways from downtown, so if your business is in the heart of Missoula, you'll need a car and 15 minutes to get anywhere. The title says it all---nothing fancy, but neat, clean, and the owners mingle at breakfast to make sure you've had a good experience. Nice little park along the creek behind our room---all in all a nice place to stay! I would definitely recommend it to anyone passing through Missoula!

This hotel is in a great location as far as shopping and dining. It was about as far away from campus as one can get, though. The breakfast was good; probably great if one eats early. Great hotel right off freeway with pool, sauna, and hot tub right on the creek. The hot breakfast made this a fantastic bargain and we will stay there again.

We had a great night at Ruby's Inn. The hotel was clean and comfortable. It's also down the street from a great Irish Pub with fantastic food. The hotel staff was friendly and inviting. We'll definitely stay here again next time we are in Missoula.

"Great Place, Great Breakfast"
We stayed 3 nights and were very happy with the hotel and staff. The only down side was the bed. It had some type of plastic on it under the sheet and made you sweat to it. The staff were great.

This was a cute hotel. The rooms were outside, some by the pool, some right by parking. They have free wi-fi and tv. The location was conviently near the interstate and on a commercial street with shopping just down the street. The owners ate breakfast in the hotel every morning. Very nice Hotel with a very friendly staff. We were going to stay at a big Hotel chain but they were booked. After reading the reviews we decided to stay at Rubys. Hotel was close to the freeway and also the Mall so we could get the items we needed easily. We will use this Hotel again.

Our stay was brief and Ruby's was just what we needed. The property is older, but well maintained and close to I-90. Parking was right outside our room and the hot breakfast was very good. We would stay there again.
The location by the stream is beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely the best motel breakfast we've ever had. We will definitely stay there again whenever we have the occasion to overnight in Missoula!
