"Great stay"
I would recommend this hotel and will definitely come back. Room was comfortable , clean and i loved how soft the towels were. Breakfast the usual waffles, eggs. sausage ..very good. The only problem was very hard to find entrance to hotel small sign by long driveway,, missed it the first time.
"Nicest Hotel in Marshalltown"
Very impressed with this hotel. It is a newer hotel and it was certainly one of the nicest ones we have stayed in for awhile. The decor of the hotel was very impressive as it has a very home like feel to it. The breakfast eating area is one of the nicest we have seen too. I would not hesitate at all to stay here again.
"EXCELLENT"
The building is above any other. The stafff was well beyond the norm. We were greated with a warm welcome and every staff member throughout the building was smiling with a warm HELLO. I would place this Marshalltown Hampton Inn one of the best hotels we stayed in and we travel 10 out of 12 months a year. Thanks for making our stay GREAT.

Beautiful hotel. Wonderful rooms and the beds were the best. Hard to locate the hotel, there is not sufficient signage from the road and the road leading to the hotel was hard to find.
