Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 25 feb 2013La posizione è stupenda in quanto si trova direttamente di fronte a Central Park. La nostra camera era veramente spaziosa. Per la colazione è meglio premurarsi che sia già pagata o meno altrimenti viene addebitata sulla camera e poi bisogna spiegare che era già pagata. Attenzione al frigo bar, ogni tanto caricano sul conto consumazioni non fatte. Nel nostro caso, dopo una breve spiegazione, hanno provveduto immediatamente a cancellarla dal conto finale e senza fare troppe storie. Il personale è stato gentile a parte qualche cameriere un po scorbutico durante la colazione ma con il quale abbiamo subito chiarito, parlando noi un buon inglese.

We were informed that there is free breakfast and as for other hotels,we had before we thought service would be until 11 am .We woke up at 1030, went straight to the dining lounge only to be told by the lady in the counter that it is closed and it is opened only till 10 am .We told the the receptionist about it and all they said is "we told you free […] breakfast " that was it and they turned ( literally) their back on us ,we were quite disappointed, would we have had known and were informed about the time upfront then we would not missed it (that night we were really tired from walking in the city and has yet to recover the jet lag,change of time zone).As for me ,it is poor customer service because if I were the lady at least order cereals or muffins so as not to disappoint the customers...I'm a nurse and whatever makes my patients happy and satisfied regardless of the inconvenience on my part, I do it for my company's vision-guaranteed customer's satisfaction !!! "An enjoyable experience"
I stayed here because it was close to the airport and fairly inexpensive However, next time I'll stay in the city. What I thought I was saving in price I spent on gas and tolls. Decent room at a good relative price very close to LGA. Perfect if you just want to crash near the airport the night before a flight. It took five minutes for the shuttle to get over to LGA. No TV clicker in the room. Learn how to use the shower before you go to your room. Breakfast was the typical offering but their bananas and yogurt were as good […] as anyone else's. if you are just looking for a room for the night so you can get up in the AM and be right there at the airport, this is the place. My stay was memorable in a positive way. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. However, I will like to see a box for suggestions. My suggestions at this point will be (1) make laptop computers at extra charge of say $5.00 a day available to your customers/clients. The fear is that some customers may not return the laptops, you charge the cost […] of a new laptop to their credit card. (2) I will like the hotel to have a printed map of its own from Comfort Inn to places like downtown NY, La Guardia, Yankee stadium, etc. The map should show simplest way to get from the hotel to these places and back to the hotel. The fellow that came to pick me up from the airport was so friendly you would think we have known each other forever whereas we just met for the first time that night I arrived. I can't remember his name, I don't know if he said Charles. Anyway, I arrived the night of February 21st. Yeah, lest I forgot, change the Chinese egg to regular egg omlette. Thank you. "Thought I was going to be murdered"
From the sketchy "shuttle" to the back roads the driver took us on to the 100 security cameras and the unlockable window in my room, I was almost certain I was going to be murdered. The hotel was surprisingly clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is a bit surprising. It is located in a short alley near the airport. Aircraft fly very low over the hotel as they land. Noise is terrific though there is a hiatus in air traffic through the late night till early morning. A bus stop […] is about a block away making it easy to connect to NYC transit (rail/subway/bus). Restaurants, shops, pharmacy are within walking distance. "A clean place to sleep"
The room was clean but very small. They could have added about a foot to each side of the room to make it a little more tolerable. We could not both move around at the same time. The hotel was super clean and very close to LaGuardia. 1 block from a bus stop that will take you to the subway and into the city. Staff was very helpful in providing easy directions for using transportation to see NYC. Some airport noise but not very loud. "Adequate room near airport"
This is a no frills hotel, but was adequate for my needs as I had a very early flight. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful, and the best part of the stay. My carpet was rather dirty near the door, and the room was very small. Breakfast was what would be expected and met my needs. There are no places nearby to eat or shop.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"Fine for a hotel close to LaGuardia"
Shuttle service courteous and prompt. Front desk courteous and helpful. The room was very small, and the carpet was a little worn, but for a stay close to the airport it was perfect. Be aware that shuttle service ends at midnight.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"Good for overnight stay close to airport"
The hotel is near the airport which is why we chose it. Rooms were neat and clean but not large. (we didn't care- only needed a place to sleep) Lobby is pristine, front desk personnel are very helpful (printing my boarding pass) and breakfast was more than adequate.
