Room clean and comfortable, cheap rates and even some food for a little breakfast included in the night rate. Remember that its a Motel so you cannot expect the services and the standing of a hotel. We used it only for sleeping then we moved to the beaches during the day or to the towns during the nights, so I cannot give any opinion about swimmingpool and other facilities. It was along the highway so a car is needed to move everywhere.

Inviato da marcantonio di "roma" il 1 ott 2011B&B gestito con la massima cura ed attenzione con una gestione precisa puntuale e molto attenta alle esogenze dei clienti. la stanza e' ben arredata anche nei particolari. il management e' attento e sempre disponibile a venire incontro alle esigenze della clientela. ottima posizione. sicuramente una soluzione da prendere in considerazione anche per la sua posizione centrale. ottimo pure il rapporto qualita'/prezzo.

Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 4 nov 2010Un fantastico hotel stile B&B molto riservato. L'hotel è realizzato in una palazzina stile coloniale "tipo Mansion" molto ben arredata. La colazione compresa SEMPRE anche se nell'inserzione non è inclusa. Come dice il titolare: non esiste che un ospite della Mansion non abbia la colazione gratis. La nostra stanza era molto intima e accogliente. Bagno+antibagno, caminetto, letto enorme più cassetti vari. Veramente consigliato alle coppie. L'hotel non ha ascensore, sconsigliato a chi ha problemi a salire le scale (che sono abbastanza ripide). Non ci sono stanze al pian terreno (per quanto abbia potuto osservare).

"room was mildewy"
When we first got there we were directed to a room on the other side of hotel, it was humid, dark and smelled like mildew. I went back to front desk, explained to her it was unacceptable and we were immediately put into the main hotel in a cleaner room. Overall good experience. Rooms old but well kept. Service was prompt and friendly. Managers very helpful. Good central location to use as a starting point for Cape Cod tours. "The Governor Prence in Oleans MA Good value"
Rooms are old world but clean . Very courtesy staff. Great place to stay if on a budget . Rooms are large just decorated 70 's style . Only problem we had is last year had told them plug needed changing as anything you plug in falls out. Stayed in same room this yearand plug wasn't changed. Hopefully they will check all outlets in all rooms, as this […] is a safety issue. Outlets do wear out after so many years of use. Would stay here again . "The Governor Prence Inn in Orleans, MA - rail trai"
Our first room smelled very musty, and only had tiny windows, but we asked for a different room. The second room was fine (had windows, didn't smell). Behind the hotel, there is a little path that leads you right onto the rail trail, which is excellent.
