Was over too quick

When we arrived we asked for a nice view, next am pulled backed the curtain and we saw ??? generators / plumbing stuff. not a nice view ... Sunday, beds were not made and garbage had not been taken out, also granddaughter skinned her leg at pool and was told to go to target to purchase bandaids .... disappointed waffle station was not an option for […] breakfast, son was complaining of a vibration he felt from whatver it was outside the window .. but other than that the hotel was ok Continua a leggere

This was our fourth stay at Hyatt Place Cascade Station (Portland Airport). The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Great food and shopping within walking distance. This hotel is in the approach path to the airport but the rooms are very quiet and comfortable. We will stay here again when the opportunity arises.

The idea to sell food all night is very good and appropriate for an airport hotel, as well as I appreciate a tooth paste in the room because airport security buns it.

I was disappointed, I was given 2 rooms that are not connected to each others even though we requested (during booking) both rooms to be connected in order to check on my kids, also the one room that my kids stayed in was built for handicap guests, low beds, bathrooms with no bath tub, extremely inconvenient, front desk personnel would not put us in […] different rooms after we checked in. This was a great stop over hotel. It might not have the outdoor space that one might look for if staying for a week but as a weekend place it was close to shops, breakfast and parking included and no sound of the planes heard from our room at all. Very comfy beds. It could have used a luggage stand, and perhaps some tea in the amenities. The one major […] drawback is that there was no change room at the pool so we had to walk through the hotel wet and there were no robes in the rooms to cover up with. But overall very pleasant! We had some mistakes...For some reason the maid did not leave us any towels...I called the front desk and told them and they sent some asap...He didn't bring any hand towels...I went to the front desk and said"If I keep saying I am not getting the right towels your going to think I am stealing them"...We laughed and the young man who brought us the […] set of towels was a desk clerk and he didn't know what all was in a set of towels and life is good...That is what I liked about this Hotel...They were clean, classy, friendly, fun, human, and could laugh at their mistakes and so could we...The key...they fixed them...Mike Continua a leggere

Everything was great! Great price on room and parking. My new fav!

This hotel was close to the airport and a great stay. In a good location and was a cool hotel. The TV in the room was huge!

If there was a way we could have tied the bed on top of our car we would have, The best bed ever!!

Very comfortable bed, clean room and the most helpful staff I've met yet!

The king-size room was like a studio apartment, with bed, bath, living area, coffee/tea counter, desk area, large flat screen TV viewable from bed and living area. It was great to sit on a sofa to watch TV, instead of having to crawl into or across a bed. The Hyatt is close to shopping, as well as the airport. This room (regular King Bed) was amazing. By far the best room I have ever had for the money. A very unique floor plan. The roomy shower had glass doors. No mildewed shower curtain. The bed was heavenly.

Staff were exceptionally accomidating. Rooms very clean and well kept. Beds and bedding super! "On call " type menue and food very good. Shuttle survice excelent. Would highly recomment this hotel

The only problem was the remote control, very slow to react... Great location near the airport with shooping center around.

We spent Christmas in this hotel. It is very spacious and comfortable with great staff. The free breakfast could be a little more substantial but overall our stay was great.

We enjoyed our stay very much! We had a small issue when checking in, They did not have any rooms clean, but they found us a room after a few minutes and all was fine. The room was great! Very clean and modern look. Breakfast was okay for a free start to the day but Portland has so many great places for breakfast we skiped the free stuff and went out. […] I would stay in this hotel again on my next visit to Portland. We stayed here the night before catching an early flight and found everthing to be excellent. If you'll be returning a rental car make sure you've refueled or you'll have to leave the airport area and it's not easy to find a gas station nearby. Great place. Some comments: The bed lights are to bright for one person to sleep and one to read. The cleaning detergent smells peculiar

Our room was outstanding with numerous unexpected ammenities. The bed was very comfortable and we liked having the small kitchenette. Our only suggestion is to include a large muffin rather than a bagel with cream cheese (no jelly) for the boxed breakfast when departing on an early morning flight.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was a little on the cold side for the small children travelling with us but it was clean. My only negative point was the beds as they were VERY soft, as were the pillows. On the good side we heard no airport traffic and the rooms were a fantastic size.

The hotel is convenient to the airport and has some restaurants and shopping near by. Comfortable bed, huge TV, microwave, fridge, everything you need. The staff was friendly and helpful. Airport check in readily available and free wi-fi. Very quiet, no hotel noise.

Breakfast was included in room charges. The breakfast food was poor quality.... that's about it.We expect better quality than what was there, from Hyatt Hotels.

Except for a bewildering in-room TV system and the fact that they pull the breakfast off promptly at 9,30, this was a fine hotel. Lots of fruit at breakfast and the coffee was drinkable. Great service and a fair price. Hard to find though if you don't plan ahead, since the access road seems to be called Mt Hood Ave on maps but it is actually reached […] on the Cascades Station access road. Or something. We had a great stay at the Hyatt Place Portland Airport. The room was beautiful and huge. It was so much better than we expected being a hotel near the airport. We would definitely stay there again!!

AC unit was a bit clunky, but otherwise the room as great. The place was not as soundproofed as the website claimed, but was still pretty good.

I had a wonderful experience when I flew in late on Wednesday night (11/16) the staff were totally fabulous. I called ahead to see if I needed to schedule a pick up and the front desk asked that I call when I arrived. Pick up was a breeze and the driver and check in staff were amazing. In the morning however, I had eyes rolled at me no less than three […] times in ten minutes. First, I got scoffed at for not making reservations for the trip to the hotel (I assumed the protocol was the same as the previous evening). I got actually yelled at by the cook for trying to order breakfast because I should have realized she was the only one there. Finally, when I tried to check out, the young lady at the desk seemed very uninterested in helping me or answering any of my questions. The day staff really need to be trained by the night staff. The bed and pillows were so comfortable! The complimentary breakfast wwas good and we ordered extra stuff that we paid for it was ok but bacon on the plate was paper thing and tiny. Thats the only complaint

The staff was great, but the walls were extra thin. We could hear entire conversations from the room next door. Very clean.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel on a couple different occasions. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are very nice and clean and it is really close to the airport. They have shuttles to the airport at all hours. Plan on staying again!
