ottimo hotel, servizio, cortesia e disponibilità dello staff. Stanze spaziose curate e pulite. Non lontano dalle principali attrazioni - circa 15 min. a piedi -

Le camere sono eleganti e confortevoli, grande e bella la piscina la spiaggia e tra le migliori di benoa, come posizione e' un po fuori dai servizi che offre la zona . anche se di fianco ci sono degli negozi affiliati di suvenir e un market ma per avere piu' scelta bisogna spostarsi verso nord hai margini della strada visto che li' non sempre il marciapiede c'e. La colazione offre una vasta scelta per tutti i gusti! Internet e' free. Ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo.

Le camere sono eleganti, pulite e spaziose, il letto (gradito per chi soffre di mal di schiena e non) ha un materasso eccezionalmente comodo. La piscina (nel pomeriggio c'e l'ombra come del resto in molti alberghi della stessa localita') e' bella e ha due particolarita' , da un lato inizia con la sabbia degradante e al centro ci sono due piccole cascate , una volta attraversata la prima si puo godere del massaggio della seconda! Per quanto riguarda la spiaggia e' un po' stretta come la maggior parte del resto! Per collegamento wireless e' possibile acquistare le schede a prezzi modici , e' difficile che la conessione prenda in camera dovrete posizionarvi nella hall. Per quanto mi riguarda la parte migliore di questo albergo e' la posizione, infatti davanti all'albergo e proseguendo a nord (a piedi) ci sono tutti i tipi di ristoranti, supermarket, centri massaggi taxi per fare le varie visite affidatevi hai vari driver che a prezzi convenienti vi porteranno nei centri di maggiore interesse.Nella stessa settimana ho soggiornato anche al Melia Benoa posizionato piu' a sud esattamente tra benoa e nusa dua. (per altre info guarda recensione) Per quanto mi riguarda albergo altamente consigliato per chi vuole un ottimo albergo vicino a tutti i servizi.

Buon hotel con standar occidentali. Buona colazione con amplia scelta. Camera confortevole e abbastanza pulita. Personale gentile e disponibile. Unica pecca il rumore del traffico pur essendo in una via secondaria di Kuta.

"A great, relaxing stay"

"Convenient hotel, but unruly guests"
The hotel is well located and a nice refuge from the (unexpected) hustle and bustle of Seminyak. I asked to be in the back building but was told with a smile that it was noisier due to nearly construction (not true), and we were in the front. Our second night a group of young Aussies arrived and proceeded to act as it this was their own place, partying, […] yelling, hollering from one floor to the next until 4am despite many calls to front desk. The next am I went to reception, there were many people complaining and 2 people left the hotel. That night they started yelling again upon return from the bars and hotel staff quieted them. It really put a damper on our stay and I would return to Bali to Ubud, but not Seminyak. Continua a leggere

The hotel is in a great location if you want to shop and dine out. I come to bali for work and could walk to a lot of places I need to be which was great. Everything was great. It is obviously a big hotel run by a big company and you could feel that. Which is good for some but sometimes you want something a little more personable. "Seminyak suites"
Free upgrade to suite room.... What a surprise! The staff are very helpfull, the food for breakfast also not bad at all. The suite room is great.
"Good Value"
The hotel was really good value and being new it was lovely and clean, staff were very friendly. Both pools were lovely although in the afternoon they were in the shade. The only small thing is its a bit of a walk to the beach but apart from that it was great!

Had a relaxing 3x days at the end of our holiday after staying 10 minutes by taxi further north in Seminyak. We had adjoining rooms for our kids with a comfortable living area in between. Clean rooms, fantastic landscaping, good service, and good breakfast options. We had daily problems with the electronic room keys, the bathroom smell from the "fresh" […] water was offensive, the toilet and bath/shower combo was frustrating, some doors would not close properly eg the main bedroom and front door. The complex is not children or "noise" friendly, with the 3x pools catering to a more mature book reading crowd, which is great if you are without kids. Several large multistorey apartment blocks make up the complex blocking out the sun for periods that at times left you feeling a bit confined. Close to cafes on both the east and south sides including shopping. Construction on the south west side of the complex will take many months and did interfere with some sleep at night. We found the Haven Hotel excellent in location, service, facilities and convenience. Food was good, pool was great with really comfy day beds and the staff were helpful and organised.

Overall enjoyed the stay very much, nice hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. Based on the reviews read before I have asked for a quieter room, however upon arrival I was checked in to a room close to the main road. Without exaggeration I must say that the feeling was like sleeping in the street, the cleanliness of the room was also far from […] being perfect.The next day I have asked the front desk to change my room to a quieter part of the building, which was done. There it was just perfect, quiet and comfy. Only the cleanliness was still not good enough even though better than in the previous room. "THE HEAVEN SEMINYAK BALI"
Basically everything are good. staffs are friendly and charming. Service are good. But the rooms is too dark. The light is not enough. Is very hard to do reading in the room.

i have stayed in lot of hotels but this has to be one of the best experiences so far. the location was great. it wasnt as noisy as some made it out to be. the service was great - all smiley and helpful. in my next trip to bali i am going back there...
Got upgraded to suite which was superb. New, modern hotel, professional and obliging staff. Quick and good room service for food. Nice pool, nice and well maintained hotel. Only downside is that it is far from main shopping street. There are basic eateries and a supermarket in the area but not much shopping.

Had a great time with my partner at The Haven. It was an extremely short trip - 3D2N - but the bed ensured that we got a good night's sleep after the extremely tiring days. The pool was quiet and very conducive for R&R. The rattan deck beds are great for sunbathing and enjoying the breeze that regularly punctuated the air. We stayed 2 nights at the Haven Seminyak in May this yr. The hotel is closely located to boutiques/restaurants/supermarkets/spas. Bintang supermarket is about 200m away where you can get all your basic necessities, sovenirs etc. Hotel staff are all very friendly and are willing to pleased- all the way from cleaners, porters, reception to waitresses. The […] hotel is generally new but we do see that there could be some maintenance problems eg water seepage marks in the toilet, falling cabinet door, insensitive card door sensors. The breakfast spread is ok but the restaurant is non-air unconditioned so you get the occassional flies n mosquitos. I didn't use the pool or gym which looks pretty decent. Continua a leggere

Hotel service is great. The room is clean and nice. The staff service is very good. Food there is good. A great hotel place to stay for shopping lovers, there are many nice cheap shops around the area just next door.Too bad only stay one night there. Will be back to stay there again the next trip.

"Great value and location friendly staff,"
This property is well located with frie]ndly staff. The only critisism was leaking and faulty plumbing and dirty shower recess. Minor issue when you wiegh up everything else. However beware of late checkout fees as you will be held to ransom. We moved to another hotel on our last day.

At first impression hotel looks very nice but has a few maintenance problems. We had water leaking into our wardrobe and also toilet became blocked. Room cleaning could be better but staff are really friendly and hotel is in good position.

Location is convenient. Staff were friendly but incompetent -it took us to 2 reminders to get the coffee, and 2 phone calls to get the technician down to our room. It seems some staff don't treat all guests with the same attitude. "The Haven Hotel - A very nice hotel in Seminyak"
My friend and myself recently stayed 4 nights at the Haven and were impressed, overall. This hotel is fairly new and is still ironing out bugs, as it has not been open that long. The grounds are very nice. 3 pools, on-site spa, brand new gym (good, but small) and good restaurant on-site.

I was upgraded to their "suites" building..glad I was upgraded because the hotel section too noisy with Australians teens. I will go back to this hotel but only in the suites building, I might even rent a villa. They are beautiful. The haven hotel is located on a very busy street. On arrival at 9.30 pm the room wasn't ready. The room was nice and clean. Beautiful swimming pool, but the reception staff was incompetent. Laundry service was really expensive.

I got a good last minute deal on this hotel so booked it, but you certainly only get what you paid for. Friendly enough staff, but they were quite disorganised. The hotel is not overly Bali-style, although there are some nice pools and a few trees. The rooms look into each other and there were not enough sunlounges on a sunny day. The overall quality and atmosphere of the Haven was excellent, rooms were modern and comfy. Breakfast was good with great detail and attention to the freshness of the food. Only two complaints, there was a lot of mould around the shower/bath and the sink. Ihan hyvä 4 tähden turistihotelli. Palvelu ystävällistä kautta linjan. Hotelli voi olla meluisa. Yksi-lasinen ikkuna/seinä erottaa sinut allasalueesta. Huoneistot ja villa alue näytti paljon rauhallisemmalta. Sijainti hyvä. ravintola kallis tasoon nähden(western food) ja aamiainen keskitasoa.

Perfecte lokatie! Hotel is mooi maar vertoont nu wel wat gebreken. Een bed dat piepte, Aircon die het niet goed deed. Het personeel reageerde hier niet echt adequaat op. Goede gym en mooi zwembad.

"für kurzen Aufenthalt OK"
da noch relativ neu, Angestellte sehr unroutiniert, manche auch sehr unmotiviert. Vorwiegend Australische "Billigurlauber", sehr laut im Hotel und in Hotelumgebung. Korridorbeschallung mit klassischer Musik in sehr hohen Tönen - kommt einem Quietschen ähnlich - ab 6 Uhr Morgens bis 22.00 Uhr .......Ohropax nicht vergessen :-) !

일반 객실/스위트/풀빌라 3Type으로 나뉘어있는 독특한 구조의 호텔. 일반 객실은 'ㄷ' 형태로 건물 구조가 되어 있어서, 다소 근접한 거리에 있는 객실 끼리는 Privacy 측면에서는 좋지 않음. 스위트 룸은 정말 최고의 휴식처. 스위트 룸 만을 위한 Pool과 조식 레스토랑이 별도로 마련되어 있으며, 일반 객실이 스미냑 큰 길가에 위치하고 있어 저녁에는 다소 시끄러운 반면, 스위트 Area는 조용하고 쾌적한 공간으로 구성되어 있음. 여유가 되신다면 스위트 룸에서의 휴식을 추천드림. 빠른 세탁서비스와 무선인터넷 요청시 ID/PW를 부여해주어 일정기간(3일?) 동안 인터넷 Free~. 정말 다시 가고픈 멋진 공간이었음 […] ! "短期間の滞在なら…"
ウブド中心の滞在前にスミニャックで一泊だけするために泊まりました。何泊かするなら、もう少し落ち着いたところにあるヴィラがオススメですが、時間がない中でスミニャックでのショッピングや食事を楽しみたい人向けです。部屋はコンパクトにまとまっていて、バリらしさはありませんが、新しく機能的です。ただ、冷蔵庫が故障していたのと、朝ごはんのフルーツがすくなかったこと、フレッシュジュースでなかったのは残念でした。このあたりでうまく探せば同じような料金でもっと充実した朝ごはんが食べられる宿は他にもあるので。そういう意味では、悪くはないけど飛び抜けてよい点もない、可もなく不可もないという印象でしょうか。

モダンな建物でホテル全体が居心地がよく快適でした。 近くにはサークルＫやビンタンスーパーマーケットがありちょっとした買物はできます。スタッフはみんなフレンドリーで通りすがりでも必ず挨拶してくれます。部屋はとても綺麗で、無料wifiも完備していました。今回はラッキーことに無料でstudioタイプの部屋にアップグレードされました。アメニティも充実しており困ることはありませんでした。
