Hotel Sct Thomas Frederiksberg

Ho soggiornato al Sct Thomas per un weekend dicembrino, il mio primo in assoluto a Copenhagen. Percio' non posso fare raffronti con altri di pari categoria, ma certo la "trista fama" degli alberghi di Copenhagen e' stata confermata in pieno. Stanza con letto singolo minuscola, bagno microscopico, biancheria da letto e da bagno ridotta all'osso, pulizia […] appena accettabile ma nulla piu'. Mi e' pure sembrato che il bagno non sia stato pulito dopo la prima notte. Inoltre, se pensate di fare "tardi" la sera (si fa per dire, diciamo le 11) portatevi appresso la chiave della stanza, che apre anche il portone d'ingresso dell'hotel. Altrimenti, preparatevi all'idea di suonare ad un citofono al quale nessuno vi aprira'. Meglio telefonare al numero sulla porta e buttare giu' dal letto la signora della reception (come ho dovuto fare io), con un attesa di circa 15 minuti al gelo. Uniche note positive, una colazione a buffet appena discreta ma lameno inclusa nel prezzo della camera, e la posizione, non lontana dal Tivoli ad esempio. Per il resto, ci si puo' andare solo se non si e' trovata soluzione migliore a parita' di prezzo. Continua a leggere

L' hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione a 10 min a piedi dal centro, l'unica pecca è la colazione un po' mediocre ma per il resto lo consiglio vivamente

Mi aspettavo un hotel a tre stelle. ma in realtà solo l'esterno è tale : la camera e i servizi sono al più da pensione. La camera è picola, calda e con un bagno che è inesistente : un metro quadrato vecchio e puzzolente e la colazione è appena sufficiente. Ma ciò che costituisce la ciliegina sulla torta è che alle 10 di sera la reception e la sala comune […] con televisore e computer chiudono, il personale se ne va e quindi tutti in camera, senza la possibilità neanche di un caffè o una bibita. L'unica cosa positiva è la posizione comoda perchè l'autobus per il centro passa a cinquanta metri. Excellent staff interaction. Room ready on our arrival meaning we could make use of the rest of our first day. Room very clean and comfortable. Very close to the concert hall and Tivoli Gardens.overall a verry pleasing experience.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and convenient. It is a budget hotel in a very expensive city, but it provided a quiet, secure place to sleep.

We stayed in Hotel Sct Thomas for a long weekend in December. I must say that hotel exceeded our expectations. Rooms were clean, breakfast was very good and service was friendly. Even the location, although not right in the center, was ok. Copenhagen is small and nice to walk around, so pretty much every place can be reached by foot. The hotel was small and you got a friendly feeling. It is about 10 min walk from the station and the neighborhood is residential with close access to great bars and the "meat packing district" for night life. We had a nice morning run up to a close by park and the zoo.

This hotel was slightly out of the city centre but for anyone looking for a quieter location is perfect as Copenhagen is not a large city and so everything was within walking distance still. The service was excellent, breakfast hearty and generally the style and decor modern and clean. The only slight criticism was that the bed and pillows were softer […] than I like (a personal thing!) and that he single room was quite small and cramped. My stay at the Hotel Sct Thomas was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is kept to a high standard and is immaculately clean; the breakfast was good; and the location, on a quiet side street off busy Vesterbrogade, was good.

If you're looking for a room in a nice and quiet end of town and you want it neat yet simplistic, then this is a great place. Room rates are fairly low, the rooms are small yet comfortable.

I was visiting on business for a couple of days and although the hotel was clean, the bathroom smelled bad and the toilet was badly positioned to sit on. The room was very small, slightly bigger than a very narrow single bed. So small was the bed that if you turned during your sleep you were most likely to fall out of bed! The room wasn't cleaned properly when I arrived or on the first day. They stop cleaning after 15:00. When it was finally cleaned the bathroom bin wasn’t emptied. The bathroom is tiny. There is no air-conditioning in the rooms so during the summer you need to sleep with the windows open, however, if you are at the front of the hotel, it is very noisy. The […] front desk closes at 22:00 and there is no telephone in the room. Not suitable for families with young children who may require extra towels or pillows. Breakfast finishes very early and starts before reception opens. There are two signs in the reception that state that a taxi fare is 250DKK to the airport. However, they don’t tell you that you have to buy a voucher from them. The signs are provided by a local taxi company and the Hotel say it is not possible to book the low price when the taxi is pre-booked. All in all very disappointing. Continua a leggere

There was a strong smell of sewage coming from the shower drain which we noticed when we first entered the room. We asked reception to get the cleaner to put some disinfectant down the drain the next morning. I don't know if she did or not but the smell was worse. Very comfortable hotel. Staff are vey friendly and go extra mile to give us the convienence. Quite centralise near to the main train station and public transport is very accessible.

A great base for exploring Tivoli Gardens, Christiansborg, Stroget and wider city. Would definately recommend hiring bikes from the hotel (100DKK for 24 hours) as it is the best way to see the sights. This hotel has the tiniest elevator I've ever seen (fits one person and luggage/carriage, or two empty handed,) but it only adds to the charm of this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and it's location was great, being steps from the bus line (#26, if I remember correctly) that took us to virtually everything we needed. The room was clean […] and modern in its decor, and had a lovely view of a large courtyard with balconies from other residential buildings. The bathroom was on the small side, but who wants to spend their entire vacation in a bathroom anyway? It fit exactly what we needed for space, privacy and cost, and I feel lucky to have found it! This hotel is the worst hotel we have ever stayed. The most I can classify it is a one star hotel. The room is terribly small. The bathroom sink is so tiny. There is no one available after 11 pm. So in case anything happened, you can only call a number and try to get help over the phone.

close to public transport. comfortable bed. good breakfast. pleasant, helpful reception staff. would stay there again.

We wanted to spend our Christmas holiday at the hotel as it is located near our family. We were sadly dissappointed that breakfast ends and 9.30 and check-out is at 10 - not at all suitable for our holiday schedule.

Nice littel hotel in the center of Cph. small rooms but in the cheap end so ok.. not for familyes. Will use tihs for future stays too..

the single room was about the size of my walkin closet, which was ok considering i only stayed there at night. however, the soap dispenser only deposited a spot of soap at a time and it was for both hair and body. the bed was so small that had i been a bit wider there would have been no way for me to turn over during sleep. furthermore, there was no […] alarm clock or phone for a wake up call. recommend you bring everything you need shampoo, soap, alarm clock. the breakfast was delicious!!! loved having breakfast in the morning and the staff were always cheerful and helpful. Litet hotell med god komfort inom gångavstånd från Hovedbanegården. Kallt på toalett och badrum. Frukosten OK, men lite trångt kring borden. Ägg saknades.

Mit værelse var ikke det dyreste, men udsigt direkte ind i mur er aldrig sjovt. Værelset var lille og føltes trangt.

Für 4 Personen war dieses 4-er Zimmer viel zu klein. Kaum eingerichtet, z.B. nur kleiner Schrank, im Bad keine Ablage. Aber sehr sauber, und gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal. Direkt an der Bushaltestelle für Bus ins Zentrum.

Hotel Sct Thomas oli kiva ja pieni hotelli erittäin hyvällä sijainnilla. Lähellä sijaitsee useita hyviä ravintoloita ja kauppoja, eikä keskustaan kävele kuin reilun kilometrin. Huone oli suhteellisen siisti, äänieristys voisi olla hieman parempi (toisaalta kadulta ei kuulunut liikenteen ääniä laisinkaan) ja yksi miinus tuli siivouksesta, kun lattialle […] heitettyjä pyyhkeitä ei vaihdettu, vaikka ohjeissa niin neuvottiin tekemään. Viivyimme hotellissa 3 yötä ja muuta huomautettavaa ei ollut kuin kylpyhuoneen ilmastointikanavaa pitkin tullut röökinhaju. Tuulettamalla siitä päästiin, mutta savuttomassa hotellissa aika epämiellyttävää. Sijainti oli hyvä: lähellä ravintoloita, kauppoja, eläintarha, hieno puisto, ostoskeskus ja samalla kuitenkin rauhallinen katu. Kävelymatka rautatieasemalta […] kesti noin 10min ja respasta saadulla avaimella pääsi hotelliin sisään mihin aikaan tahansa. Aamiainen oli maittava, tosin lähes sama kattaus joka aamu. En trevlig vistelse och ett bra pris. Läget är lugnt fritt från oljud från tåg och trafik. Om man inte tycker om att gå en bit till t.ex ströget så finns en busshållplats 50m från hotellet. Frukosten ingick och var riktigt bra. Kaffe, te, juice, fil, youghurt, flingor, musli, bröd, ost, marmelad, brie, fruktskivor etc. Wifi kunde hyras för 50 kr (?), […] men de hade även 2st datorer med internet i receptionen som man kan använda kostnadsfritt. Bon hôtel, assez bien situé, surtout pour les restaurants tout proche. Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle, nous y étions à l'aise à 3. Très propre et au calme. Personnel souriant et toujours prête à répondre à nos questions. Bon petit-déjeuner varié sous forme de buffet !

el hotel esta situado a 15 minutos andando de la estacion de tren y del centro de copenhague. las habitaciones estaban muy limpias. la habitaciones eran tranquilas sin ruidos. el desayuno era variado y estaba muy bueno, solo heche en falta unos huevos y beacon pero por lo demas estaba genial. esta cerca de supermercados,sitios para comer y de tiendas […] por si necesitais algo.el baño es pequeño como en casi todos los hoteles de europa donde he estado eso es normal. el hotel lo recomiendo 100 % para la gente que quiera conocer copenhague esta bien situado. la relacion calidad-precio esta muy bien porque pensad que copenhague es una ciudad mucho mas cara españa por eso el precio esta muy bien Continua a leggere

hyper calme pas un bruit bien que complet,ni les voisins ni les voitures ni les canalisations! incroyable! très bien situé pour nous petit dejeuner simple mais complet pas d’œufs mais bonne charcuterie. salle de bain sommaire sans petits savons , mais le tout est très fonctionnel, idéal pour qq jours de visite à Copenhague. Helt ok med tanke på priset och trevlig personal med ok frukost.

Ett bra, enkelt och prisvärt hotell! Trevlig personal och städpersonal. Frukosten som ingår klart godkänd. Hotellet är nära till centrum.

Meget venligt personale. Få parkeringspladser, men behjælpelig med at advisere anden parkering. Morgenbuffeten var fin, men værelset var meget koldt og kloakeringen i badeværelset efterlod en ikke så behagelig lugt i værelset.
