"NIghtmare in Spring Valley"
Horrible Horrible Horrible.............. Dead bugs on floor. Curtains had duct tape holding them up. Chain on door was cut in half. Spit was on mirror in bathroom. Requested money back. Desk Clerk. Unkept and told us he had only been in America for a very short time. Only gave us partial refund. A terrible experience after a 10 hour trip.

I turned the television on and went through the channels and a X rated pornography was on one of the tv stations. What I saw was abominable, vile. I switched it off immediately. When I left I mentioned that I would not be back because of the pornography on the cable television.

"Spring Valley Inn in Spring Valley, IL"
It was a ways from Starved Rock but doable. It had a fridge and microwave but no dishes or cookware. The fridge was dirty as was the microvave, and the wall behind the stove and the cabinets. There was hair on the bathroom counter and floor and stained couch and rug. I did not have to travel far for resturants as I was not able to prepare my food. […] There was a note posted regarding not using more than one burner while the heat or air was running as a circut would blow. The owner was not friendly and was defensive when asked about the cookware and dishes telling me I had to bring my own. Not at all happy w/ my stay. Continua a leggere
