Hotel disposto in posizione strategica, personale disponibile, servizi eccellenti. Un'unica pecca (di cui peraltro si era a conoscenza): er il collegamento wireless in camera è necessario pagare un supplemento!

Albergo ben strutturato una Spa all'altezza delle aspettative, personale mediamente disponibile. Consigliata cenetta romantica nel buon ristorante posto dietro la struttura vicino alla chiesa e al pub. Posizione non comodissima se si intende tornare in albergo durante la giornata invece di visitare continuamente la città che ha moltissimo da vedere.

"off the beaten path star"
we stayed here only to sleep and go to the airport the next day...however, we were pleasantly surprised at the high class of the hotel, and the great restaurant food! we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that has their own transportation (since it is not near public transportation) and wants a good experience at an affordable level.

The hotel is quite far away form the main touristic areas of Budapest but the metro (reliable and clean) is only a short walk away and is defnitiely cheaper than the taxis. Although the metro only runs until about 11.30 so would need a taxi after this. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. Hotel was generally very clean although we dont […] think bed sheets were changed everyday as we found hair and dirt still left once the room had been made. No tea/coffee making facilities were in the room as advertised when booking but we managed to get our own teabags and milk and request hot water in the mornings. The free wifi also helped research places to see and things to do on my blackberry! All in all a nice hotel that is definitely good value for money....would stay here again and recommend to friends and family. "BETTER WHEN FULLY OPEN"
FACILITIES NOT FULLY OPEN YET. SURPRISED THAT ALL ROOMS DO NOT HAVE TEA MAKING FACILITIES ONLY DEARER ONES BUT WE HAVE A TRAVEL KETTLE. SPOTLESSLY CLEAN AND STAFF VERY HELPFUL. NO BUS SERVICE ON SUNDAY TO METRO STATION BUT EVERY 30 MINS ON OTHER DAYS . ONCE YOU ARE AT METRO STATION 1KM AWAY YOU CAN GO ANYWHERE
"Besser als erwartet"
Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe der EXPO. Da wir ein Auto dabei hatten, war mfür mich der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel super. In anderen Hotels in BUD musste ich immer bis zu 16 EUR zahlen. Dafür ist man hier etwas abseits, jedoch in ca. 10 minuten mitten in BUD. Das Frühstücksbuffet entsprach den Erwartungen. Auswahl an Eierspeisen […] und Wurst war besser als im Mercure. Und das beste, hier noch alles inkl. Auf dem Dach gibt es auch noch einen WellnessBereich. Hier der Abstrich, die Sauna wurde leider erst am abend angeschaltet und der Jacuzi war leider abends um 7 immer noch auf 29 Grad. DIeser wurde zwar an diesem Tag gereinigt, doch dies hätte man auch am Vormittag machen können, so dass am Abend dieser auch zu benutzen ist! Ansonsten, tolles Hotel. ホテル自体は清潔で居心地が良かったし、スタッフも親切です。過剰なサービスもなく、リラックスできます。 ただし、congress expoに用事がないのであればおすすめしません。地下鉄の駅まで 夜間歩くのは危険。 到着の飛行機が遅れたためもあるけれどホテルに予約していたタクシーが来ていなくて困りました。 やはり街中の方が便利でしょうね。
