Camere molto confortevoli ma le parti comuni non sono all'altezza della catena. Alle 5 del mattino il canto arabo all'altoparlante è veramente fastidioso anche se dura solo 5 minuti. Il giudizio comunque è positivo

One of the best new hotels in Mumbai with over the top service and comforts. The rooftop aer bar (as others have mentioned) is one of the best places for a cocktail at sunset or late at night. Loved being relatively central too. The room we booked was a deluxe sea view room and we had a high floor from where the views were terrific. The pool and spa […] was fantastic too. my only grip was that the jetted spa was not working when we went to use it. Hardly a problem as the spa had quite a few other luxurious amenities. i have never seen the cleaners with vaccum cleaners they do not vaccum the room just change the sheets etc what a disappointment also they have top bar which is open to public after 6 pm i think they do care more about their local pub goers rather than the hotel guests as on friday night there are so many people around at lobby the bouncers misbehave […] with guests who want to go to their level of residence. what a shame the management needs to be changed it is the first four seasons hotel which i rate below standard. would not recommend this hotel to anyone the noise level is too high you can hear the loudspeaker noise everyday 5 am . i think they take INR2000 per local to attend the pub that is their main business their approach to guests really sucks will not recommend this hotel thank you Continua a leggere

This is not a big box hotel. It is a great Hotel with great attention to detail and a well trained staff. The location is not perfect, but the ShangriLa that just opened in the same vicinity should change that.

The hotel was very nice. The room was very comfortable and a real haven in the noise and bustle of Mumbai. The pool is small but very pleasant. The only complaint with the facility was that in the evening we could hear the thump thump of the dance music of the bar which I believe is on the 32nd floor (we were on the 28th). Slightly annoying, but not […] a deal breaker and it ended early enough not to interfere with sleep. Where the hotel really shines is in the service. The people behind the counter could not have been more helpful. The concierge named Valencia helped us, not only with activities during our stay at the four seasons, but also with travel plans for the remainder of our stay in India. She helped turn uncertain anxiety into a confident adventure. I cannot say enough about her excellence and professionalism. The same attitude seems common in the rest of the staff. Absolutely unsurpassed in every way. The staff are friendly and so very helpful, the food great, the room lovely. The only downside to staying here is that it's so comfortable it's tempting to stay there and not go out! The bed so comfortable it's hard to get out of it.

The property is immaculate. The rooftop bar is sexy with stunning panoramic views. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The staff is friendly, helpful and capable. I can not recommend this hotel high enough. If given the opportunity, I will stay there again without a doubt. I just doesn't get better anywhere in the world.

I have never had the level of sincere and professional service such as the Four Seasons Mumbai provided. Staff repeatedly went above and beyond to assist us in small needs to big needs. The hotel is very well maintained and the rooms are luxurious and comfortable. The dining at the hotel is very good as well, particularly at San Qi. The big draw though […] is Aer, the rooftop bar on the 34th floor. The views of Mumbai from Aer are amazing, and the DJ's spinning music and the comfortable sofas and chairs make it a perfect place to relax and have a drink. The gym was also above any gym I have seen at a hotel before. I would recommend the Four Seasons Mumbai to anyone visiting Mumbai. Continua a leggere

Spectacular 5star hotel in the heart of Mumbai. Gorgeously appointed rooms, impeccable service, great food, wonderful spa treatments, yoga classes twice daily... top marks across the board. Immediate neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but not a deal breaker as taxis are plentiful for easy access to all areas of the city. Concierge is incredible helpful […] with anything you might need....even offering sunscreen and hand sanitizers before venturing out into the real world! Perfect refuge at the end of the day. I have travelled extensively and stayed in many good quality hotels all around the world. I think this is probably the best I have known. The hotel is modern, clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious. There is a nice, relaxed restaurant with a varied menu and the food is served quickly, well presented and tastes great. The real differentiator, […] though, is the quality of service. As is often the case in India, there are many staff. This is not unusual. But at the Four Seasons, everyone is immaculately presented and falling over themselves to help. Even in the space of a short visit, I saw many examples. Prior to arrival, the hotel contacted me to check arrival time - so that they could have the room ready. My arrival was at 5am. Normal check in is at 2pm but, the room was ready and they had thoughtfully set out a light breakfast in the room for my arrival. Every day, someone would catch me in the lobby, check everything was OK and ask if I needed anything. They arranged a customised sightseeing day, with personal itinerary, dedicated driver and a nice car. The location is outside of the downtown area, about 30 mins from the airport and a further 20 from the Gateway of India at the waterfront by taxi. Taxis fare is between £1 and £1.50. The neighbourhood is typical big city India, with a slum right outside and a bustling local shopping area nearby. Looks off-putting to the uninitiated, but safe and it grows on you. Hotel service was excellent with concern for our wellbeing a constant throughout our stay. The accommodation is superb with exceptionally comfortable beds. A drink on the 34th floor open air bar is a must particularly at sunset. After lengthy travel throughout India this was a welcome retreat at the end of our holiday.

The Four Seasons Mumbai India is a 5 STAR indeed! It exceeded our expectations and then some. We are world travelers and so we look for the fine detail when we travel. The drive to the hotel is very different and you might not think you are going to the Four Seasons. Just relax because when you finally get there the hugh unassuming gate will open and […] you will say WOW, how can all this be here! The staff is very nice but mean business when it comes to security. We love that so we were not offended. As I mentioned the hotel is 5 Star plus! We stayed in a suite and everything was top of the line. The room was clean and the hotel very quite. The beds are very confortable!The food was very good and the amenaties were excellent! You will have a big surprise when you visit the lounge on the roof top! We love the people, the culture, the food and the SHOPPING was outstanding. We took the cab most times and then had the hotel can get us a driver for that level of comfort when we wanted it. One thing to remember is not to drink the water and unfortunately the salads as good as they look might still give you a problem because it is washed in their water. Other then that we look forward to our next visit! Remember respect all, be friendly and kind but not stupid. This will take you a long way, and remember to tip and sometimes overtip if you can if the service calls for it. Keep an open mind and study the culture and you will not be unhappy! Das Hotel selber ist absolut spitze - auch die Dachterasse ist super Die Getränkepreise sind jedoch ziemlich hoch aber was will man von einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwarten Die Lage ist OK aber rundherum ist es dort nicht besonders schön - also müssen alle Trips mit dem Taxi unternommen werden
