Ci sono ritornata a distanza di tre anni. Ambiente e confort del mini appartamento piacevoli e rilassanti. Tutto pulito e ben tenuto, come le foto rappresentano. Gentile e disponibile il personale. Unico, grande, neo: non c'è l'accesso wireless a internet, ma solo via cavo, al prezzo di 12L. per 24 ore.

An ideal location and an ideal apt for a short break in the big city.Leave the car in secure parking and take the tram, which stops just outside.Take a walk along the waterside and check out the Lowry, or Media City or Imp War Museum North.

"Broken Bed, grubby towels and bed linen"
Bed was broken, towels and bed linen grubby and found a used plastic cup under the sofa when moved slightly - wondered when last thoroughly cleaned? Looks good at a glance but glad only stayed for the one night. Spend a little more and stay at one of the surrounding hotels would be my suggestion.

The apartment was spacious and well fitted. No reception is unusual, only contact being a person on the phone and someone who had the key to the apartment, who was very pleasant. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.
"Acceptable Accomodation"
No actual reception as other reviews say however if you call the number BEFORE you get there there should be no reason for a delay, the appartments are resonable sized for the price and very good location for media city and that part of town. Parking is secure and easy to use, a few maintanance issues in my particular appartment, but only minor things […] like light bulbs out and toilet rolls missing. but well priced and a good location. "Nice apartment"
The apartment was nice and clean and the location good as we had our own car. We had to wait a while to get the keys, but besides that everything was very good.

This is a fantastic place to stay in Manchester and with just a few adjustments to detail it would be perfect. The problem is finding the place - the map on the site is wrong - the apartments are at the other end of the Quays in the Millenium Tower (which maybe number 250 but there is no mention of that) There is no reception so you HAVE to call before […] your arrival in order to be met - otherwise like me you have to wait. In fairness the Hotels.Com customer services dealt very efficiently with my problem - thank you - but more information on the site would avoid it. The apartment was great - clean, tidy and modern. The people who checked me in were very helpfuland apologetic about my wait and trouble finding the place. There is a parking surcharge payable on arrival - thats a bit annoying but in fairness its mentioned on the site. The apartment has everything you need - except milk for the coffee. The internet is provided free but to log in you need the code number off the router which is under the television. "250 the Quays ?- be prepared to work for it !!!"
Wow - what a nightmare - not sure if it is HOTELS.COM fault or the Millenium Towers fault... regardless, avoid if possible or ready to work for it. No # out front, had to go to real estate agency nearby, said this happens twice a week. 250 The Quays is THE MILLENIUM TOWERS. No sign, no public door (all locked), and, most annoying, no contact number […] on Hotels.com website/confirmation. I was lucky real estate agency knew the Towers person whom to call. If you come at odd hours, my guess is it would be hard to get in. SO - finally got a person to meet me outside - he apologized but the HOTELS.COM itinerary and confirmation sheet has no contact tel # - this NEEDS TO BE FIXED. My room had the worst view of the 4 sides, of a building. No water view. So that sucked. Manager was foreign so their american sensibilities and meeting american needs are lacking overall. Apt was small but had all you needed. No instructions on how to TURN ON the items - you have to reach behind to a small circuit breaker, switch to ON then u can use appliances. Bathroom had no floormat for shower - and only 1 day of towels - one small, one big. No contact # for whom to ask for more, not sure if there was a washer/dryer but if was, am sure there was no detergent. Nearby market was poor quality - produce horrible and cheap/fatty frozen foods only - not much to cook. Yes - right on Metro line, clean room, but too many negatives. Very clean and comfortable. Location great for man utd visit and tram outside brings you to city in 10 mins. Small walk to get bus for trafford centre. Overall recommended but make sure to bring direct number for apartments as you need to call them when you get there to get inside, nobody mentioned when booking and number is not on booking confirmation...small […] issue though.
