hotel in ottima posizione a 15metri dalla fermata metro nel quartiere latino (fermata place mouge) ascensore piccolino ma basta per 2 persone con bagaglio a mano. Aperto 24 ore multilingue

l'hotel è situato nel Quartiere Latino, è nelle vicinanze (circa 200 m) di due fermate della metropolitana. la stanza era piccola ma pulita, il bagno è di dimensioni veramente ridotte ma è pulito e gli asciugamani sono cambiati tutti i giorni. da notare anche la buona insonorizzazione della camere, la nostra stanza affacciava su rue monge ma non abbiamo […] mai sentito rumori. lo consiglierei per il buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, soprattutto in caso di offerte promozionali. Posizione assolutamente centrale...una metro a 1 minuto ed un'altra a 2 minuti dall'hotel!!! Rue percorribile anche di notte con molta tranquillità!!! Pulizia della camera veramente ben fatta tutti i giorni con cambio di asciugamani. Sono arrivata all'albergo alle ore 13.05,dopo la consegna delle chiavi sono andata in camera, il tempo di posare lo zaino e di rinfrescarmi e sono uscita.Nei pressi dell'albergo ci sono moltissime brasserie per mangiare una gustosa baguette.Mappa alla mano mi sono resa conto che Notre Dame era raggiungibile a piedi,camminando sono passata accanto alla […] Sorbonne e a Place Saint Michel e lì,attraversando il ponte mi si è palesata la Cattedrale di Notre Dame. Dopo la visita,proseguendo sempre a piedi, sono arrivata nei pressi del Centre Pompidou,e di lì al Louvre.Uscita dal museo ho preso la metro a Place Royal e sono scesa a Trocadero,uscita dalla metro...spettacolo:la Tour Eiffel tutta illuminata, immensa davanti a me.Salita sulla torre,fino al secondo piano (al primo livello c'è una pista di pattinaggio sul ghiaccio),ritorno a Trocadero,cena per riscaldarsi, a piedi sino all'Arc de Triomphe,tutti gli Champs Elysees fino a Place de la Concorde.Metro e ritorno in albergo,dormita spettacolare con i cuscini bassi.Mattino seguente, colazione in un bar nei pressi,metro e tappa a Montparnasse,Moulin Rouge,giro per il quartiere sino al Sacre Coeur,shopping di rito e poi dritti al cimitero di Pere Lachaise.Visita di tutte le tombe dei personaggi più celebri ed infine ritorno alla fermata dell'Orlybus per rientrare a Roma.Bellissimo week end.Grazie Acte V! Nice hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms were a bit small, but big enough for a couple. We also spent most of our time outside the hotel. Simple and ok breakfast. Location was good, quiet and nice neighbourhood in the Latin Quarter. Near two Metro stations, local restaurants and cafes. In the Latin Quarter and a very nice, quaint Paris hotel. Our room was small as expected but well kept and serviced and everything worked fine. Hotel staff all were exceptionally helpful and luckily for us spoke much better English than we did French. Walking distance to Notre Dame and close to 2 metro lines. The neighborhood and location are very good. However, there were some big negatives. After staying at maybe 10 different European hotels I understand the difference between American and European hotels. The shower is beyond small (30 in x 30 in) and the bed/pillows are extremely uncomfortable. We had a very nice stay at Acte5. The staff was very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was perfected located near the Latin Quarter, but far enough away that we didn't have to hear the lively noise. We had a great stay and will rebook if we ever return to Paris.

We got in from the airport later than expected so we were exhausted. We get to the hotel and I tell the gentleman my name. He hands me my room key and I'm off to bed. The rooms are charming and clean with big windows that open up to the street. This hotel was perfect and had an amazing location in the Quartier Latin. This hotel was located in a convenient location to underground transportation and to restaurants. Room was small but we understood most hotels in Paris have smaller size rooms. For the price point, this was a good choice. Staff were very friendly and accomodating.

The hotel is situated in a good neighborhood, 15 minutes walk to the Notre Dame Cathedral, zone 1, very close to two metro stations. The place is very small (at least for the American standards) but it is clean, and the personnel is friendly and efficient. Also, they speak English. Internet in the room was really convenient. As the cons for this hotel, […] we booked a room in advance and payed extra for a double twin beds room and we got two beds put together, and they were anything but twin beds (very small). Also, the elevator was really small, could barely fit two people and a suitcase, but it's cute in a way. I found it a little weird that the bath tub did not have a curtain. Room was small but we were there just at nighttime so we didn't mind that at all. If you're in Paris to visit and explore the city, this is a great place to crash at night. Great location about 100 yards from a Metro Interchange. Quiet part of Paris with a lovely square full of bars and Restaurants just around the corner. Perfect for a few days away. Rooms were small but more than adequate, reception is open 24 hours and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the Paradis Latin cabaret. We had 2 nights and found it to be very close to many bars and restaurants on Mouffetard. However, the hotel was very peaceful without disturbance from the nightlife just around the corner. The tube is one minute away. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Pretty conveniently located, a short walk from Luxembourg which is great for the RER for the Eurostar. Hotel room was quite generous for Paris. First visit to Paris so unsure what the standard is. It was certainly a smaller room than similar priced rooms in London. My boyfriend and I chose this hotel based on cost and location and we're happily surprised to find we got exactly what we needed. The room was cozy with a small balcony overlooking the street. The staff quickly resolved a leak in the bathroom on the first night. The walls are a bit then so you do hear others coming and going but overall a very comfortable […] stay. Great location, literally walking out of the metro into the lobby. Great staff, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. Located near universities (Jussieu, Sorbonne), Jardin des Plantes; rue Monge is a through road, but fairly quiet at night. Decent size rooms, comfortable bed. Excellent value for your money.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I loved it . Yes the elevator is so small and the rooms and the shower but the location and the price is the best. The train station is so close ,it is like 3 min of walking. We used the train to go all over Paris. Hotel was in a great location - walking distance to metro - little further walk (like 1/2 mile) and you can walk to Notre Dame on one side or Jardin de Luxemburg and the Pantheon on the other. Only negative was that the bed was a bit firm and the shower was very very small even by European hotel standards. But overall these were not issues for us really […] and everything worked out great. The hotel was great, the room wasn't too big but great for our needs, the location is great, the staff was very very nice and helpful with every question or request (and with good English..). All in all it was really nice and a great value for our money.

I stayed at the Acte V for 2 nights on a recent business trip to Paris and it was great. Location was good for me to get to my office or to Gare de Lyon quickly. Can't beat the neighborhood although my time for hanging out there was limited. I will definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for 3 nights, it was great. The room was not big but perfect for us, it was so clean and the bedding was changed and room perfectly cleaned each day. Hotel staff were frendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again - only downsides were that the shower was a little awkward with a small cubicle and a curtain rather than a door meaning […] the shower sprayed onto the floor / toilet. Breakfast was 12 euro per person but it was a good buffet choices and you could eat as much as you liked so probably worth the money if that's what you like. Continua a leggere

Great staff that bend over backward to help. Great location; close to two main metro routes, a couple blocks off the main drag so it's comparatively quiet. If I return to Paris, I'll stay there again.

We like the location of this hotel as it is close to two Metro stops and very convenient to a good number of restaurants. It is also within walking distance to Notre Dame and the Cluny Museum. The only downside is the bathroom has a tub only. No shower.

Great, friendly service and the location really is wonderful: a 5 min walk from the Pantheon, a further 5 min from the Sorbonne, 15 min from Notre Dame. One tip: although Place Monge is indeed the nearest Metro station (take the Rue des Arenes exit), Cardinal Lemoine is also very close and metro line 10 is more convenient for connecting with the RER […] lines. The only real negatives were the size of the shower cubicle and the lift - both tiny. The latter is just about big enough for 2 people, although with luggage it could be a squeeze. So for single travellers or even couples, great - but not really for families. On the plus side, though, they have a great phone deal: €2.50 per day, which is very useful if you're going to make international phone calls. Continua a leggere

Fiine little hotel. The staff really shown--came outside and helped us in dispute with taxi driver, gave us all kinds of directions. One cleaning lady showed me how to work the elevator, then went down2 floors to meet me and take out my suitcase. Small but attractive lobby; generous breakfast in the small bar. Shower worked well, bed was comfortable, […] room size was adaquate. Hair dryer and small toiitries provided. Location was great--safe feel to neighborhood, 7 minutes to Notre Dame and to the international train station. We felt we were in Paris, not in some chain hotel. One funny thing happened: I moved the dresser to reach an outlet and moving it caused 3 legs to fall off the dresser! They were not attached, just plastic cylinders. It gave us a good laugh. This is a very nice boutique hotel in a great location in the Latin Quarter. Just a few minutes walk from 2 convenient subway stations right on Rue Monge, from many great restaurants on Rue Mouffetard, and from the Pantheon Museum and Luxembourg Gardens, just to the west of the Hotel. The showers are a bit small and so is the elevator, but this is somewhat […] expected in a small Hotel in a very old and dense city like Paris. The breakfast was fairly good but a little expensive, and we had a really lovely balcony with a great view of the street. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. Tiny elevator is barely a let down in an otherwise comfortable well located hotel in the heart of San Germaine du Pres. Evening staff are very helpful. Bath taps take a while to understand.

Acte V is conveniently located about 20 minute walk from the Notre Dame and from the Gare de Lyon. The room was pretty small but big enough for us, as we only used it for sleeping. You can eat breakfast in the hotel (for 12 euros). The breakfast was good (coffee, juices, bread, cheeses, croissants, cereals, youghurt), but in my opinion not worth the […] 12 euros. The room was clean and had everything you need from a hotel room, except a safe. However, the walls were like paper and we could hear the noise of the traffic outside as if the windows were wide open. Anytime you leave the hotel you need to leave the key in the reception, and you can get it just by asking. No ID were ever asked. So, don't leave any valuables in the room. We left some extra cash in the reception thinking that they would put it in a safe or something, but turned out that they just leave the items lying in the back room and the other personnel doesn't necessarily even find it. This is what happened to us. We actually thought that we would not get our money back. But after contacting the person who was on the front-desk when we left our valuables, the money was finally found. For the price, it's a pretty good hotel, and I could stay there again. This hotel provides sleeping accommodations in an excellent location in Paris close to all the conveniences and within short walking distance of Notre Dame Cathedral, for a reasonable price. All […] you will need is within easy walking distance, ie cafes, groceries, wine, bakeries, patisseries, wine laundry, etc. The room is quite small with a wardrobe, bar fridge, desk and chair and bed with two night stands. There is a small TV which has the volume on it so constricted in consideration of other guests that you can barely hear it in your own room. The bathroom has a tub with hand held shower that does not extend far enough to use while standing; there is also no shower curtain so you have to be very careful when using it, not to spray the entire bathroom. There is room for more vanity space than is provided. The room is adequately clean with the bedding and bathroom being the most important. The walls and carpets could be freshened.
