The Hotel was unclean ,had exposed wiring,aircon and plumbing that didn't work and a a massage room instead of the advertised gym.Being directly under the flight path of Dubai airport it was noisy as well.The worst hotel I have stayed in for some time.

The employees were great however the condition of the hotel rooms are in no way near to any western standard expectation.

Disturbance at night with disco misic Renovation should be made in the toilets e.g tap and shower defective

I had a argument with one of the managers due to him calling my girlfriend a bad word. My girlfriend lives in dubai and when i went back with my friend and girlfriend to the hotel. I was stopped by the employee from going into my room because he thought my girlfriend was someone I paid for He insisted on her not going up to my room just because she […] is a girl. first of all the room was very cold not possible to reduce the temperature and there is windows but not possible to open them,bed and bed sheet is in very bad condition,paint condition is very bad in the room,and so many other things,in short its not worth with the price which we received .

There was only one old-small towel in the shower room, no soap at all and there was unconfortable smell in the room. Front desk/ reception - no one at times and you have taxi waiting outside and I wouldnt recommend to any one and wouldnt go again.

1. Only one towel for 2 persons being provided 2.AC control no function. 3.Old TV sets. 4.Poor door Locks. 5.Rooms needs sound insulation. 6.Poor system in receiving & check out of guests. 7.No water cheller. 8.No parking space

This was the worst experience. Not clean. So irresponsible staff. Poor maintenance.

Was very noisy in the room on level 2 because of the nightclubs below. Aircon control was broken, so I was freezing. There was no toilet paper and staff didn't care to bring when told. There always was some water on the bathroom floor because of a leak. TV had no remote and reception quality was inferior. Linen was a bit stainy though fresh. IT IS A NICE HOTEL ESPECIALLY THE DOORMEN .MOBOOT IS HIS NAME.

First of all we stayed 8 nights, so please take the review seriously. We chose this hotel based on previous positive comments we saw. But when we arrived and during our stay our experience was different, as we had changed two rooms. 1. There are 3-4 night clubs in three floors. (hotel has seven floor). 2. No cleaning materials being used for bathrooms […] or any where else. So, you'll see plenty "things" every where! 3. Beds are smelly and the covers are so worn off, even full dry cleaning won't help. 4. You would be having constant struggle for towels, toilet rolls and etc, as the house keepers tend to not bother about any thing really. For example we asked for towels many times and did not get till tomorrow morning. 5. Overall house keepers don't show any routine and you will need to ask (many times!!). 6. The cleaning definition for staff (mostly coming from villages of India or etc) is differ. So, what you thing dirty, they may class it very normal ! 7. So much noise and crowd late nights will effect your sleep (if ever could do it with smell of bed and indescribable skin itching when lie on bed!!). 8. You will see so many "massagors" (You know what I mean!), coming and going. So you'd wonder if you are in the right place! 9. We had constant struggle for air condition and temperature setting, as the controls were located in hallway near lift and for mysterious reasons tended to changed or turned off. In Dubai, proper Air conditioning is a must. and you need to have control over it or at least not changed or turned off. 10. Bathrooms did not have working fan (we had two rooms and either had working fan). So do expect worst smell coming out of bathroom in which you can not do any thing about it! 11. TV is very small and old. Fridge if it works, is not cleaned or maintained and is very small. 12. No slippers if you need one. Hope this helps you decide! Continua a leggere

Checked in thinking it can't be that bad in the rooms but it was so checked out straight away.

The Royal Falcon Hotel may not be the "6-star" Burj Al Arab, but it is an affordable way to experience the magic of Dubai. The room was very clean and attractive. The tiles and furnishings may have been inexpensive, but they provided a comfortable place to sleep and rest while staying. The windows were covered by very thick drapes, which made it easy […] to get plenty of rest. The hotel staff was friendly and willing to help in every respect. I found them effiicient and egar. They also were able to recommend tours to me and get me good deals. I have only two complaints about the hotel. Frst of all, the air conditioning was not well coordinated. At times it provided artic tempretures, and at other times it wasn't turned on at all. The thermostat in my room did not work, so i was at the mercy of someone else to control the climate of my room. Second, the location of the hotel was a little inconvenient. Though it is "close" to a Metro stop, there was still a good long walk to get there. I might have prefered somewhere a little closer to the main arteries of public transportation. A Metro stop is under construction outside the hotel, though, so this may not be a problem in the future. A two star hotel with good and fair price and well located in Deira. A dancing club just at the hotel entry making the space a bit noisy. In the end , Royal Falcon Hotel is acceptable regarding the price.

If all you need is a bed to stay for a night or two, this is the place to go. Rooms are adequately spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, there is nothingin terms of facilities like a gym or pool which is not to be expected from a 2 star hotel in any case.

The service was good and the staff were friendly and did a good job. I was given a welcome drink which was needed at that time and it made me feel wecome. Rates are good too and the over all experience was good but was difficult a bit to find the location & difficulty in finding a parking lot close to the hotel.

Hotellet var jo så billigt at dette ikke er en klage, blot info. Til prisen var det fint nok, men at der lå et bodel i de 3 underste etager, kom dog som noget at en overraskelse!

Nao recomendo esse hotel, sujo, a cama é dura e o ambiente é muito estranho.

Die Lage in Flughafennaehe stimmt nur all zu sehr. Habe kaum ein Auge zu bekommen. Vom hauseigenen Nachtclub hoert man kaum etwas, aber warum man letztendlich um den Schlaf gebracht wird ist egal. Positiv an der Lage des Hotels ist die Metro-Station direkt vor der Tuer die sehr guenstigen, sicheren und schnellen Transfer an viele Orte bietet. Viele […] Laeden und kleine Lokale sowie ein Shopping-Mall sind leicht zu Fuss zu erreichen. Der Staff ist freundlich und kommunikation in Englisch ist gar kein Problem. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers und des Bads sind sehr antiquiert und beduerfen dringend einer Renovierung. Weiterempfehlen kann ich dieses Hotel beim besten Willen nicht - nicht einmal bei dem relativ guenstigem Preis. Continua a leggere

Personnel accueillant et disponible. Un accent est à mettre sur la propreté de la salle de bain. On devrait penser à renouveller les joints dans la salle d'eau. Hotel bien situé non loin de 2 malls et du marché Deira. La station de métro est à quelques pas. Accès facile.

Nunca, por ningún motivo en el mundo vaya o recomiende este hotel. Es un lugar de mala muerte, lo más cochino que conozco y la peor atención. Lo que encuentra en internet es totalmente falso.

Un hôtel pas cher pour Dubaï avec une chambre spacieuse mais la baignoire était pleine de moucherons et un robinet qui fuit. Il est situé au dessus d'un club d'une boîte et malgré le fait que je sois au 4e on entendais quand même la musique. Personnel pas vraiment accueillant, il avait juste pour avantage de ne pas être cher.

Vi overnattede en nat, da hotellet ligger nær Dubais lufthavn. Det var billigt og vi skulle bare sove nogle timer efter en lang flyvetur hvor vi var landet sent. Til det formål var det ok. Men jeg ville ikke bo der i flere dage.

Hvis man ikke vil bo et sted hvor musikken brager igennem helt oppe til 3 sal hvor jeg boede, skal man ikke vælge dette hotel. hvis man vælger det, ligger metroen rundt om hjørnet. 24 timers butik og et mindre butiks center med div. cafe'r og bespisning.

hei,vi var 6 pers (2 vok 4 barn) og bestelte j 2 rom da fikk j 1 rom med 3 seng og andre rom med 2 seng,da sporte j respjson de sa at vi har bestling for 5 seng......j syns det er dårlig.... vi vært siste gang paris der var hotel veldig bra.men dubai var ikke bra........

nous cherchions un hotel bon marche a dubai, celui ci nous a convenu. il est proche du metro, des souks. la chambre est spacieuse, le menage est fait tous les jours. par contre l'ascenceur , le cable, ne fonctionnaient pas , on a ete avertis a l'arrivee. la clim est mise en route de facon aleatoire par l'hotel. la boite de nuit de l'hotel est bruyante. […] le personnel est agreable, ils essaient de vous vendre des services, classique a dubai. L'hotel a l'avantage d'être bien placé et pas cher. Cependant les signes de l'âge se font sentir et il mérite une sérieuse rénovation. Tout est viellissant. Au moment de mon séjour ni l'ascenseur ni la télé ne fonctionnaient. L'hotel acceuille plusieurs boites de nuit iraniennes aux premiers étages. A l'heure de sortie des boites (3 heures du matin), […] il y souvent beaucoup de klaxons dans la rue, ce qui réveillera les occupants des premiers étages au sommeil léger. Hotellet var bra beläget nära till många restuaranger och stora matkedjor samt till ett ganska stort köpcentrum (över andra sidan gatan). Där fanns många bra och billiga butiker för shopping! Lagom nära till samtliga attraktioner samt sevärdheter då dessa är utspridda över hela Dubai. Taxi till andra sidan stan är mycket billigt! Åker du dit på semester […] ska du söka upp Hussein, han hjälpte oss med ALLT, bokningar av allt vi kunde tänka oss, till mycket förmånligare priser jämfört med andra. Är du osäker på vad du vill eller kan göra i staden kan han det! Mycket trevlig kille! Rekommenderar hotellet just för så bra service, frukosten var inget att ha den kan ni skippa. l'hôtel est bien placé, près du "reef mall" (grand centre commercial) et de l'aéroport, il y a le métro à proximité, mais les taxis sont vraiment pas cher, autant en profiter! Le personnel est gentil, et les chambres confortables, mais nous avions la climatisation dans notre chambre et celle ci n'était pas réglable, et malheureusement elle ne devait […] pas être réglée à plus de 15°C, donc il faisait très froid! et 2eme hic, nous sommes restés 2 jours, et le 2eme jour il n'y avait plus d'eau chaude pour la douche. En conclusion, si vous voulez un hôtel pas cher et que vous êtes la pour passer un maximum de temps à l'extérieur, il est parfait; mais si vous venez pour vous reposer dans l'hôtel, ce n'est pas le bon choix. Très bien placé à proximité du centre de Dubai. Prix corrects. Mérite une rénovation.

Är man inte nöjd kan man byta rum som jag har gjort.Fick bättre rum var jag i stor sätt bara övernättade.Detta komfort varderade jag mest. Barn aktiviteter var noll i hotelet med man kan fixa i Dubai det.
