La colazione era poco varia e scarsa. Poco attenti alla pulizia dei tavoli nei cambi degli ospiti durante la colazione. La camera confortevole e pulizia giornaliera con cambio asciugamani e lenzuola a giorni alterni.

L'hotel 17 è un'ottima scelta per un soggiorno a New York, con un eccellente rapporto qualità rapporto/prezzo. La posizione è tra i suoi pregi migliori, logisticamente comodo per spostarsi anche a piedi sia verso il nord che verso il sud di manhattan, e il quartiere offre una vasta scelta di ristoranti e locali per cene e colazioni. Le camere sono abbastanza grandi e pulite, il bagno condiviso non lo abbiamo praticamente mai trovato occupato e sempre pulito.

L'hotel è nuovo e si trova in una buona posizione, a due passi dal Madison Square Garden e da Times square. La camera era grande ed i letti molto comodi. Uniche due pecche significative sono state, la wifi in camera funziona molto male (meglio nella lobby) e il pavimento che non è mai stato lavato (i calzini antiscivolo delle bambine erano neri dopo 5 minuti). Inoltre non vengono forniti accessori da bagno tipo le cuffie per fare la doccia.

Bellissima permanenza, punto ideale per visitare la città collegatissimo e a due passi dalla 5th. Camera non enorme ma comfortevole, sempre pulita e molto curata nell'arredamento. Albergo ad altissimo livello, se avete qualche soldino da spendere andateci. Enjoy NYC

"We came to see our new granddaughter."
We visit our daughter and her spouse and have tried some other places nearby. We will only stay at the Hampton from now on. Friendly staff, very clean rooms, great service. It has it all.
I was impressed with the hotel and so was my sister who is very very picky!! We had a great stay. Rooms were clean and staff was very helpful!
"breakfast was horrible"
the hotel, room, and staff were ok. However, the breakfasts all three mornings were horrible. Two of the three mornings featured the premade, frozen and warmed omlettes, which were not hot, and had nothing to add to them, such as cheese or salsa, to make them more palatable. The scrambled eggs the third day were also only lukewarm. All three days had […] seasoned potatoes, which were not even lukewarm, and the sausage was not good either. The first day I tried the oatmeal, which was the only thing hot, but it was so thick I had to add milk just to be able to stir it. Even the toaster would not get the english muffins warm, let alone toasted. this hotel is fabulous. Super clean and updated beautifully....breakfast is good and staff is very friendly. shuttle bus can take you around. have stayed here before and will again! not one problem! Hotel is pretty new, the only thing I would suggest is keeping it that way. I saw some scuff marks on the walls, these should be repainted right away before […] it starts to make the hotel look not its finest. the highchairs at breakfast needed to be cleaned up before they stack them. "Great Hotel, Wonderful staff!!!"
From the time we arrived at the hotel we were treated like valued guest. The gentleman at the front desk, made sure that our room was ready and to our liking. Then when i called guest services to ask on a recommendation for food that could be delivered, the lady told me that she had menu's from some really good places and that I could take to the room […] and decide. And finally the breakfast in the morning offered many options and was good quality. The Ladies that kept the breakfast area stocked and clean were very friendly, talking and playing with my daughter. My wife and I were very satisfied with our accomodations. The room was tastefully decorated and very clean. Your pillows are much more comfortable than those used in other hotels. The continental breakfast was also very good with a wide selection of breakfast food to choose from. Your staff was friendly and very welcoming. "Nice hotel. Still OVERPRICED!"
Hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean and comfertable. No real negatives EXCEPT the price! Waaaaay over priced. I would go back but never for the price I paid for the first time.

This hotel was perfect from head to toe!! Gorgeous, updated, super friendly and helpful staff. Most importantly,,,,,,spotless. We had not one issue or problem. Check-in was fast and the room all you could ask for. So convenient from parkway. In one word....AMAZING
I often stay at Hampton Inns- they are moderately priced, and very clean...I found this one to be no exception...I enjoyed my stay....perfectly fine and the breakfast offerings had something for everyone. I did not have a drink in the bar...I felt like it was a little to exposed to the lobby, but other than that it was great...

Excellent hotel with pleasant staff and very comfortable, nicely furnished room. Not a scenic location (in middle of an executive park) but very conveniently located to highways and train. My only complaint was that I am chemically sensitive and the place smelled too much of chemical off gassing of furniture, etc. The staff admitted they use 4 different […] cleaning fluids to clean the rooms in addition to the monthly pesticides. this is the best deal! close to the train station, with a shuttle! We ended up driving to the city from here, (quick, easy trip) parking in NYC (with discount parking vouchers printed off internet) the room was beautiful, breakfast buffet was amazing, great, efficient business center...all around great hotel!

My business partner and I were booked in at a conference nearby and this was one of the hotels that was nearby. Our stay was most comfortable; my bedroom a good size and the bed very comfortable and everything very clean and well kept. Complementary breakfast was great. Shuttle bus service to local town and restaurants good unless there were a lot […] of people. Then i think they probably need to list where it is going so that they trips could be slightly more organised. For example, 8 of the 10 people on the bus were going to the same place. The two of us reached the shuttle bus also going to the same place as the 8 and had to wait because of the two other people going to a different venue. That was the only slight criticism, but the local car service was very good for trips into New York and collections from Newark NJ airport. Very nice clean room. The King Studio Suite was spacious and the bed was very comfy. Had a problematic bathroom vent in our first room. However, it wasn't a problem, the hotel staff moved us to another room quickly. Nice little bar lounge with tvs. No food. This hotel was fine; it's not their fault the town of Hasting doesn't have a boutique hotel downtown. It's not that type of town, as it turns out, so convenience is what it is. And these "kitchens" for hotels that offer breakfast, that aren't really kitchens and thus don't really serve breakfast...The people were wonderful. The food 'thing' in the warmer, […] I'm not so sure. The hostess type person asked, "Did you have something for breakfast?" and I answered, "Yes, yes I did, I had 'something' but I'm not exactly sure what it was..." I did not like the room I was given because of its location behind the main entry canopy. I had absolutely no view which I would have liked. I had difficulty determining the TV stations available or the Stations I wanted to view and whether I was inadvertently accessing pay per view channels. The TV could have used a written instruction form. The […] Unit Ventilator was blowing hard all night even when I turned the heat down a little. It was not clear how to operate it. Very helpful, I got lost due to some constructions the front desk was very helpful in helping me finding my way. Room was very clean and bed was comfy.

The hotel is clean and beautiful in every way. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Complimentary breakfast, fitness room, and pool make it a good value. We came to see our son @ Sarah Lawrence College and found that this hotel was further away than we would have liked, but is nevertheless a nice place.

One of the best hotels close to the Bronx. For business and for pleasure. One negative was that I have to check out early for work but no breakfast is ready at 6 am on wkdays.

The room we stayed in was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were staying in the area to visit relatives, so I'm not sure about other sites that may be of interest in the area, but the hotel was extremely convenient for us. The only complaint was the reception staff who were not very helpful when we arrived with 5 suitcases and had no idea where […] our room as located.
