"Clean room, no Hospitality"
The Hotel is new and clean. The night manager was very helpful, as she needed to be since the Hotel doesn't show up on any of three GPS/Maps I used. The address is different than the listing and since it sits on the outside of town, landmarks at night aren't obvious. We had a first floor 'king suite' that had a very bright parking light shining through […] both blinds. Checkout is at 11am. At 11:01, I got a call from the desk reminding me of the time. While we hurried to pack and checkout, the cleaning people stationed their cart right outside the door and sat in the lounge chairs adjacent to it. Even after I told the manager that we were rushing to get out, the staff knocked on our door every 5 minutes to remind us. Short and not sweet. We stayed here because we had been without power from Hurricane Sandy for a week and my wife needed someplace to hook into the internet for work. Everything was great except the smell in the hallway on the third floor. "A Must Stay!"
The hotel is fabulous! The rooms, service, parking, breakfast buffet and amenities are as good as it gets for the price. The only things that could be improved would be adding a jacuzzi to the pool area and teaming up with a restaurant and pub to join them at the location to provide some night life for the guests! Nice hotel if you are looking for a place to stay while visiting Hershey Park, which is about 25 minutes away. Great location with plenty of areas to eat in vicinity. Hotel staff was very friendly. She was very rude and I most likely will never book a room through your services again because of her. It was my first expreience, and my last. Everything was good. Clean, comfortable, quiet area. The only thing is I would have liked to have better coffee at breakfast, the one they served was watered down.
