I really enjoyed my stay. Although I was really upset that they tried to pull of a king with two full sized matresses and the full sized matresses didn't even have fitted sheets on them. My infant son also stayed in the room with my husband and I and we had to watch him carefully because he often was stuck in between the matresses throughout the night. […] I also had an issue with the WiFi I paid for it but never received a password or username to use it. I did not rent a hotel it was a villa/condo. It was nice and comfortable. I have recommended to a number of people. We enjoyed the nice, long screened in porch of the villa. Just waiting on my $100 security deposit to be refunded.

Nice resort, clean unit, ground well maintened. Beautiful golfs all around but surprised fees, and not much included in the package. Usually resort give you dish soap for your entire stay and dish cloth; this resort provided only toilet paper and paper towel and 1 measure of dishwasher soap for a 2 nights stay. The unit was far from the beach, but close to great shopping. The unit needed to be updated. The indoor pool was supposed to be open at 9am each day, but never was. The condo was very nice, clean and comfortable. The only problem we had was that when we booked the room, it said that there was an indoor pool. We even spoke to people with the rental company to confirm our reservation prior to checking in. However, when we checked in we were told that the condo we were staying in did not have access to an indoor pool. […] That was one of the amenities we were looking for since we were traveling in the winter with small children. So that would have been good information to know prior to booking, that not all the condos have access to all of the amenities listed. That should be listed somewhere. Room was kind of clean. Sheets could have been upgraded and electronics also. Trash and food left from previous renter. Master bed was two twins out together :-(. But it was a very quite area and had local activities to do.

Stayed in the Fairway Condos, Unit 30A. Very clean 3 bedroom 2 bath with location just off a green on River Oaks Golf Course.

We stayed at a 3 bedroom Golf Villa at River Oaks. The King size bed in the master bedroom was 2 singles pushed together which leaves an uncomfortable crack in the middle which defeats the purpose of a king size bed. Stop!!! Stop Now!!! Do not stay at this location! This condo was the worse that I have stayed in, in my life. Inside the condo was old, dirty, mildewy with dilapidated and old furniture. Do NOT be decieved by how nice it looks on the outside. The owners of this establishment have put no effort into the upkeep or amenities. The bedding was old dirty […] and torn. The beds were low to the floor and hard and uncomfortable. All the furnishing was old, dirty and completely obsolete; 13 inch tube televisions? REALLY? The carpet was a putrid green, stained and mildewed. All the walls were dirty and stained. The room is infested with roaches! Do not stay at this establishment!!! We got there late and stayed the night but first thing in the morning we went to the Management Office and changed locations. We switched from River Oaks to World Tour Golf resort; complete 180 difference. World Tour Golf Resort is AWSOME! We stayed in River Oaks Resort, building 58 unit E. Our visit to River Oaks was very enjoyable. The condo was very clean, view was terrific, and location was great. The condo is not ocean front, but only a short drive away from the beach, and other area attractions. Browadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand, and various restaurants were only a 5 minute drive away. We had a great time on our stay. Mom decided to come after we had made reservations, and we didn't think to add her and note her handicap access requirements. We arrived after hours, and had a 3rd floor room with no elevator. It was too late to do anything the first night, but the facility got us relocated to another room on the first floor (and walking […] distance to the pool) the next morning. River Oaks Villa is in an upscale quiet neighborhood. The condo was very clean. It has easy access to all attractions in Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. This is an ideal rental property for families.

Very pleasant place to stay. The pool and hot tub were in very nice condition. The location really worked for us being half way between the beach and CCU. It was really nice to walk into what felt like a home rather than a hotel room. We loved the balcony and had coffee on it every morning. Some challenges we experienced that could be improved: -Include […] a hair dryer in ALL units. -Our master toilet ran and made lots of noise. We had to close the bathroom door to sleep. -Light in the shower was out. -A real king bed rather than two twins pushed together. -The beds were super firm, to firm for me. -Plug in the lamps before a guest arrives. We had to plug in every lamp to provide light. -Provide WiFi. Some locations in River Oaks had it, but the Fairways didn't. -There was no elevator which presented some challenges for move in/out and for my daughter who was in a full leg brace to get up to the 3rd floor. -NOT motorcycle friendly! 2 wheelers are not welcome and it is very well posted. -The Security Guard seemed way too involved and even opened a trash can that I tossed an empty beer can in that I drank on the way to pool. I greatly respect no glass at a pool. but don't bird-dog me if I have a can of beer. Security should be less intrusive. Even with all these suggestions, we would consider staying at River Oaks again assuming I didn't have my Harley with me. Not being MC friendly may appeal to some, but it reduces my chances of staying again. Continua a leggere

Really liked the area. It was nice pretty and all the greenery was awesome. Really would have liked to have been closer to the beach. The room itsself was great. Would have liked for the kids room to have had a bigger tv. The dvd players were also a plus. The room was furnished with everything you would need. It was like being @ home.

They said it had an indoor and outdoor pool bbut the indoor was not open and the outdoor waas extremely small an uninviting. Didn't suppy enough towels, bath tissue and soap. Over price for accommodations.

I asked for wireless cable, was not in condo; stated that there was an indoor/outdoor pool. Outdoor pool was closed by the Health Dept. of S.C., could not locate indoor pool; condo was a little dated; the room just did not feel clean to me; stairwell was dirty; front door was dirty looking. The condo was very nice. We had plenty of room for everyone. However, the floors had not been vacuumed, and the broken sweeper was left in the middle of the floor. We were unaware that we had to provide everything including toilet paper. The condo did provides shets and towels.All in all, our stay was very nice once we bought the things we needed.

Wonderful location and convenient to all attractions. Wish there wad An elevator..but walking up too the third floor didn't kill us..lol. Would highly recommend this for families wanting to have a nice spacious place to stay while saving money for the attractions.

The place was nice. Not extravagantly. But generally, all-around nice. The 2-BR unit we rented was quite roomy, with a pretty view of the InterCoastal Waterway. Close enough to the beach if that's what you want. But far enough to be out of the crush. Staff was helpful during check-in.

No linens for sofa sleeper!! Advertised "King size" bed and it was 2 twins pushed together without a filler put in between the 2 beds so there was a huge space in the middle of the bed. VERY uncomfortable. No extra pillows or blankets available.

It was a nice condo but the carpet was dirty. The space was large enough for 9 of us. Great space. No wi-fi was a downer but it made us enjoy each other. The furniture was dated however that was a minor factor. It's great for family's!!!! Staff addressed clogged tub quickly. I would stay again with my kids.

The villa size was superb, big and comfortable. My wife wasn't very happy that the king bed was a king frame with 2 full mattresses put together. As far as the rest... the outside door was rusty and there were cob webs all over the side by the stairs. I went into the closet to get some extra blankets for my wife and they were all stained. One of the […] white blankets had stains that looked like blood. We normally like to take long hot baths while on vacation and that was not possible since the tubs had no plugs. The main reason I booked this place was because it advertised having an indoor pool. We just had a newborn baby and I was looking forward for the whole family to be able to spend time together since my 6 year old was the main reason we made the trip and that way we didn't have to worry about the heat or the sun. I loved how the beach was 8 mins away....I came for the beach but not the loudness of it....it was nice to wake up and not have to pay extra for an ocean view. My kids loved having their own room and bathroom. It was like home away from home. We stayed at the World Tours.
