Room clean and comfortable, cheap rates and even some food for a little breakfast included in the night rate. Remember that its a Motel so you cannot expect the services and the standing of a hotel. We used it only for sleeping then we moved to the beaches during the day or to the towns during the nights, so I cannot give any opinion about swimmingpool and other facilities. It was along the highway so a car is needed to move everywhere.

The Inn is located right on Lewis Bay and is situated next to the Steamship Authority where you can catch the Fast Ferry or the vehicle ferry to Nantucket. The Inn was very clean and comfortable and is in a perfect location. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance or a very short drive. "Very attentitive"
This place is well maintained and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. We happen to stay during a very cold week between xmas and new years so it was really difficult to assess the surrounding neighborhood but it seemed close to a small town, restaurants, etc. I would definitely go back here and would tell others as well.Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com

"Convenient location, helpful staff, nice extras"
Room was nice, comfortable, if a little small. AC unit was a bit loud and sounded like a jet turbine starting up (at first I thought it was one of the ferries). Nice reading room well stocked with a variety of games for those rainy days. Outside the grounds and heated pool were very well kept. "The Anchor Inn - Will certainly return!"
The Anchor Inn was perfect in every way - quiet, beautiful rooms with view, amazing service, helpful staff, and complimentary breakfast in the morning. And bathrobes! We would have liked a better view (the rooms on one side do not face the bay as directly as the other side), and the breakfast could have included hot options (like eggs, bacon, sausage, […] pancakes, etc.) but what they had was satisfactory. "Great place to stay"
We had a great time at Anchor In. Very pleasant staff and room was clean, great shower, and comfortable bed. Balcony overlooked the harbor. The buffet self serve breakfast was just right. At night we sat in the library with my sister and her husband, had the fireplace on and celebrated her birthday. We walked to great restaurants. "nice but not perfect"
It is clearly a hotel with higher ambitions than others in the area. Nice staff, clean and nicley decorated rooms, nice pool. Also walking distance to the harbor and city center. The only drawback was that there was no resturant or bar at the hotel. Bring your own :-)Recensioni obiettive Hotels.com
