The hotel was clean, but the room we stayed in had bare bones facilities, much like a dorm room or low-end state room. There were no drawers to put clothes in, just open shelves under the window seats. The bathroom door was suspended from a bracket and just slid over the opening offering only visual privacy. "Someone messed up the breakfast."
Very pleased with hotel and staff. However after having an excellent dinner we had an awful overpriced breakfast. The potatoes were old and cold. "Great location"

"nice place to stay"
We had a great stay here. The pool was open 24 hours (which is nice for late nighters). Our rooms were clean and staff was great. we also had a short walk to the marketplace and tiki hut. The hotel staff also went above and beyond when after I left i noticed that I had left a jacket in my room. this hotel GETS IT! The property is well appointed, upscale, and spotlessly maintained. The staff is courteous, attentive, and professional. In an area dominated by indifference, this hotel is a great find. "Exceptional front desk attendant"
I was shocked at the personal attention given me when I was asked what brought me to the hotel. I said I was there to visit a dying friend. The clerk, I believe her name was Laura ,showed so much concern and empathy and even gave me a hug before I went to my room.
