Family of five visited this hotel for a week of hanging out in San Antonio. The staff was very accommodating to each request. The rooms are nice size.... We got two double beds, one kid on a fold out, and a baby in a crib, with plenty of room to have all of our suitcases open and still move around. The pool was nice, and the workout room was decent. The breakfast wasn't much, but it worked for us and we didn't have to eat out for that meal. The service road to the hotel is a little goofy, but if you have a day or two to get used to it, it's not too terrible. Actually thieves are less likely to hit a hotel that has difficult access to the highway; as they prefer easy access. San Antonio is not spread out, so this hotel has access to everything. We went to downtown (15 min), Sea World (10-15 min), and the zoo (15-20 min). All within a reasonable time frame.
