The hotel is nice and clean. Staff speaks a decent English (not so common in Japan), but my (single) room size followed Japanese standards, i.e. about than 8 square meters. I could not stand on the floor with my open suitcase. If you do not intend to spend much time in the rom (beside sleeping) this hotel is a very good choice. I wanted to stay half-way between Tokyo (for fun) and Makuhari-Messe (for a trade show). So Nishi-Kasai was the perfect spot. There are enough good little restaurants within a block or two, and the Nishi-Kasai Station (for rail or bus) is very convient to the hotel as well. The hotel was very nice and modern, and exceptionally clean. The main drawback is that their double beds can barely fit two people in them, making for a quite uncomfortable night's sleep!

Well maintained, fair hotel. Only bad thing is... Check out too early at 10am and check in too late at 15h..... certainly an inconvenient depending on your schedule.

Hotel in business district so very close to all kinds of food, shopping and entertainment. Hotel room is small but manageable even for long periods of time. Rooms are very clean and maids maintain rooms everyday. Even if you put the do not disturb sign up, they often wait until it is removed to clean your room especially or leave you fresh towels and […] shower products. Staff don't speak much English but lefts face it, your in Japan. The rooms are fitted with LAN port for Internet but personal wifi for your room is available free of charge. Just ask the front desk for a personal wifi router. Proximity is fantastic for exploring. It's a block away from the train station and you walk past many eateries on the way for a quick drop in meal on your way to other places. Nishi-kasai is very pretty. A nice area with clean streets and friendly people. Nishi-kasai is on the Tozai line which is extremely accessible and easy to get around to other lines like the maronouchi lines for Shinjuku, Tokyo, ikibukoro and Harijuku to list a few. The rooms are very small. I literally could not open the bathroom door while I had my suitcase open. The staff were helpful, though their English was very limited. The price was really cheap. Well worth the small rooms, as other hotels in the area can be as much as 10 times the price during peak seasons. Breakfast was also tasty and for 1000Yen not […] too expensive. This was the last hotel in my 15 days in Japan. The hotel is located very close to a rail station (5 min walk) that goes into Tokyo station. Buffet breaky in the hotel was good and the front desk staff has great recommendations for the local pubs and restaurants. Special thanks to the woman at the desk on check out day. She saved me $$ on my trip to […] the airport by arranging the cab to the airport shuttle in Kasai. Would have spent $$$ on a cab of she didn't step in and save me. Location is very good..2 minutes walk from Metro Station. Close to KFC, Mcdonalds, Mister Donuts. In close proximity with Disneyland. I recommend to go for Semi-double room if you want economic and very very good room.

The location is superb as it is near Nishi Kasai Station. The surrounding shops offer a variety of food and shopping for the locals which in turn offers good pricing. overall a very nice hotel, however the room was extremely small. barely had room for my luggage, and most of the time, room for laptop on desk was also tiny. the breakfast was good, and cost / value was great. Location is 15 min. train (Tokyo-Metro), which is ok.

MRTラベンダー駅に直結していて、エスカレーターで出口に出て、すぐホテルなので移動に大変便利。チャンギ国際空港の行き来も大変ラクでした。フロントマンの方もとても愛想が良く、好感が持てました。英語がまったく話せない私ですが、チェックイン前にスーツケースを預ける為、片言の英語でなんとか説明、ドアマンとフロントマンの方が一生懸命に対応してくれて無事スーツケースを預ける事ができました。部屋も清潔で良かったです。

整體來說還OK, 但是~~關於空氣部分~~我住的是非吸煙房, 郤一直聞到煙味~跟飯店反應後, 他們有幫我換房。但是還是一直有聞到煙味~~對煙味討厭者, 請多考慮!!

雖然訊息那邊寫離迪士尼8公里看起來很近,但實際上坐地鐵後仍有一段距離,花了約40-50分鐘坐車才到,飯店本身不錯,但如果是因為迪士尼的距離的話,還是會再考慮一下

　ホテルの方に場所を聞こうと電話をした時の対応もよかったし、着いてからのフロントでの対応も丁寧でよかったです。値段もリーズナブルなので、あれ以上の対応は望まないです。部屋は狭かったけど、きれいに掃除はされてたし、駅からもすぐだから、また泊まりたいです。

Accueil charmant. Très disponible. Étant en chaise roulante chambre agréable. Pour notre départ ils nous ont même prêté leur transporteur à roulette pour nos valises afin d'arriver plus facilement au métro qui n'est pas loin d'ailleurs. 夜遅くまで遊んで、朝早く出発したので、ホテルの滞在時間は少なかったので特に問題はありませんでした。長く滞在する方にとっては部屋が狭く感じるかもしれません。ドライヤーが市販のイオンの出るものでとても良かったです。シャンプーもリンスインのタイプではなくとても良かったです。フロントの対応も早く、助かりました。価格も安くて満足です。

服務極佳服務人員主動告知有專車接送去＂迪士尼楽園＂，另外因我們比較早到飯店所以先將行李寄放在飯店，也先辦理check in,等我們回飯店時要拿行李時服務員告知已將我們的行李放到房間內了，窩心！

Nous avions réservé une chambre sans savoir ce que voulais dire semi-double. À notre arrivée nous avons bien ri car le lit est un peu plus grand qu'un lit simple mais plus petit qu'un lit double. Mais tout était très propre. La micro-salle de bain très fonctionnelle et aussi très propre. Seul point négatif il faisait beaucoup trop chaud et le climatiseur […] ne fonctionnait pas. Alors déja le lit étant petit pour 2 personnes, il faisait 26 degrés dans la chambre s'était vraiment suffoquant. Mais à part ceci, question qualité-prix, nous y retournerions sans hésiter.
