small rooms, but cheap rates and great location - highly recommended for travellers on a budget, young couples - you'll be disappointed if you expect an high class hotel at a cheap price - but if you are looking for cheap and clean accomodation in NAMBA, that's exactly what you get

Probably the worst hotel of my 2 week trip (but in no means a terrible hotel, I just happened to stay at some other great places). The room was the smallest of all the places I stayed. The main complaint I had was there was no way to control the temperature or open the window and the room was extremely warm. Great location, close to Dontomburi.

Smack middle in Shinsaibashi you can't get any better in terms of location with this hotel. Shinsaibashi is a very lively area and great fun to explore.

Very convenient to get around Osaka subway,roomy enought to sleep 5 in our .Only thing bother us is the cigarette smoke fumes seem like everywhere since u walk in the lobby.Beside that very helpful services from the staff .Would recommended to new commers to Osaka. Cheap dinning just around the hotel.

the hotel is clean and staff are helpful customers will be able to move big and heavy luggage easier if door stopper can be installed good location just one minute walk to shinsaibashi subway station and 5-10 minute walk to dotonbori, namba station

the location of this hotel is very convenient, definitely will choose it again when go osaka next time. the room is small but comfortable, only the pillow is too low and soft which made me not sleep well. the staffs are polite. the price of the room is reasonable, please keep it. the temperature in room is quite hot even opened the air-conditionor to […] high, please improve it. the free wi-fi and free in-room lan for internet access are very good but if provide free in-room wi-fi is the best. The location is very convenience but the room is really small and I have bumped myself in the bathroom for several times . The wall is too thin that you can hear the conversation in next room and the corridor. The pillow feel like some unfolded clothes. Very good location, near subway and surrounding with shops, restaurants, convenion stores, Room is quite small but with clean and comfort bed make me happy with my vacation.And I surely recommend this to my friends.

Though the semi double room is pretty small but I think still relatively ok for single traveller. Just need to walk less than 2 mins from Shinsaibashi station (C7 Exit) to the hotel.

Very convenience. If have wifi in room will be much more better as need to downstair to the lobby for the internet.

The location of the hotel is great. Within blocks of Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi-suji, American Maru, Kuromon Market and Namba Station. The rooms are very clean but not up to American standard-size hotel rooms. These rooms are much smaller than what we are used to in the US especially if you are not traveling with your significant other. My friend and I […] found ourselves bumping into each other often when we're moving around the room. We could not figure out how to operate the air cond/heater unit, for one thing it was all in Japanese. When we advised the front desk that our room was too warm, they simply came up to our room and unlocked/opened our window to let some cold air into the room. Stay in a double bed room in early Feb,the space is just nice for us,not as tiny as we expect, moreover, the location is great just few minute from Shinsaibashi station. Hotel staffs not rude, but not much smile and greeting compare to others hotel we stay in Japan. Overall,would recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel location is super convenient to go shopping in Osaka, just one min walk from Shinsaibashi subway station. Room is a bit small but acceptable, clean and the hotel staff can speak English, there's free cable internet at room and wifi in the lobby. I highly recommend this hotel for the budget traveller.

It's a great place to stay, located centrally with easy access to Dotobori, Namba, Den Den town and Amerikaya. There were some difficulties finding it though as it was hidden in a corner and not so obvious.

Location, location, location. Less than 5 mins away from the Midosuji line. So many restaurants around, shopping areas and near Dotonbori. Price is reasonable for Japan.

Had difficult time trying to communicate with Front office staff.

Smoker at the lobby. No free internet service. Other than that, acceptable.

The hotel close to the subway and the shopping area. It's very convenience. The hotel staffs are very helpful. The room is clean and not too small for 3 adults. Next time I'll choose to stay here again.

Location: Close to Dimaru department store & many shopping street. Food : close to 道堀頓 food street walk for 5 mins. Room: quite big area for semi-room. Service: Kaisan area is hard to use in English, but u can here. Traffic: Many interchange MTR line around here.

I stayed there last week for 6 nights, with my daughter and grand daughter, in a twin room. The location is excellent for someone who loves shopping and eating like me. The hotel is situated in a very good location, just a road across Shisaibashi suji. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Just one disadvantage is the lack of wifi service in the guest room. In general, I'm satisified and impressed with the standard of the hotel.

Close to the Shinsaibashi Metro station (less than 5 min walk) and the bustling shops, the Hearton Hotel at Shinsaibashi was very centralized for our touring purposes. Room was small (we had to keep our bags upright otherwise we couldn't walk around properly) but we were comfortable enough. Amazingly, there was a bathtub in the miniature bathroom. the hotel is overall good, but room is small, no WIFI service inside the room. It is near major shopping areas, room is clean and price is reasonable.

The location of this hotel is perfect for those who would want to stay around the Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori area. The subway is about a minute walk to the hotel. I will definitely stay again in Hearton Hotel Shinsaibashi!

It's a good hotel. The rent is reasonable. The location is very good. The room is small but comfortable.

This hotel hits all the right buttons! Its near to a metro station, shopping district and places of interest are a few metro stations away which was great. Overall, great location, clean rooms, comfortable and quiet. Only drawback is the staff dont speak english at all! Which made it hard to communicate.

I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel enjoys superb location allowing easy access to nearby shopping district and it's only a stone's throw away from the metro station. As for the room (double room) itself, the size was spacious by Japanese standard. However, the toilet was cramped and looked dilapidated. Also, although the room was equipped with a TV set, the number of channels […] in English was limited. For a tech-savvy nation, it was also disappointing that the hotel provided only wired internet access to guests (for usable wifi signals weren't detected).
