Personale cordiale e molto disponibile. Si sono offerti in modo del tutto disinteressato a conservarmi del cibo nel loro frigo. La colazione inclusa nel prezzo e' ottima. La struttura e' moderna e molto pulita. Non e' direttamente sulla costa ma si trova comunque in comoda posizione.

Albergo nuovo con stanza molto bella rispetto al livello medio. Colazione abbondante e varia. Parcheggio coperto. Posizione un po fuori santa cruz ma in 10 minuti sei al Pier. Ottimo se si arriva di sera e si vuole passare una notte tranquilla. Da consigliare

We did not spend much time in the hotel as we were there to visit the surrounding area, but the price was pretty affordable and the room was very clean. Only nitpick is the TV stretches 4x3 channels by default, but we didn't watch any TV anyways.

Great location just of the highway for our overnight stay before heading to San Francisco. Very nice hotel . Although some distance from the water. It suited our purpose. Great value for money

This is a very nice hotel, though- not in the greatest area. The service was great, the room spacious and clean, and the breakfast was the best we've ever had at a hotel!

It was basically exactly what I expected. The staff were very nice, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay here again. Only downside was the distance from the boardwalk because we didn't take a car with us.

I've been to any hotels with my family, this one was one of my favorite. I was very comfy sleeping, complement bfast was good. I would use this hotel again in near future.

We had a great weekend here celebrating my husband's birthday. The service was great, the staff were kind, the room was incredibly clean, bright, and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I will definitely be staying here again!

Nice, clean and good service. Continental breakfast was fantastic! Parking was tight but decent. Neighborhood was marginal but it's Santa Cruz.

Time to upgrade those rock hard mattresses with something that has some kind of padding on it! Glad to go home after three sleepless nights, even the extra pillows they offered did not help! OUr room overlooked someones dirty back yard, Appeared to be in a "low rent" neighborhood, a little afraid to walk around at night.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy with a choice of soft and firm pillows. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was good and the coffee great. It is nicely located and one can comfortably walk to shopping, eateries, etc. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are warm and clean and the staff is very friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast as well.

The staff was very efficient. The only thing I questioned was the safety deposit box. They didn't have one in the room but gave us one at the front desk. They brought a metal box out from the office, I placed my items and she took it away unlocked. I questioned it and was told that it would take the key they gave me (after the fact) and a key from the […] manager to access the box. When I returned to get my items out the desk person took my key and again went into the back office. Everything was there, but I think the process was odd. It was wonderful in most aspects. We liked our room. However, housekeeping was very neglectful and two days out of our four-day stay we didn't have our room cleaned. We did call for towels and someone gave us those and then cleaned the room one of those days. But, the last full day we were there, housekeeping did not even show up to clean!!!!

The hotel was new and in good condition. Rooms and bathroom were clean and the included breakfast is quite good. There is a slightly heated swimming pool but not hot tub. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The hotel is not walking distance to the beach, but in a good location none the less, with any easy drive to downtown […] or the foreshore. The room was spacious and nice (2queen suite), plenty of covered parking, and a "no party" policy which I greatly appreciated as surrounding area hotels have been extremely loud and full of partiers. My only issue was the surrounding neighborhood. There a lot of homeless/street people out front and in the nearby area.

This would have been a much better visit (despite I had asked for something with a view, and the view was of some shabby house next door and the only thing I could see was the street) if I could regulate the room temperature. The hotel in beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable. Hotel personnel were GREAT! Location isn't close enough to walk to the boardwalk but driving is only about 10 mins away. Swimming pool is in a open atrium in the middle of the hotel. Elevators so no undo walking. Parking garage below with elevator is fabulous.

Place is brand new and staff was great. One negative has to do with exitiing from the underground parking lot. Cars come up at a steep angle and has you get to the high point you cannot see if there are any cars in front of you waiting to exit to busy Ocean avenue. Spent a great deal of time in the room doing business and writing. Quiet, comfortable work space and a good office type chair. Good location, central to everything. Near bike path.

Clean and quiet hotel. The room seemed recently remodeled. The odd thing was that the shampoo and cream rinse was wrapped in the bathmat. When I picked up the matt the bottles went flying across the floor. Odd. I did like the breakfast on the first floor dining room area.

A good value. Our room (103) was near the entrance to the hall, so at times it was noisy with doors closing, etc. Otherwise, very nice.

We had a family suite which was perfect for the five of us (including three children ages 9, 7 & 5) as it had two queen size beds and a sofa bed (the end springs on the sofa bed were broken/missing but my husband was able to place the sofa bed cushions under the sofa bed base to rectify the problem and it was fine for our 7 yr old to sleep on). Well-designed and well-kept property with courteous staff. I give it an overall of 4 only because there is little to no accommodation for smokers. But, it IS located in an ultra-liberal/communist city.

We had a very comfotable stay. Great location, feet away from the from Hwy 1 North and South. Staff were very helpful andn pleasant. Can't complain about anything.
