camere pulite, anche se per 3 persone lo spazio è limitato. colazione abbondante e personale educato e disponibile. hotel si trova in una posizione centrale con mezzi di trasporto molto vicini. il servizio biciclette potrebbe essere gratuito o con tariffa agevolata per i clienti dell'hotel. L'hotel è posizionato a circa 100 mt. dalla fermata della metro linea U5, che con 4 fermate porta ad Alexdander Platz, da dove partire per visitare la parte di Berlino Est e comunque linea di scambio per numerose altre metro e linee S-Bhan. L'hote si trova all'intero di un piccolo centro commerciale con alcuni ristorantini, è molto confertevole, pulito, unica pecca il WI-FI a pagamento e l'assenza in camera di frigo-bar. Non conviene fare colazione in hotel poichè prima della fermata della metro c'è un panificio ''BACCA'' che vende cornetti a prezzi allucinanti (massimo 0,90 a pezzo). Il quartiere è molto tranquillo, con un supermarket adiacente alla metro e per gli amanti del Kebab consiglio quello acanto ''BACCA'' favoloso e pulito.

Mitte, che una volta si trovava al centro di Berlino Est, è divisa al suo centro da Unter den Linden e contiene quasi tutte le principali chiese, musei, teatri e monumenti di Berlino. La Fernsehturm (torre della TV) presso Alexanderplatz offre la migliore vista su Berlino. I musei comprendono il Pergamon, la Galleria Nazionale, Bode e il Vecchio Museo. Excellent location and sized apartment for 6 of us. Easy walk to TV Tower, easy walk to many great restaurants, quiet inside. A weekend stay was perfect, if longer it woul dbe good to have a washing machine. We will go back again.

For a twin-bed studio apartment, the kitchen, bed/lounge and bathroom was spacious and warm. We really liked these apartments; they proved a great base from which to explore Berlin. No complaints except for the bar next door which one night played rock music to the small hours!

The staff at the office were very helpful and spoke multiple languages. They knew the sites and made excellent recommendations on trips, personal safety, and getting around. "A good East Berlin experience"
Well placed apartment and very friendly staff who made our reservations for the Reichstag tour and researched our optimum airport transport. Good location for transport, bars, restaurants and clubs nearby. Lovely old style apartments.

The apartment is in an excellent location in Berlin, just 1 stop on the very nearby metro to Alexanderplatz and a very leisurely stroll to Kollwitzplatz. which must be one of the nicest parts of Berlin with lots of good restaurants and small shops. Our family of 4 rented a studio apartment. We were very happy w/the apartment, although the only drawback we had was we forgot to call 30 minutes before arrival so someone would be there to give us the keys. When we reached someone they were there in under 10 minutes. The beds were a little firmer than my hubby would've liked, but still comfortable […] nonetheless. I had a plain, simple, apartment. No frills. Kitchen, big bedroom, nice bathroom. Wireless internet service worked well. Clean. Quiet. It was great to have my own apartment for a few days in Berlin! Excellent neighborhood with lots of restaurants and near major subway station. They have other units nearby that might be a little more luxurious--I'd check […] with them. I'd stay with them again. Better than a hotel because I could cook my own food and it was quite large. Two things to be aware of: 1. You HAVE to phone 1/2 hour in advance if you are arriving after-hours so they can meet and give you the key. They are not on the property at all hours. 2. Lots of stairs, no elevator. Definitely not for someone in a wheelchair or unable to walk several flights of stairs. I was on the fourth floor, so it was a workout to go to my apartment. Querí destacar dos cosas que deberían avisar antes de la reservar: el edificio no dispone de ascensor y era un tercer piso lo que con maletas es un problema y por otra la limpieza del apto, pregunté expresamente si había limpieza diaria y me aseguraron que si, luego no fue así ya que era un apartahotel cosa que yo ya sabía y por eso pregunté, deberían […] estar más coordinados en ese sentido. Estuve alojada durante dos noches y me dieron un apartamento para 5 personas, muy grande. Los apartamentos están muy limpios y muy cuidados, totalmente reformados y espaciosos, con calefacción, televisión y la cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomesticos y utensilios muy nuevos y cuidados. El personal muy agradable. Están muy bien ubicados , muy […] cerca de Alexanderplatz y en la zona hay varios sitios para comerca a buen precio. Está junto a la estación de metro de Rosa Luxemburg a una parada de Alexanderplatz, andando menos de 10 mins.. Hay sitios para comer a buen precio. En concreto recomiendo la Trattoria la Cucina frente a los apartamentos, donde puedes comer muy bien a un precio y trato excelente. Desde o hacia Aeropuerto Schonefeld, se coge un tren que lleva directo a la estación de S-Bahn de Alexanderplatz por 3 euros. Pasa cada 15 mins y tarda 20 minutos. En taxi cuesta 35 euros !!! Vi var to familier på et kort visit med tre overnatninger i Berlin. Begge lejligheder var flotte og rene ved ankomst skulle dog lige finde reception / personale men efter opkald pr. mobil ankom venlig og kompetent mand som satte os ind i faciliteterne og området - hurtigt og effektivt. Området er meget centralt og det meste ligger i gå afstand. Der […] er dog en smule liv i området om aftenen men slet ikke noget der påvirkede vores ophold. Hvis du skal på fylla\rølpe tur til Berlin så er dette en grei overnattingsplass. Vi trodde etter vi hadde sett bildene at ting skulle se anderledes ut der enn det det gjorde når vi kom. Anbefales ikke for deg å dama.

familie på 2 voksne og 2 børn har netop haft en dejlig weekend i Berlin. super service med udlevering af nøgler og parkeringsvoucher. Lejligheden ligger dejlig centralt og når du først er inde i U og S Bahns systemet kommer du rundt i Berlin i en veldig fart. Fine restauranter i området. "Super belligenhed - dejligt værelse"
OTA ligger perfekt til ophold med familien. Vi var to voksne og to børn på hhv. 8 og 11. Hotellet ligger tæt på alle former for transport, så skal man længere er der ingen problemer. Og nabolaget - både det tætte, og det lidt fjernere - er supergodt. Så det er også en mulighed at gå til meget: Fx ligger Alexander Platz, Hakescher Markt, Museumsinsel, […] Under den Linden og meget andet inden for gåafstand. Der er både et par velassorterede supermarkeder i nærheden af OTA, ligesom der er et rigeligt udvalg af cafeer og restauranter i nærheden. Et lille minus er, at sovesofaen er meget hård at ligge på - og så havde vi fornøjelsen af lidt larm en enkelt aften fra det nærliggende spillested - men ikke nok til at ødelægge billedet af, at man gerne vil tilbage til OTA engang. Een appartement in Old Town Appartments op de Schoenhauserallee in Berlijn geeft je het gevoel even inwoner van Berlijn te zijn. Prima ligging in prachtige buurt en dichtbij U-bahn en bezienswaardigheden. Appartement is authentiek, sober maar adequaat ingericht en we hebben er prima geslapen ondanks ligging aan de straatkant. "Tolle Unterkunft für 4 Tage"
WIr waren zu viert für einen Kurztrip im OTA (Wohnung Brahms) untergebracht. Wir fühlten uns wohl, hatten VIEL PLatz, fanden eine vollständig eingerichtete Küche vor (sogar Teebeutel, Kaffeefilter, Teekocher, Toaster, etc.) und genossen die lichtdurchflutete Wohnung. Wir würden sofort wieder hinreisen und dort wohnen! Den Club White Trash nebenher hörten […] wir zwar am Wochenende, wir waren aber so müde, dass uns dies nicht störte. Continua a leggere

A nice place to stay in Berlin with family. Not for elderly people, no elevator in the building. Close to many attraction in Berlin Mitte. Relatively large and clean rooms with a small kitchen. Rigtig god beliggenhed - pænt og rent. Ideelt,at have 'sit eget' hvis man har et barn eller to med. I weekenden var der lidt meget larm fra nattelivet i forhuset, men omvendt bor man midt i byen, så hører nok med :-)

Hotelet ligger på ett bra kvarter nära alxenderplatz tor .man har där lätt tillgång till transport,restauranger, och varuhus men det finns en nightclup bervid hotelet som gjörde mycket högrljud sent på natten.
