Recensito da un utente di Hotels.com in data 27 feb 2013ottimo rapporto qualita/prezzo.Situato proprio vicino a Ocean Drive e'in posizione strategica e nel cuore della vita notturna di MIAMI BEACH .La camera penso sia stata da poco ristrutturata in quanto si presentava nuovissima in ogni componente e questo me lo fa pensare in quanto all'esterno c'era del materiale tipico per le ristrutturazioni interne ed esterne comunque un ottima soluzione considerato che con internet il prezzo era di 66,00 euro mentre una settimana dopo passato di persona in hotel e chiesto il prezzo,questi era di ben 199,00 dollari USA.Ottima soluzione.

"non ti sentirai vice ma vero re"

It was fine in general but in my opinion, decortaion is dark (blacks and dark green), not exactly my type (Big green lamps in shapes of animals or so kind of chinesse, etc). A concierge area would be important also. I asked for a Gap store close to the hotel as I needed something specific to buy and at front desk they told me to go to Merrick Park where […] is no Gap and took me more than an hour going there and basically going out as there were no taxis available (and $45.00 usd the round trip) .Would be important to have someone that knows or investigates in order to cover clients´s needs. The menu is also limited, even for breakfast and basically for lunch/dinner. I would consider more options . My humble opinion. The best was the bed, really confortable and having internet service . The hotel itself is great. Rooms are trendy and comfortable. Surrounding location is super for dining, after-dinner entertainment with the Brickell restaurant/bar complex within an easy 10 minute walk from the hotel. Trulucks restaurant has excellent food, wine list, piano bar and a congenial staff & clientele. The fitness club is first class, but a […] little complicated to get to since you have to go up to the roof where the pool is, walk outside about 100 yards to the entrance to a condo highrise, then go down a floor in that high rise to reach the gym - it's not the hotel's gym. Ill keep it short. Paid $400 a night. I already have a great view and a wonderful house. Was looking for exceptional service and was very disappointed. Very unprofessional. Coffee machine was broken and it took them 36 hours to fix it and still charged me for coffee. Lovely location with easy access to other areas, easy walk to Brickell Village and Bayside and always felt safe. Hotel very clean, rooms spacious with great view. Stayed in a Jr Suite and there was plenty of room. Kitcheltte very useful. Huge bathroom with seperate shower and deep/long soaking tub. Funcky but comfortable furniture. "Close to American Airlines Arena"
My husband & I were in Miami for a basketball game (Miami Heat vs. LA Lakers). The hotel was close enough for us to walk (about a 15 minute walk). We were there as part of our honeymoon, so we were given a free upgrade. The room was beautiful - we ended up with a 1 bedroom suite, with 1.5 baths & a balcony that extended the entire length of our room. […] The rooftop pool was gorgeous (one cold, one warm & one hot) - unfortunately we didn't get a chance to swim because they closed at dusk. We went for dinner on 10th street, which was a very short walk away (highly recommend the Italian restaurant). After returning from dinner we thanked the on-duty manager for his recommendation & were rewarded with a complimentary drink from him in either of their restaurants/club 50. We went to the rooftop restaurant & received fantastic service. The only complaints I have are - the street noise (but, what can you expect in downtown Miami?). Also, there was a constant sound of running water - I'm not sure if that was because we were on the floor right below the pool though. Finally, our alarm clock went off at 1am. I'm not sure if it was a prank or an accident by the last guest. All things considered, we loved this hotel - fantastic service, great location, beautiful building - we would definitely stay at the Viceroy again if we ever end up in Miami. "Luxurious Decor and Exceptional Pool"
The room decor and bathroom decor was beautiful; lots of marble and mirrors. Would have preferred that the room was more spacious. The shower needed to have some hand holds since it became slippery when wet. Breakfast included with the room was limited unless we wanted to pay extra. The pool deck and pool were exceptional. More like a resort than a […] hotel. The hotel offered a free ride to the Port off Miami in a Mercedes......we felt very pleased with all the service we received. "Dissapointed."
We were really looking forward to our stay in the Viceroy after viewing its location and contemporary design etc on the web. We were immediately disapointed as the foyer was very small on entry then it took 3 room attempts to finally get a room acceptable. The first room stunk of cigarettes dispite the staff claiming its a non smoking hotel...the second […] room simply did not fit my family and still had a smoke smell and then we finally got the third room... In summary the decor is above average but rooms not cleaned very well which detracted greatly..the public hallways on our level really smelt bad in our opinion. The positves were a fantastic rooftop pool and spa area and the restuarant on the top floor and their staff were above average and extremely pleasant and helpful. We were 2 families and the other family had the same sentiments of the hotel. Great potential but they blew it with detail.....I personally would not return. Great experience. The views were very nice. The swimming pool area was dreamy, something you wouldn't expect on top of a building in downtown Miami. The room and bathroom have huge windows. "modern & chic decor"
We booked a one-bedroom suite, it 's very spacious and the bed is comfy. Check-in time is 3pm, we arrived around 11am, left phone number and went off to nearby restaurant for lunch. Hotel actually called to inform us the room is ready around 1pm! (some hotel receptions would say they would call, but never happen..) The location is not too bad, restaurants […] are within walking distance, but it's just too quiet on Sunday nights. Almost all stores are closed and the town seemed very dead. I was disappointed by the quality of the front lobby attendants. Sometimes it seemed as though I were bothering them by asking a simple question. Beautiful hotel. Perfect location if you are visiting to see heat game (within walking distance to AA arena). Views of the marina is pretty. Close to bayside park and martketplace (again within walking distance). Only regret is we didn't get to see the huge pool they have (one of the largest in Miami). "You get what you pay for"
Overall I enjoyed my stay. The parking at the hotel is expensive at $40 per day. We were able to find a parking garage across the street for $17 per day. Housekeeping could've been better. Our stay included 4 nights and on the first night I used the bathtub. The tub was not cleaned until our 3rd visit which makes me question the thoroughness of their […] cleaning staff. The hotel is incredibly comfortable, the loaction was very convenient, the rooms are fantastic and the gym/spa is amazing.The restaurant in the hotel was the only disappointment. Great hotel, however the decor is really an acquired taste. Reminds me of alice in wonderland meets hogwarts. Very eccentric! but lovely none-the-less. Definitely felt luxurious and special. The hotel was great. You can't ask for anything else. You have a club, food, pool, hot tub, nice front desk people. You have a wonderful view of miami from the 15th floor. check in and check out was . Venry nice and upscale property. Great romantic get away. Close to very high end restaurants. Not kid freindly. But, the have hidden charges for the room service (charge 20% graturity) and also for Spa services that are reflected on your final bill. We came in on an evening and the next morning we wanted to make a stop and it was raining. They offered an umbrella which was great!! I needed to borrow a stapler to use to apply boarding information for our upcoming cruise and they let us take it to our room. The restaurant on the 15th floor was amazing as was the spa set up. This hotel in downtown Miami, is a true find. The hotel itself is very well maintained and attractive in its rooms and public areas. It has a pool, tanning area, restaurant and fitness center on the 15th floor. The pool and tanning area are open to the sky with very nice views of the bay and in the distance Miami Beach. The fitness center is also open […] to the public and residents of the Icon Condos tower, which is adjoined to the hotel by the pool/tanning area. Good, upscale restaurants are in the area and the Brickell Village (a collection of restaurants, bars and shops) is only a 10 minute walk away.
