Great hotel for the price. Room was clean and had everything I needed. even had a washing machine and small kitchenette. Will definitely stay there again.

We were very satisfied with the hotel. First of all the location was superb near many sites we were interested in and the subway was not too far. Staff was friendly, informative and attentive. I highly recommend this place. Actually we are going back after we make our 3 week tour in the south to finish our trip to Korea.

Who ever designed the shower stalls, never uses them. When you get in the shower you have to be all the way up against the corner of the shower to close and open the door. These shower stalls are not made for the average size person. The bathroom in total was bad, no room. You have to sqeeze between the toilet and a wall to get to the shower, and the […] same when getting out. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, spoke English. Rooms are tidy and comfortable. Very good location, close to the subway! Lot of cafes around! A very good place to stay in a very popular area of Seoul.

This hotel is good for business trip. It's surprise that there is cooking facilities inside the room which good for stay more than 2 days. The only problem to me is Wi-fi only in lobby !!

Staff was nice and hotel itself was very clean. Great central location and not too far away from subway.

Though it's location is not the most convenient, the tidiness, service of the hotel should be appreciated

I was awakened by smoking on the non-smoking floors. The front desk shrugged their shoulders: "There's nothing we can do." The second night when this happened again (and threatened to leave the hotel) they claimed powerlessness so I suggested they contact the guests... which they did, calling all rooms. Everyone denied smoking, of course, but it stopped. Next: […] this is really a residential hotel... hardly any of the usual facilities... not seating in the lobby, meeting places, etc. Third, the rooms are very small. For one person, it is OK, but for two it is cramped. Fourth: the internet is not free, nor wireless. Fifth: no cleaning service on Sundays, which would be fine if they warned you in advance. The room was great- luxuriously appointed and great to have a kitchen with stovetop, laundry, sink, etc. Service was friendly and quite good English. Very safe neighborhood and extremely easy to catch cabs and subway. Reason I am giving it a four is because the bathroom and room spaces are all a little tight, and there was an upstairs loft that could […] have had one of the beds in it to make the room more spacious-- as it was the loft was empty while I was crowded below. The Artnouveau City Hotel was very good for my business trip -- clean and comfortable; helpful staff; good buffet breakfast; kitchenette in room; many nearby restaurants and a nearby supermarket; close to a subway stop; easy to hail a cab; very close to an airport bus pick-up location; high quality, low weekly rate Internet service.

The staff are friendly. This hotel is good for business and leisure for family as well.

Good location clean serviced apt. Caters to Koreans so most room items like remote on TV are in Korean but there are instructions. The one small issue is that the bathroom is pretty small. Other than that, a great location and nice room.

I loved everything about this hotel - especially their staff (from housekeeping to front desk, everyone's just too helpful). Location isn't bad, either. It's about 3-4 blocks away from the Yeoksam subway station. As for the room, it's small but not exactly cramped. I'd say the size is just about right for 2 people. Art Nouveau City also houses one of […] the hippest clubs in the Gangnam area (Club Heaven) so that's a plus for guests who wish to experience Seoul's night scene without straying too far off. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Yeoksam Artnouveau City hotel. It’s a great location with lot of eatery and shopping. Their services are fantastic. A perfect place to stay for a moderate to extended stay. We would very much like to stay here for our future visit to Korea.

I was very impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, their English was also very good. It was disappointing that the rooms did not have WiFi and that internet was charged at an additional fee, but other than that it is well located and within about a 5 minute walk from the Yeoksam metro (Green Line 2). I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks on a business trip to Seoul. This was a great hotel for a more extended stay. The room was very comfortable and spacious enough for 1 or 2 with the existing set-up. Had my kids been along, there was a nice loft where a bed could be put up for them. There is a very nice kitchenette with a washer/dryer combo...this […] was a GREAT feature to have on an extended trip. The bathroom is small and so is the shower; but you get that at many non-US hotels. 2 people would not be getting ready at the same time. There is no wireless internet, but they do provide a very long ethernet cable. Wireless would be nice, but there was no problem accessing the internet. But beware for you night owls up working late...I did have several instances of the internet going down after midnight or 1a. It came back up within 15 minutes, but this did happen several times. The hotel restaurant on the 18th floor is very nice, but can also fill up quickly. Many locals go here for the "wine buffet" (buffet with unlimited self-serve wine bar). My colleague and I were unable to eat there 3 or 4 times during our stay because it was filled up. The buffet is decent with a very large variety of foods. The regular menu is a bit limited. The room service menu is very limited...it's almost an afterthought. But there are plenty of local restaurants within just a block of the hotel. I personally recommend the restaurant Pad Thai on the first street to the East of the hotel (you can see it from windows facing East in the hotel). Very good, English-speaking, sleek, affordable. And the hostess is very nice and generous with foreigners! It has just opened 2 weeks prior to this writing on 29Mar11. The general area is a great area...many restaurants, bars, etc. A 15-minute walk to the West takes you the Gangnam station area where there is a ton of shopping and restaurants of all types. The Artnouveau is an excellent hotel with reasonable rates (from web services). Some feel that its location between two subway stops requiring a 6 minute walk to either is a disadvantage, but I find it an advantage. I get a nice walk to start or finish my day and the neighborhood is much quieter and calmer than around a subway stop corner. There are […] excellent restaurants in the neighborhood with many Japanese. The restaurant in the hotel is a pleasant surprise and I wonder why it is not used more. In the summer there is a pleasant roof garden where one can go just to enjoy the skyline. The only disadvantage is the dark wood in the rooms which lends a somber atmosphere. The hotel was all in all an average hotel. Nothing special, the room was OK, and the service was OK. I'm not sure that I would recommend the hotel, it was just OK in all aspects.

Had a great stay overnight. The hotel is neat and tidy but on the smaller end. Service is extremely fast and efficient. Building is quite new and the facilities are very well maintained. Its a bit of a walk to the station but easy to get to.

This place is a great 4.5 star hotel for the money. It's even got a washing machine. Service was good (spoke fluent English) This place would be a $200/night in the US.

I stayed at Yeoksam Artnouveau City hotel together with my wife for 4 days. It is an apartment hotel with great value for money. Room doesn't feel as spacious as square meters would indicate, but it is very well equipped and space efficient solutions architecture. Full kitchen setup gives you the choice of cooking yourself (you even have a built in […] washing-machine/dryer) Location is great, even if you will find your self using a taxi when going to ifferent places (taxi are quite cheap in Seoul) Great looking breakfast restaurant on top floor with 360 degree view of the city. Food is good, and service as expected. Gym is quite good, but if you are fit, weight size will be unsufficient. Functional rooms with lots of closet and storage space. The loft has a really low ceiling height so Westerners may not be used to this. The staircase is dangerous for kids, but ok with supervision. Elevator is really really slow.

호텔장소도 매우 편리한 위치에있고 방도 깨끗하고 잘 쉬엇씁니다. 무엇보다도 호텔뒤에 포장마차.. 옛날부터 가고싶었는데 기회가없어서 못갔었어요 마침 포장마차가있는걸보고 참좋았습니다.

많은 도시에서 많은 호텔에 묵었지만 아르누보 이름이 아깝지 않을 인태리어는 물론 조목조목 이용자들의 편의를 도모한 세탁건조기 조리대 등의 부가 시설이 다음 이용을 결심하도록 하네요. 단지 사우나가 폐점 중인게 아쉬웠습니다

1名利用で2泊滞在しました。 仁川からのKALリモが目の前にあるルネッサンスホテルに停まるので、大きな荷物を持って街中をうろうろせずにすむのが一番のオススメです。 また、ホテルのスタッフもみなさん親切な方ばかりでした。ホテル宛に荷物を送ってもらっていたのですが、きちんと保管してくれていて、チェックイン時にこちらから言い出す間でもなく、渡してくれました。 また、加湿器をお願いした際もすぐに対応してくれましたし、持ってきてくださった方は、私が日本から来ていると知ると、「福島はもう大丈夫ですか？」と聞いてくれたりとホスピタリティを感じました。 部屋にsafeがないのが不便ですが、フロントに貸金庫があるので大丈夫でした。 ただ、地下鉄などの公共交通機関を利用する場合は、夜は駅から少し歩くの […] で女性一人の場合は気をつけたほうがいいと思います。 タクシー利用の場合は、ホテル名を言っても、地図を見せてもピンと来ないようなので、ルネッサンスホテルと伝えたほうがスムーズです。ルネッサンスホテルからは目の前の横断歩道を渡るだけですので。 日本語ができるスタッフはあまりいないかもしれません。英語であればどのスタッフでも全く問題なく対応してくれます。 ちなみにこれはホテルサイドの問題ではありませんが、Hotels.comで予約した際に送られてくる予約確認書に記載されているホテルの電話番号が間違っていて困りました。ホテルに預かってもらう荷物の件で、問い合わせをしたのですが、間違った電話番号のせいで、無駄な国際電話を何度もかけるはめになりました。 他に同じ思いをする人がいるといけないと思い、Hotels.comに電話をしましたが、対応が全くなっていませんでした。現在は正しい番号になってるといいのですが。 Hotels.comで利用する方はホテルの公式サイト、または他のサイトでホテルの正しい電話番号をチェックしておいたほうがいいです。お気をつけください。 Continua a leggere

いつも泊まっている明洞のレジデンスホテルから、初めて江南地区にしてみました。 観光メインの明洞地区の方が全体的に安いものの、ビジネスをするならやはり江南が断然便利、ルネッサンスホテル前に、Airportリムジンが停まるので、バス停から１分ほどで問題なし。ただ、日本人の利用客が少ないせいか、部屋のマニュアルはハングル。また、インターネットは無料ではなく、１日、７日、１か月で選択し、有償利用がちょっと頂けないかな。 部屋は、綺麗で、朝食もそこそこのバイキングがあり（７：００~９：１５で、６時台に出発した自分としては、結局朝食に有りつけませんでしたが。）まぁ満足の部類ではないでしょうか。

우선 럭셔리한 모습에 놀랐었고요, 음식을 해먹을 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 카드키로 엘리베이터를 타는 것도 좋았고요 ^ㅡ^ 호텔스닷컴에서 바로 예약할 수 있어서 편하고 굉장히 좋았어요~~ 추천합니다!

Clubの低音が5Fまで響いて寝る時に気になった。 また、他の階に泊まっている親族を尋ねるのはエレベータで行けず(セキュリティの為）、女性従業員にKeyを2個要求したが、”2日後”と言われたが、後に男性従業員に要求すると、直ぐに作ってくれた。 男性従業員にはお世話になり、感謝します。 インターネットの使用料がもっとリーズナブルならば良いです。 部屋は天井が高く、開放的なのだが登ると危険なロフトは短期滞在には意味が無い。

アクセスも良く、天井が高く清潔な部屋は非常に使い勝手が良いです。ホテルの近くにコンビニ、食堂、カフェもあるので便利です。 しかし、隣接するクラブの音が部屋（５階に滞在 ）まで響いてきました。朝５時過ぎまで壁に振動が伝わってくる程の音が続いたので睡眠不足になりました。 ホテル自体は非常に良いのに、宿泊者の睡眠を妨害する程の騒音を出すクラブが隣接するというのは。。。非常に残念です。ホテルとしても騒音対策をすべきだと思います。

Tipico caso de muita propaganda e pouca realidade. O hotel é bonito por fora, fica perto de duas estações de metrô e a recepção é bem arrumada. Os quartos porém são outra conversa. Antigos, meio sujos (poeira), ele parecem meio apart, pois tem um armário falso que esconde uma pia, fogao, lavadora de roupas, Etc. Interessante pra quem quer cozinhar no […] quarto.
