great position! (close to the Alamo). The room was small but comfortable even if the air conditioned was noisy. Good and funny Texas shaped waffles for breakfast.

Ottima posizione, essendo circa 10 minuti a piedi lontano da downtown. Camera piuttosto confortevole, pulizia accettabile, personale alquanto gentile e disponibile. La colazione fin troppo spartana, ma accettabile. Tutto sommato, consiglio a tutti di scegliere questo hotel per il prezzo davvero basso rispetto agli standards degli hotel americani (very expensive!) e la qualità dei servizi e della camera che si sono dimostrati essere più che buoni.

Excellent location, everything in easy walking distance. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Rooms very spacious, decorated and furnished in style and comfortable, although I did have a little issue with the shower. I wouldn't hesitate going back or to recommending this hotel.

"Very nice"
I was pleased with the hotel check in clerk, he was very nice and friendly, I would stay there again.
"Good place to stop when passing through"
This hotel is very convenient to Interstate 10. However it is outside town, so no restaurants nearby. Eat before you stop! It was also noisy, and I couldn't darken the room. Traffic lights and noise all night. They need better sound proofing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was minimal.
The hotel ambiance was fine except for the strong air freshener that was present the minute you opened the door. The staff was very congenial and helpful. The beds were comfortable enough and the space was adequate. I would stay in this hotel again if I return to the same locale.

The hotel is on I-10 about 10 minutes east of downtown and the River Walk (and there doesn't ever seem to be traffic). The hotel itself is in a rural setting. This was my first time staying at a Best Western and I was quite impressed. It is a newer hotel and the price I got it for was unbeatable. The hotel is located in a part of town that is still developing, therefore there is not many places nearby, but again, for the price I did not mind driving to the locations. "San Antonio East"
The hotel is a little out of San Antonio on the way to Houston. My stay requuired the first day to travel to Floresville which was made very close by this hotel. Nevertheless, it was a stone's throw from downtown San Antonio. Service was very good and the morning breakfast was exceptional.

Enjoyed clean rooms soft pillow top mattress spacious rooms clean pool clean rug hot tub hot breakfast. Staff very friendly i would stay here any time.Hotel is 2 years old but it is kept in exellent shape.
"Sticky Carpet"
When no rooms were clean after 4:00 pm I should have known that there would be a problem with this hotel. I was sent to multiple rooms before finding a room that had been cleaned, sort of. The management is rude, the staff was indifferent, the room was dirty and the hotel was in fair condition. If you can find another hotel, book it.

My family and I stayed for 5 days and had a great time. The rooms were nice and clean. The kids had a great time making their own Texas shaped waffles during breakfast. It is off the beaten path a little, but worth it with the money you save.

Of all the hotels I've stayed at this one takes the cake. The staff are the friendliest most helpful staff I have met in any business. They even assisted us in saving money with our Sea World tickets. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and anyone I know who is headed or passing through San Antonio and I will stay there again myself.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I have never been able to sleep well in a hotel until this trip. The bed was absolutely the most comfortable bed I have slept in. My husband said he did not wake up once during the night, which is unusual for him. I will stay at this hotel again.

"Best Western San Antonio-very affordable"
The hotel was a great price and exactly what we needed for our trip. It was only 15-20 minutes from anything we wanted to do to or see. While not being anything spectacular it was perfect for our needs which was just sleeping and storing our things. We spent most of the time out on the town. The management was extremely friendly and helpful. I had […] a package delivered there and they took perfect care of it. They also gave us information on places to check out and things to do. The maid service could be a little better. We had to ask the front desk for toilet paper because the maids never refilled it. I can't say much about the breakfast because I only ate it one day and only had a bagel. As far as continental breakfasts go it's about average. Good hotel for the price. The hotel is located in the Interstate trucking area. It was noisy outside and around the pool area but no noise problem inside. Breakfast was what we expected from Best Western. We went to Denny's down the street one morning and found the service and food very poor. Clean rooms, comfy beds, decent free breakfast. My only complaint is the small, rough bath towels. Would definitely stay there again.
We enjoyed our stay, rooms were very clean, breakfast was good, would be good to invest in 2 waffle makers. And work on the driveway entrance. But over all excellent.

The hotel is very nice. It all seemed almost brand new I think it was recently built. Its not exactly close to the downtown area or by the riverwalk but its only a 10 minute drive if that. "Good location to all the major's in San Antonio"
On the outskirts of San Antonio, but that serves for a better deal! We could get to everything we wanted to in about 15 minutes. Hotel was very nice, clean, rooms were spacious. Could have been a better breakfast variety, hopefully they'll work on that. Good bang for the buck!

Conditions of the room were pretty good, I only thing that I saw wrong was that the entrance to the driveway was in bad shape and it was kind of hard to get into the parking lot. Room were clean and nice. I would recommend it to my freinds.

"Best Western San Antonio E, Comfy stop"
The hotel was clean, and the beds were so comfortable. I love a nice comfy bed, and this was it. We had no trouble getting in late and night and out early in the morning on a long road trip. It was a welcome sight after a long night, and I'd wished we had it at our destination!

"Enjoyed the stay"
Enjoyed our stay at Best Western San Antonio East. Everything was as expected. The location was not bad at all. Though there was a tractor trailor repair facility behind the hotel but it was very quiet and no nuisance. In some review, people mentioned about no place to eat in vicinity but I think the situation has changed. After coming out of hotel, […] if you drive left, the first signal has Shell gas station with "Church Chicken" and if you go drive right, you reach another gas station with Subway. They have pizza delivery from Papajohns too, so you looks to have options and you are not at a totally deserted place. Visiting downtown and seaworld was easy too as it is just 20-40 min drive. Breakfast was good, with eggs, sausage bscuits, waffle and other regular stuff. Breakfast time is 6:30am to 9:30am. Might be a problem for those who get up late. If you are driving to this hotel, GPS does not recognise the address. Try using the city name as Converse rather than San Antonio or else just look for exist 585, you will see it while driving. "It was ok -- but..."
The hotel was okay, but it was in the middle of truck repair places and food was quite a ways away. We stayed 6 nights and the floor was not vacuumed the whole time. Since it is quite new, the hotel seems good. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was very good.
