Hotel Tiepolo Venezia

Il "Tiepolo" è un Hotel 3 stelle davvero bello! In primis, ovviamente, per la posizione centralissima: in meno di cinque minuti a piedi si è in piena piazza san Marco. E poi, l'edificio dell'hotel è antico ma molto ben ristrutturato... credo abbastanza di recente. Anche le camere sono belle: la mia, una singola, non era esageratamente grande (non so […] le altre, ma immagino siano simili... ma in quale hotel veneziano le camere sono grandi?), ma era molto carina, ben arredata, decisamente pulita. Il bagno, grande, era molto confortevole, con asciugamaneria sempre pulita e beni di utilità sempre rinnovati; segnalo la presenza di doccia con idromassaggio...mica male! ;-P In camera, poi, è possibile la regolazione autonoma del termostato: d'inverno consiglio ai freddolosi di impostarlo un po' più alto di notte, perché i soffitti sono alti e la temperatura tende a calare un po'. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Avevo necessità di far colazione una ventina di minuti più presto rispetto all'orario prestabilito, e non c'è stato alcun problema nella soddisfazione della mia richiesta; come pure è stato possibile lasciare in custodia al personale i bagagli nella giornata della partenza. Agli stranieri ha dimostrato ottima padronanza anche dell'inglese e del francese (ma non so se e quali altre lingue conosca). The hotel is very close to Compo St Marco. It was a small hotel. It's front door is inside a small alley in between buildings. The alley stinks,therefore the hotel stinks! It was newly renovated. The interior is very new, nice room with high ceilings. Wooden floor hallway which means very noisy when people running around even though they put a red carpet […] on it. The nights I was staying, a family occupied the rooms on both ends and they were running back on forth their rooms started at 6am! I didn't smell the stink at night when I was sleeping but the smell came in the morning! So, don't expect you can sleep in. The staffs are very helpful though. To go to the room, your have to walk long stairs . The girl at the front helped me took my big heavy lugguge to my room. Otherwise, I would not be able to get my stuffs to my room.They have two rooms on the ground floor but they are next to the breakfast area ,which means very noisy in the morning and it is more stinky on the ground floor.Well, it is stinky and noisy in the morning anywhere in the hotel anyway. The hair dryer in my room was broken too. However, this is the only hotel with this level of price that gives you new tooth brush, slippers, shaver, shower caps like a 4 stars hotel will give you. I was in Venice for just 36 hours, and all I was really looking for was a bed with a private bathroom in central Venice, not on Lido Island or in Mestre. Al Tiepolo, while very basic, ticked all the boxes. I knew it would be difficult to find, but I didn't realize exactly how difficult! It is hidden away down a dark and narrow alley. We got three different […] conflicting sets of directions before we finally got there. The staff was pleasant, but as usual, the room was nowhere near as nice as it had appeared in the photos on hotels.com. It was clean enough, but the door handle came off in our hands and the windows wouldn't quite close all the way. The bed was also rock hard and I woke up with some major mosquito bites! All in all, I only spent about 10 hours in the room, and I had a nice latte in the morning at breakfast, so it wasn't a bad experience. But next time I would definitely try to check out a B&B. This is fine if, like me, you're just there to be close to the sights for a night. Continua a leggere

I would only recommend this hotel to young couples that are not looking for anything very nice. The location is really great, but the hotel is very basic and three stars is a stretch. Additionally, management need to actually put signage out for the hotel as it is extremely difficult to find unless you have someone point it out.

Simple and clean room. TV not working is a disaster ! Location is convenient to key public transport and food. 2 mins to St Mark's.

Das Hotel ist innen schön gemacht, vor ca. 2006 total renoviert und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings ist das Hotel wirklich fast nur mit der Lupe zu finden. Der Zugang erfolgt über eine knapp 1m breite Gasse und der Eingang befindet sich versteckt um eine Ecke.- Karte auf Hotels.com, lokale Karte aber auch GPS helfen nicht […] weiter. Man muss sich durchfragen. (si parla italiano?) Die Reception ist nicht immer besetzt und man wird per Zettel an das 50m daneben gelegene Hotel Rio verwiesen. Zimmer/Sauberkeit/allgemeine Lage nur ca. 200m vom Markusplatz alles bestens und der Preis für diese Gegend ist günstig. Frühstück inbegriffen. Continua a leggere

Reine og romslige rom, ok.

Malgrés une petite entrée dans une ruelle près de l'hotel Rio, la chambre était de qualité avec vu sur le canal ou passent les gondoles le soir... De plus, vus sa situation (5mn du vaporetto et 2mn de la place St Marc) l'hotel et vraiment pratique et très calme. Très bon qualité / prix.

Very nice hotel near some view points and nice shops and restaurants. Just it was very difficult to find at first. You could use 2 bathrooms not only in your room but also in common space. That was actually helpful. Our staying room was very large, stylish, comfortable and safety. Staffs were kind.

В этот отель можно ехать только в том случае, если Вас будут встречать В Венеции представители отеля. Найти его самостоятельно просто не возможно!!!!! Находиться в самом центре Венеции, мы кружили возле него 2 часа . Народ местный отправляет совершенно в другую сторону. А так чисто, номера малюсенькие. Персонал надменный, как и все в Венеции.

Das Hotel hat eine super Ausgangslage. Der Eingang über eine schmale Gasse bietet Venedig pur. Rotes Haus mit grünen Fensterläden an einer kleinen Piazza - genießen erlaubt....

Grymt hotel precis bakom Marcusplatsen. Lite svårt att hitta till en början, men efter men väl gjort det är man glad att det ligger lite undanskymt. Ligger i ett perfekt kvarter, nära till allt. Rekommenderas starkt!
