We stayed two nights (Thursday and Friday). My kids loved the pool. The daytime desk employee was welcoming and helpful. When we went to breakfast Friday... morning we found only bagels, toast, cereal, and yogurt. I was expecting more. Saturday morning they also had sausage. The description of the breakfast should say "light Breakfast" so that people don't think it's more than it is like we did. On Friday evening I asked the nighttime desk employee if we could make popcorn in their machine in the lobby and his reply was less than enthusiastic. It was made on Thursday when we arrived, but for whatever reason it was too much of a chore to have it made again. There are only two restaurants nearby and both are Italian. It's only about 15 minutes to Hershey, so that wasn't too bad. The price was reasonable, and the hotel was very nice. However, it lacked that extra step to make it a really great experience for us.
