ottimo come punto di appoggio per visitare le zone circostanti e le principali attrazioni turistiche della zona. Nota di altissimo rilievo risulta essere la cordialità e la completa disponibilità a qualsiasi esigenza dei clienti da parte dei proprietari dell'esercizio. In poche parole un'esperienza sicuramente consigliabile e da ripetere......!

we really enjoyed our stay at the casale romano resort, it is a beautiful place in beautiful surroundings. you will need some form of transport to get around and the fantastic beach is only 20 mins or so by car. we visited giardini naxos and taormina and also mount Etna, fantastic. the owners and staff make you feel really welcome and at home and we […] will definitely stay here again the next time we are lucky enough to visit Sicily, also the food was great and a really good example of traditional Sicilian cuisine Continua a leggere

hotel is very nice if you like pieceful vacation,staff was helpful, room clean but you can hear what your neighbourhood talks.hotel is on good location if you want to be base to explore the island, but you need a car.parking save and it free,taormina is just 15min drive,catania 30min, etna 25min.breakfast was good

Rural location great in good weather. warm and friendly host , very helpful particularly with unexpected problems. Good food on site but minimal choice. Own car essential.

I have nothing other than positive comments to make about the owners of this hotel. Sabine and her family were wonderful, so friendly, so helpful, so welcoming. Continental Breakfast Buffet in the morning was excellent and plenty of it and we ate one night at the hotel and it was very good food. The location of the hotel is totally rural and very out […] of the way but perfect if you want an authentic quiet setting. My only criticism of this hotel is the comfort of the bedroom- they are extremely basic- no pictures on the wall or any soft furnishings and we did not have a double bed- we had two single beds pushed together, which was uncomfortable!The bed linen was very distasteful colours and was over used and over washed! We also only had one pillow each so not really what you would expect of a four star hotel. Sound proofing in the room was terrible! We could hear everything from the neighbouring rooms, voices, bodily functions the lot!! The rooms were cleaned and your bed made everyday. One hint, hang your towel up and it will not be changed- leave it in a heap and it will! We only worked this out on our penultimate day!! Our stay at this guest house was very enjoyable and the only thing that does not get a 5Star rating would be our particular bedroom. Sabine and her family are always willing to help and are perfect hosts. That said, I do think this hotel is more of a 3Star than a 4Star based on our room, however in terms of value for money it was great. Continua a leggere

Friendly family atmosphere, one of the better places we stayed for young children. Evening meal using local produce was delicious. Room was clean and simple. The bathroom was a little hazardous as the shower curtain didn't really do it's job. Would have appreciated a hair dryer and fridge in the room. "hard to find, but worth it"
Casale Romano is a gem and you can't beat the price. We were treated to a huge suite with kitchen, eating area and lounge area. The hosts were very accommodating and the sitting by the pool at night and watching the stars was one of the highlights of the trip. The only trouble was getting there. We took the wrong road and were lost in the mountains for hours. So be sure to get good directions, and not mind being a little far from the center of Taormina. bed and breakfeast très spacieux ,calme, acceuil très convivial, petit déjeuner sur la terasse très complet et diner excellent , piscine dans un cadre très agréable au milieu d'orangers et citroniers maitresse de maison très chaleureuse et attentionnée un peu éloigné de taormina ( 20 km ) voiture indispensable

Le séjour s'est très bien passé. L'endroit est magnifique (piscine agréable, chambres propres et spacieuses, petit dej très bon, réfrigérateur à disposition avec bouteilles d'eau bien fraîches, personnel très agréable, toujours disponible et de bon conseil). La situation est un point central sur la côte est de la Sicile à 500 mètres des gorges de l'Alcantara […] (très beau site à voir absolument). Pas loin de Taormina et Giardini Naxos. A recommander!!
