Great location easy service shuttle to airport, nearest train station and shopping outlet. Great service

I was stuck in a handicapped room. Night manager said no other rooms available. When I checked out and complained they said that I should have asked for different room.

All very good but they need to improve the cramped little shuttle bus, we felt like backpackers crammed inside with no room and tiny seats

Although it was clean and the staff very polite, the walls are paper thin and it is a very noisy hotel. I paid a LOT of money to stay one night and it did not include wifi or breakfast which I found a total con. I would not stay here again nor would I suggest it.

Nice pool for a good swim to help with the jet lag and tire you out before bed. Close to airport so it is much quicker and easier to stay here than go downtown.

It was exactly what I needed. Very close to the airport. Great transportation to and from the airport. The room was immaculate and very spacious. I will go back there.

We traveled "heavy" for this trip - clothing for the Snow as well as Bangkok Warm. Too many bags. The bus driver from the airport and hotel help were fantastic - unexpected. Front desk was good. As for the room not being perfect - there was a rather gross area in the bathroom - a call quickly took care of it. Happens.

Our stay was only one night, but the stay couldn't have been better. A shuttle was waiting for us at the airport and 5 minutes later we were at the hotel. Check in was quick and efficient and the staff was great. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel, 5 minutes from HKG airport with a free shuttle bus. Ideal for a break between long flights. Not much to do around the hotel, there is a free shuttle to a local mall and the cable car to Disneyland however Hong Kong island is 30 minutes by train from the airport and there is much more to do there.

I stopped here as I had an evening arrival in to Hong Kong and didn't fancy going straight to the city. The hotel was excellent, they sent a car to pick me up as I'd just missed the shuttle, and the room was large and very well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommended.

We arrived in Hongkong around 9pm and needed a comfortable hotel to spend the night. We had dinner at the airport and took a taxi to Marriott. The room was always clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

not convenience to go to airport and eating and drinking . so we dont like to introduce this hotel to our friends.

Restaurant in hotel was excellent! The hotel is 5 minutes from the airport. Helpful staff. Comfortable beds.

Good location for family with kids to stay! However two disappointments happened which brought its overall experience down. 1. We were checked into wrong type of room and had to pack and move into the right type AND 2. Room cleaning was left undone on one occassion and after a tiresome outing, we were upset to find the state of room as messy as we […] left it. Continua a leggere

I usually stay in Kowloon when in Hong Kong, but had many flights this trip, so decided to stay near the airport. I can't say enough! Quiet and comfortable. Staff was extremely professional and accomodating in every way. Everthing in room, bathroom, etc. appeared brand new. Good hotel, same performance like expectation, super high Internet charge, just like all HK hotels.

Almost within walking distance to the HKG terminal. Very nice facility with shuttle leaving every 20 minutes. The food, wi-fi, and drinks, etc. are expensive, but the location and the facility are worth it!

This airport hotel is very close to the airport but because of it it is not convenient for going to Hong Kong city and there is nothing in the neighbourhood. As an airport hotel it is very good- getting there was even easier than I was led to believe from the reviews. The staff found me on their list and then I waited about 10 min until a driver arrived who wheeled my laguage veryshort distance to a car. The check in was quick, staff very helpful and efficient. It took all stress away of arriving after a long journey to an unfamiliar place. My room was comfortable, clean and quiet. It is an expensive hotel compared to other very good hotels that I have stayed in Hong Kong/ China but one pays for the convenience. The breakfast was comparable in price and range of food to other good hotels. There is a regular shuttle to take one to a cable car/bus station which was very reliable- unlike many other such shuttles there was a scheduled return run so one did not need to telephone to be picked up. My only disappointment was that one had to pay for wifi- considering that nowdays much smaller, basic establishments offer it free that is really unacceptable. I would be happy to stay here again when arriving after a long journey but would not stay here for sightseeing Hong Kong Continua a leggere

Getting there: the free shuttle, we waited less than 10 minutes for the transfer and the hotel airport staff helped us with our luggage. Check in was efficient the hotel staff was efficient and courteous both with the check in process and baggage handling. We were very pleased with the freshness of our room very current, clean, bright and comfortable. […] The concierge desk helped us with last minute restaurant reservations and to confirm an appointment with a local business. Outstanding. We ordered room service breakfast during which the ordering staff directed us to a more cost effective option that included everything we wanted and our meal was delivered within 30 minutes. This is a fine hotel, rooms and hotel staff are great. The only problem is the location, which is on the mid levels in HKG and there are no restaurants around the hotel. You have to take a cab or bus down to Central. On the plus side there is a bus stop about 100 yards from the hotel which will take you down to Central in about 10" where you can find […] many restaurants and get the Star Ferry over to Kowloon. For a leading hotel, I wouldn't expect to pay extra for a newspaper, wi-fi, printing a boarding pass and other amenities that are typically provided free of charge by 3 and 4 star competing hotels. The focus on the restaurant staff was to collect money, over cleaning tables and providing service.

Marriott has impressed us with their service and help. Our stay was a wonderful one and we had enjoyed our trip in HongKong. The location of the Marriott Skycity is conveniently located next to the airport. Its a 20 mins walk from the terminal 2. I was pushing 3 luggage with the airport trolley and my wife was pushing the stroller with my son sleeping […] in it. The hotel provide free shuttle bus from terminal 1 & 2. We walked to sight see the area and it was a refreshing experience. Marriott provides free shuttle from hotel to TungChung, Disneyland and airport. The airport express from the Expo next to the hotel was costly. It is adviseable to take the free shuttle to TungChung and travel to other places. The hotel room was clean and spacious. Comparatively, the ammenities were more than sufficient for our whole family. We were offered a free upgrade to high floor with a better view (sea view). However, we maintained our original selection and the king size bed and lower floor(7) view was not lacking at all. We can view the sea and mountainous terrain across the sea. The bed was huge for my 2 yrs old son, me and my wife. We slept well each night after tour. Overall, it was a sweet relaxing stay. Continua a leggere

If you are flying out of Hong Kong early in the morning then this is one of the better selections for overnight accommodations that you good have. It has a great selection of food and the grab and go morning breakfast is great. If you have a late flight then I would recommend that you stay in the city of Hong Kong and enjoy the nightlife of the city […] itself. Continua a leggere

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the airport. It was under a 5 minute ride to the airport. The free shuttle was waiting at the door to pick us up and dropped us at our airline counter. My only complaint was that there is no breakfast buffet for those with early flights.

Good points: 1) Free shuttle service to MTR & airport at regular intervals. Makes up for the distance of the hotel from city 2) Well-maintained bathroom amenities, clean rooms & hallways 3) Efficient & alert staff Bad point: 1) Food is expensive & worse, we were served their special hamburger that turned out spoiled. Upon complaining, the server said […] there was nothing wrong with the smell of the meat. When we insisted, she gave us just a new patty without the bread, saying we had consumed the bread anyway. Would only recommend this hotel if you need the convenience of a hotel close to the airport for an early morning flight. They offer a shuttle to the airport every 20 minutes that drops off at the terminals. The hotel has become rundown in the last 2 years since I stayed there last and I believe needs a facelift. I was also surprised when I checked in […] that the receptionist asked what time I would be checking out. I've been reminded of check out times, but never asked in the past for a specific time I planned to leave. You will be restricted to the hotel for food and beverage because no options are within walking distance so plan accordingly. Overall value for money is low compaired to other options in Hong Kong...unless of course you are catching a flight early and paying for the convenience which was our situation. Continua a leggere

This is a great place to stay when you have to catch an early morning flight from the Hong Kong airport. The facilities are great and staff are helpful. i always like to get a burger while sitting in the lobby bar/lounge.

we stayed right next to the international airport with a free shuttle to the hotel. right next to the hotel is the express train station that will take you 3 big stops. Perfect!

We had a day and a half in HK between long haul flights, and this was perfect to get some rest in comfort. There's a hotel shuttle bus that runs every 20 minutes to the airport, and every 30 minutes to Tung Chung, where there's a mall with a food court and supermarket. I am not easily impressed with hotels but HK Sky City Marriott made me rave about their rooms and services. We had a deluxe room and the bed and table arrangements are fantastic. The view of sunrise is also impressive. Service-wise, I have no bad words to say. They immediately attend to your request. Although Marriott is far from the MTR and the […] hustle and bustle of usual city life in HK, they have a shuttle which will bring you to Tung Chung (every 30mins), Airport and Disneyland. Great hotel in every aspect except for the food. I felt I had to eat there because your staff would not give me information on take out. I don't mind paying way to much money for food if I think it is worth it, but it was not. For the money vs. quality I felt upset about the entire dinner experience. After I ordered and ate I wish I could have had Papa […] Johns take out. Sadly enough it would have been better. a nice hotel with great service. Hotel shuttle bus pick-up from the airport - not that they tell you where to go. And there is a good shuttle from the hotel to the train station so a day-trip into the city is easy. I do not recommend the beauty spa - they have no idea what they are doing, it is overpriced and they use cheap and nasty products.
