Hampton Inn & Suites Little Rock Downtown Little Rock

as i went to check in I was not greeted, I was told the parking was full and told I could drive around downtown and used metered parking or find a garage to park in. No directions, thank yous or enjoy ur stay, no information about the free breakfast, I was handed my card to room never told the number where the elevators where or anything

The only problem i had was with the TV. I had a little trouble with that. Something was wrong with the volume but it seemed to work itself out.

My daughter and myself stayed at the Hampton Inn DownTown for my nephews wedding. The Suite we had, was very spacious and very clean & comfortable. The Staff at the hotel were Wonderful! All of them were very accommodating and very pleasant. The location was great too! It's walking distant to the River Market area Shops and Restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. Went out of their way to make sure my guest and I were taken care of. Very clean facilities and perfectly located in downtown Little Rock.

Very pleased. Hotel was clean, breakfast food was good and staff was very friendly and accomodating. Excellent location. I would stay again if I return to Little Rock.

This hotel is wonderful! The employees were so helpful and nice. They have us awesome restaurant recommendations. The location in downtown is fabulous. I won't stay anywhere else!!

Breakfast was good with omlettes. Hotel staff -Tori at breakfast was very warm, welcoming and offered good servce. Rooms are clean, new furnishings, beds comfy, bath spacious. Will stay here again

I could not have been more pleased with our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites. The management and staff were very pleasant and accommodating from the moment we checked in 'til we left. The complimentary breakfast was far better than expected, and there was plenty of room for guests to sit, which isn't always the case in some hotels. Excellent location to the Clinton Library and other sites. Convenient parking and an excellent restaurant.

Great place to stay if you happen to be Little Rock

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn and was very happy. The hotel staff were pleasant and very helpful. It is centrally located in the River Market district. Check out the Zin wine bar next door. It has a nice ambience and the owners were very polite. I would definitely stay at the Hampton again.

The hotel was very accomodating to our wedding party. The employees helped us in every way they could to make our stay work well for everyone in Little Rock for the wedding. We appreciate their letting us use the lobby seating area for the two families to meet and visit the night before the wedding. The breakfast bar was excellent as well.

Hotel was fine, but I gather that street names have recently changed. Either that or google maps & AT&T Navigator have bad data. Street names were different and had trouble locating the hotel. Other than that - fine place. Stayed one night with family, capping off a multi-state vacation. The area is dead on sunday after 4pm, and parking isnt super […] convenient. Parking fee of $7/day with in/out is fine considering I typically pay 5-7 times that in other cities. Clean, nice complimentary breakfast & nice room. Continua a leggere

We were there just long enough to go to a funeral but wished we could have stayed longer. Conveniently located..rooms were large..beds sooo comfy...would definately return

Rooms in excellent condition. Very cold air conditioner ( got room down to 62 degrees) Breakfast is great, you can make your own waffles. It was my daughters birthday and they let us sing Happy B-day and have cake and ice cream out on the patio by the pool. We even gave the front desk a piece of cake for being good sports.

This is a beautifully decorated hotel with a modern feel. Everything seemed to be new and very clean. The free breakfast was quite good with lots of options. They even had breakfast to go bags at the front desk with fruit, cereal bars, and water in them. I just felt like I was in a high quality hotel with a bargain price.

It's in a great location downtown. Staff were great and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Two thumbs way up!

This was my first visit to Little Rock after having spent some time in Hot Springs. The hotel was simply wonderful. I was able to walk to most of the sites and restaurants! The room was very comfortable and spacious! The continental breakfast was just enough to star my day! Very friendly and helpful staff. I will be back....

We had a girls weekend and this hotel had everything we needed and it was just a short walk to the rivermarket! It was definately worth it. Our room was so cheap compaired to the other hotels in the area and it was every bit as nice! Great Experience!!

The hotel was having technology problems in the business lab and the hotel desk assistance was a tremendous help for a very important email.

The Hampton Inn and Suites is a great location if visiting Little Rock. It is located within easy walking distance to several nice restaurants. I found their rates to be preferable to other hotels in the same area.

The front desk customer service was warm, friendly, and helpful, and location was excellent. It was close to the church where we needed to be and the riverfront where there was a food court, excellent playground for kids, and a Saturday farmer's market. The quality of the breakfast buffet was similar to many hotels of its level--fresh fruit that didn't […] really taste fresh, scrambled eggs that didn't taste like real eggs. The air conditioner cooled the room well, except that it was loud, and the room showed some signs of age. I felt that the price was a bit too high for the quality of food and the age of the hotel. Parking was a pain. Felt to crowded.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms clean and of high quality. Really appreciate there being a refrigerator in the room. The breakfast was excellent, and customer service outstanding. We also enjoyed the fitness facility.

Nice hotel, very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to lots of interesting stuff. Parking on the street was a little thin, but their gated garage was reasonably priced. My only grip is that I asked for a late checkout, and they could only give me an extra hour. Deffinitely recomend this hotel.

The hotel was wonderful. My husband and I were celebrating his birthday and I rented the room as a mini get a way from our normal routine. It was awesome. The room was extremely nice and everyone was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this to others. it was a great exprience!

The Hampton in downtown Little Rock is in a great place if you want be close to the downtown area. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the parking situation. I was sold a parking pass when i checked in. Turns out they have a parking garage around the block behind the hotel with only 3 levels available to use. Came in at 1 in […] the morning and every single spot was full. Actually had to BACK down and around 3 levels to get out of the thing because there was a gate at the top of the 3rd level that restricted further travel to condo owners only. VERY frustrating. Had to park across the street and hope my car didn't get towed. They did refund me my fee and my car didn't get towed so i guess it all worked out. Other than that everything was great. During our recent stay at the Hampton Inn, we had a very comfortable stay. The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremly friendly. We would definetly recommend it to anyone in the future.

This hotel was wonderful. It was beautiful inside, the rooms were large and very comfortable. It was within walking distance to many restaurants, sights, and shopping. It was a perfect place to stay for the marathon - 3 blocks from start and finish.

I only wish I would have known that you had to request a tub as the room had a shower only. Overall, the stay was pleasant and peaceful with very little outside noise if any heard.

The only complaint we have is that our room offered no place to hang our clothing. Our Stay was at a very challenging time, a snow storm had come in and we were lucky to had picked a hotel with a inside parking garage and within walking distance to restaurants. We were taking our child to the Childrens Hospital in Little Rock and the Hotel made it and easier experience for us. Thank you!
