Jupiters Hotel & Casino Gold Coast Broadbeach

It's about a least 10 minutes walk away from the nearest commercial area where you can get nice restaurants. There is a monorail which it can get you to the area in a more convenient way but it will be better if there was no AUD2 charge per trip. Other than that, everything was great!

The room and view was great and the staff were fantastic.

Clean, convenient and comfortable. Great for the 70+ grey nomads who need all the above. We followed the instructions re bedding/sheet change but these were unnecessarily changed daily as were our towels. Loved our room on the 14th floor with views of lovely high rise buildings and all the way to the ocean. Extremely disappointed not to see the latest […] 'show' but hopefully we can come again when the new upgraded venue opens. This is one of the highlights of our visit. Hope to see you again soon. First let me say that upon arrival we were upgraded to one of the luxury penthouse on the last floor, so my review may have been different if we had stayed in the oceanview superior room we initially booked. The room was stunning and service impeccable. The staff was always trying hard to meet our requests, arranged bikes to be rented for us and made […] restaurant recommandation. The hotel facilities are very good, a nice gym, a pretty swimming pool, a bit too small for the hotel capacity. The guests tend to come in the morning and 'book' the lounger by leaving their towels on it, not very nice... However it is planned to be expanded soon.The hotel is also a casino, but that did not disturbed us. They offer a buffet breakfast, that if not included can be quite pricey (25$ per person) but very copious and tasty. The hotel is located on Broadbeach which is south of Surfers' Paradise, maybe 10 min cycling. Next door to the hotel is the great Pacific Fair, a great shopping centre with an impressive Food Hall. Broadbeach has got a high street with shops and restaurant, full of charms. Continua a leggere

Probably the best hotel in Broadbeach. If you are looking to spend most of your time in Surfers Paradise then I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Please rent a car to get around and parking is free, which is a bonus.

This place is no more than 3 - 4 star, not 5 as described on your site. It's past it's prime and is tired and in need of a refurb

was nice rooms are very small very loud stay with people banging on roof and in hallways would not stay there again for the price you can find alot better for cheaper

Staying at Jupiters for a couple ot nights is a real indulgence break for us. Great accomodation, great atmosphere and excellent food to suit all tastes. We highly recommend this destination to anyone looking for a First Class short holiday -or longer if you can afford it !!!

This is absolutely a five star hotel with excellent hotel services and facility!! Definitely will come again!!

The stay was very nice, however even though a King Size bed was requested we ended up with two very small beds which meant our romantic weekend was spent sleeping in separate beds!

We were welcomed by a lovely lady at the check in counter who took care of all our needs. She gave us a bottle of bubbly to help celebrate our anniversary, and couldn't have been more helpful. Also special mention for the staff at the hotel entrance. They were friendly, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Fantastic location, people and accommodation. These people are getting it right.! From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble, the customer service is second to none. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Food five stars Service excellent. Thoroughly recommend

Very pleasant stay here. Only issue was the house keeper entered our room even thou we had a do not disturb sign on the door. would stay again, great place and location.

We were attending an exhibition and seminar at Jupiter's for business. We were very impressed with the whole stay, the location, the mono rail that took us to nearby restaurants and shopping, the business facilities and wonderful staff. We highly recommend this Hotel.

From the minute we arrived we were treated like royalty. Check in was fuss free and friendly. Had dinner @ Spinners that night, staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Good location and convenience for pick ups to Ballooning and Australian Outback Show also close proximity to Pacific Fair,Q1 and restaurants @ Surfers, made my hubby's 50th birthday […] celebrations all the more awesome! Hotel Jupiters is a great hotel, the location is great the rooms are great the service is great, but the one thing that lets it down for me is the disco that is run at the bar in the atrium on Friday and Saturday nights.The noise from the Bass and Drum is excessive. An acceptable conference hotel, large and impresonal with very inflexible rules regarding early check in etc. OK for a conference venue, after all its a Casino not a resort.

Great hotel....lots of people, both local and tourists visiting the hotel, meant there was a great buzz about the place..........great rooms and of a good size, and the great thing was that depsite lots of visitors to the hotel, the lifts to the rooms would only operate with a room key, so security conscious. The time me and my partner spent in this awesome place was amazing great rooms, food, and amazing service definitely a loyal visitor to jupiters from now on.

Very good overall. Would like to see longer hours for the gym/spa/steam room, which closes early on weekends, when it is most needed.

We were very impressed to be able to book a smoking room! Our lunch at Spinners and breakfast the next morning overlooking the pool were both of a very high standard. We only stayed one night for my birthday and went out in the evening,where dinner was included at another venue, but we will definately return and taste test the other eateries on offer […] at Jupiters as I'm sure we will not be disappointed. The gift shop offered surprisingly reasonable prices with a nice range of goods on offer, and we found the staff most helpful and friendly. We loved our short stay and will return again soon. Always enjoy my stay here - a great swimming pool and comfortable rooms...but make sure you get floor 7 and above, floor 5 is too close to the midnight carolling in the bar! Not a bad gym and restaurants are good - particularly breakfast at Spinnakers with the lovely waiter - Peter (who has been there for years!)

Jupiter may be out there in space where no one can hear you scream but no such luck at Jupiter's Hotel on the Gold Coast. The common practice is to abandon young children while the adults go off to enjoy themselves gambling till the wee hours. The consequences are that the kids, left to their own devices, run riot, playing, fighting & screaming in the […] corridors and turning their rooms into Bedlem. A cricket match in the corridor at midnight? No worries. A game of bouncing balls off the adjoining walls of the room? Why not. If you are over 40 without kids, this is NOT the place to stay. Very Average service for a five star hotel, the hotel was extremley understaffed for entire stay. Overall a real disgrace and under expectation from my stay in the past.

Stayed the weekend and thoughly enjoyed ourselves

I travel to the Gold Coast lots, and have done so for many years. This hotel would have to go close to being the very best on the coast. Close to everything, and with the monorail makes such easy access to Broadbeach and the beach. Room service is terrific, excellent quality and of course having the casino is such a bonus if you like a flutter or two. Restaurants […] are varied, good pricing and excellent service. Rooms are lovely, quiet, I had a room next to the lifts and never even noticed any noise. Service from the staff is friendly and informative. Bars are great with cocktail specials each night. Prince Albert Bar is fun and the meals are cheap and huge. All in all a great place to stay and I would not hesitate recommending to anyone. Continua a leggere

Right from arrival, everything was very easy. All our wants and needs were tended too, even to be suprised that we could buy our Dreamworld tickets here. The restaurants were A+, massage, room service, a little retail therapy, and the most impressive, not having to walk all the way to the beach. The monorail provides comfort and ease. Everything was excellent except that i couldn't get the hotel supplied conditoner out of the bottle as it was too thick. The bottle was too hard to squeeze. My daughter had the same problem. Thank you otherwise for a lovely stay.

We couldn't fault this hotel at all as the rooms have been refurbished since we last went there and it is so close to everything you want and the staff are just so nice and arrange all for you.We recommend this resort to all.
