Location was the best for Album for me.... Bedroom is clean and all, my bathroom window has a panel missing ( replaced by a cardboard ) which the staff couldn't fix... Dun count on the breakfast coz its really nothing international or proper ... Just bread and hard boil eggs... Pool is something to see and I wouldn't go in to.... the hotel provide a counter for tea and coffee 24/7, including juices and biscuits. Really good to curb that midnight hunger if you are just feeling lazy to get out of the hotel. the hotel has been over starred. It is just two stars. The lobby does not look as it is on the hotels.com website. However the staff is good and helpful. The location is very good. The rooms are okay in case majority of the time of the guest is outside the hotel.

BEST location- ideal for shopping, restaurants and beach. Breakfast was pretty good for a budget hotel. Wi-fi worked well. Staffs were very friendly except one guy, but overall, i really enjoyed!

Small but adequate. It works great as a transit hotel (vs a destination hotel). Good location for exploring Patong. Our room was small but it serves its purpose. Reasonably clean.

Super clean, bed sheets and rooms were cleaned everyday. Staff eager to help all the time. Even after I left they still wave and smile when I went past over a week later. 5-10min walk from Bangla, the main beach and jungcylon, 7/11's and familyMarts across the road (very conveinient) and Phuket gym is only 200m away. I stayed there before and would again after my second time. The staff is nice and friendly but not 5 star but definatley a solid 4. They always have free coffee and juice for you during the day. Location is great.

Unfortunately we only stayed for one night, but could have spent more time at this hotel. We used Patong as a stopover before heading to Phi Phi and wanted to get a taste of the Phuket party scene. Album was a great surprize for me, excellent location, staff, rooms. Awesome breakfast options with varieties of fruits. Staff was very helpful arranging in all the sightseeing in Phuket. I would strongly recommend someone who has low budget and comfy rooms.

The Album Hotel is nicely located within walking distance of the Beach, Jung Ceylon, Bangla Rd, restaurants, bars, shops etc etc. I like the decor of the Hotel overall and the set up of my room. My only gripe with thbe Hotel is the noise. The traffic is VERY noisy from early morning to very late at night, but then again it is going to be noisy just […] about everywhere in Patong... My room was on the 3rd floor with balcony facing the intersection. It was VERY difficult for me to sleep with all the noise - so if you are a light sleeper you are not going to like it, I suggest you bring ear plugs. The included breakfast was simple and more than adequate (cereal, toast, boiled eggs, jams, croissants, yoghurt, juice, coffee & fruit). The location was perfect. It was close to the clubs, restaurants and beach. They were personable, english speaking was easy, the hotel and rooms were clean, nice breakfasts, and overall good service with booking exactly what I wanted to see and do.

Staff were increadibly helpful and welcoming. The hotel facilities are top rate and the regularly serviced rooms are immaculate. Great location, close to the beach, shopping and delicious restaurants. Couldn't have hoped for a better hotel.

Very hip sort of Hard Rock Cafe hotel feel in a small package. Good location and not far from the beach. Service is ok and enjoyed playing the house acoustic guitar. Very small and not good for children. No pool etc.. I would stay again if i don't have anymore children.

We were introduced to this hotel by friends. The prices were very reasonable. The moment we reached the hotel, we saw the lobby was designed with teak pillars and there were coffee tables with comfy chairs in a balcony and a high bar table with stools. This is where we have our daily breakfast - which is very homely, consisting of bread, crossiants, […] cereal with milk, juices and jam provided! For the price, it is ridiculous to expect a intercontinental breakfast buffet. The hotel thrives on it being a small cozy establishment. It feels like a home away from home. The Album is a guesthouse worth satying comparing to many 3-4* hotels in Patong & yet cheaper. The room is clean, the location is so convenient and the decoration is just nice & cozy. I like the common area very much where there's free flow of water & juices in the fridge + biscuits to consume at anytime.

Hotel is located just a few minutes walk to beach. Room is clean and chick. 32" LCD TV, mat (for beach) and basket were provided in room. Jacuzzi is on the roof-top. Staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Overall i had a great stay here. My biggest complaint was the noise. It is on a busy street corner and the shutter windows did not even muffle the sounds of motorbikes whizzing by. We really enjoyed our stay at the Album hotel. Mai and Johnny were some of the most friendly and helpful people I have met. They made our stay as pleasant as possible, and the rooms were clean and new, with a very contemporary style that I thoroughly enjoyed. Hotel is located in the heart of Patong. There are many convenience stores and Subway near the hotel. Take only 3 min walk to Patong Beach and 5 min to Jungceylon and Bangla Road. Hotel service is excellence, furthermore, tea/coffee and snack provided all day long

The Album Hotel was very small but that was good cause you will specially treated by their staff. It was very warm and inviting, bringing so much a light-heart feeling. I wish all my SE Asia hotels were are great value as Album. Great location, low price, well maintained property, no complains. I liked the complimentary juices, tea, and cookies all day. Would go back.

The Album was a great Boutique hotel in the heart of crazy Patong. 1 long block to beach, and 5 minutes from Bangla road. The free wifi in room was the best! and soo fast. Breakfast snacks and unlimited water were extremely convenient. Made it easy to get up at a leasurly pace before exploring the city. The hotel staff was great and friendly... Hotel rooms are very small and very load at nite. hotel bed was hard, but I think this is like any hotel in Thailand. If you like to party a lot this is the place to be!
