"Horrible front desk staff"
We stayed here for one reason- to fly out of LIT. The front desk completely botched the pickup, the payment, and we almost missed our flight. We had to drive to the airport, completely negating our reason for stating here. Really poor service.

The room was neat and clean which is all we required. The breakfast the next morning was quite satisfactory and had a nice selection of items.

Very nice room but a little small. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Staff was friendly. You have to drive about 10-15 minutes if you want to find more restaurants. Close to the airport but I didn't hear a single plane while I was there. Stayed in an inside room.

"Friendly Staff"
There was an issue with my reservation and the manager was super friendly and was able to get my room. Grant it it wasn't a king bed but since it was only for 1 night I didn't care. The room was clean the the common area of the hotel well maintained. I would stay there again in a heart beat.

It is very close to highway lots of diseal truck noise and air base nearby with large refueling tankers flying overhead. But everything else was great breakfast was very nice also.
Great place to stay. The room and hotel were very nice and oh so clean. The staff were all very friendly , professional and helpful. Also the breakfast was great. The room rate I received from hotels.com was extremely reasonable. I will be staying here again when I return to little rock. Highly recommend others.

1. Only one clerk working with 12 people checking in at midnite, so had to wait about 30 minutes. 2. Room for first nite was in a separate building from main hotel. I did not have a car so it was a long haul with bags on a muggy night. Room was small and noisy but clean. I asked to change rooms fror second night to main building and had a much better […] room. Free wifi very attractive. 3. Shuttle service very convenient. Bus to/from airport (which is less than a mile away) came wthin minutes 4. There is a Boston's restaurant/sports bar in same parking lot which was very convenient as I did not want to drive anywhere for dinner. 5 Morning breakfast buffet better than average: hot and cold choices including eggs, bacon, bagels, fresh coffee, juice choices, cerals etc. 6. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. We got up late due to late arrival plane (midnight). We just missed breakfast , I told the staff and I was assisted to get breakfast. I may add all staff in contact with had a very helpful attitude

"Holiday Inn Express, LIttle Rock"
Very conveniently located near airport. It said it had a restaurant on-site, however the restaurant is next door at the Holiday Inn. Afternoon staff was friendly but the early morning desk clerk was not. If I need to stay near the airport again, I will probably book the Holiday Inn next door because of the restaurant.
Nice hotel with restaurants close by.

"Great for a nite out !"
Staying here is a great way to take a break ! We had a a room that had a very loud A/C, but they were great to move us to another room, and enjoyed it alot, Some places we have stayed at, where there was problems, they acted like "You wanted them to actually do their job ?". Simple and very nice breakfast.

People go to McDonalds because they know what the food will taste like. Likewise, people stay at a Holiday Inn Express because they know what to expect. Admittedly, I got in late, was exhausted and got up early to leave again, so I really didn't look around, but from what I experienced, the hotel was clean and predictable - something that can be appreciated […] when you travel as much as I do. Special Note: You are literally only minutes from the airport which is great! "Almost a disaster...."
Getting picked up at LIT airport did require 2 phone calls but that was easy. The hotel is literally less than 5 minutes away. Well appointed grounds and curiously the "regular" Holiday Inn was directly next door..... Check in was swift and easy and the layout of the entry and common area was great. The snacking area is an open area w/ plenty of seating […] and the pool and "arcade"area was on the other side. Very well laid out for families. The buisiness center and fitness room were away from the main traffic behind the front desk. good location for late night or early morning people in terms of safety. The near disaster was when I opened the door to my beautifully appointed room. The wave of perfumed air freshener nearly knocked me over. I thought perhaps it was because the door had been closed. I propped the door open and turned the air on full blast for about ten minutes.. I then had to take a buisiness call and sat in the waiting area for ten more minutes. when i returned to the room the smell was as strong as ever. Very disappointed I went to the desk and asked about the smell. They replied all of the rooms have air freshener in them. I told them I could not stay in that room as it was overwhelming. They offered to send me up to the full service Holiday Inn but then realized I used a third party, Hotels.com... They then asked if I would try another room which I agreed.. They found me a room w/ an outside door. Upon entering it was like night and day.. no overwhelming smell. They asked to come to my original room and upon opening that door they were aghast at the strength of the smell. Very apologetic. The room I spent the night in was clean comfortable and pleasant. My experience was mixed and expensive for what i got. My room was very far from the front desk but the clerk did not advise me to drive around back where i would be steps from my room. Super friendly staff, plenty of pillows (BOTH FIRM AND SOFT) and a great mattress. I was on the freeway side and could hear the road noise but really a great stay.

Holiday Inn Express Little Rock Airport An excellent break in the routine. Good sized room, nice and quiet in spite if being under an approach. Kids loved the pool and the breakfast was above average. No complaints.

We needed to get to the ATA World Championships in the city and needed to take the shuttle. They were all very helpful. Great hotel for the money. We will be back next year.

Just what you would expect for a re-model to a down-scale hotel. Can't see sign from interstate. Terrible location unless you need to be by the airport. No shopping, grocery, major restaurants, or entertainment in area. Rooms did not have mini-fridge or microwave or new TV's. Reserved 2 rooms. Highway noise could have been a factor so we stayed in rooms that did not face highway directly. Air conditioner control was great, room stayed cool as needed.
