Prendendo come riferimento la Place Bab Taghzou, e seguendo le indicazioni del riad a fianco, non avrete problemi a raggiungere questa sistemazione così tipica...la cosa migliore:la proprietaria, che con il suo francese perfetto e affascinante vi saprà dare ogni tipo di consigli e informazioni, nel nostro caso sempre ottimi. Fantastica colazione marocchina, ospitalità impeccabile. Unico neo: la nostra camera aveva una finestrella dietro la testiera del letto che dava su un vicolo parecchio movimentato (durante il giorno). Consiglio questo riad a chiunque ami una vacanza genuina e originale: siamo nel cuore della medina e qui si tocca con mano la vita di chi la abita. Per cogliere il vero spirito di questa cultura, è qui che bisogna venire. Da provare, assolutamente. Per non portare a casa ricordi scontati!

Abbiamo trovato un ambiente accogliente e sia il titolare che il personale sono persone molto ospitali e disponibili. La posizione è molto comoda e a un prezzo competitivo, purtroppo per come è fatta Marrakech tutta a vicoletti è arduo trovarlo senza qualcuno del posto, ma dato che nostri amici alloggiavano in un altra Riad ho avuto conferma che è un problema comune anzi...la nostra posizione dopo 2 o 3 volte era raggiungibile anche da soli!

Un'atmosfera magica. Dalla confusione delle strade della Medina ad un angolo di pace e silenzio. Colazione molto buona, camere semplici ma davvero curate. Personale disponibile e cortese. Assolutamente consigliabile, anche per l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
Posizione.
Kenzi Menara Palace - questo hotel per famiglie si trova a Marrakesh, in zona Agdal. Nei dintorni è possibile visitare i seguenti luoghi di interesse: Cinema Megarama, Parco acquatico di Oasiria e Giardini dell'Agdal. Nella stessa area sono inoltre presenti: Tombe Saadiane e Palazzo El Badi.

Accoglienza perfetta , personale gentile disponibile mai una scortesia,colazione estrema piena di cose buone,c'è anche del buon caffe italiano, i servizi di benessere sono ottime,buoni i brani di musica al piano bar etc...

Hotel is exquisite.. but room service is awful. Called 3 times about cleaning the room, as the floors had very fine but very problematic layer of dirt on them. "Kenzi Menara Palace - too far for tourists"
When we took the taxi to Kenzi Menara Palace the driver argued it was far to drive, and it is way out of the normal tourist beat. The buildings look great, the rooms are well appointed but it feels more like a conference venue than a luxury tourist hotel. They charge close to 3 Euros each for the coffee and tea bags in the room! Ridiculous. We laso […] asked them to change our beds to the normal location, it was not done. Reception and reservations do not seem to talk to each other because we stayed there twice, the first time we got a noisy room facin the busy loud main street. We wanted a quiet room with a pool view and had to phone reservations as we sat at reception. Yet when we arrived from Skoura, they knew nothing. I liked the Spa. Expensive but enjoyable. Especially the Spa pool after a long hot day walking the souks. If you want to see the main attractions of Marrakech, don't stay here, it is too far to walk to Gueliz or the Medina. You will need a car or taxi the whole time. Breakfast was good the first day. Then it was exactly the same everyday tehreafter. No imaginatio whatsoever. The two restaurants are nt so good either. Loved the stay, very convenient, away from the maddening crowd - spa facilities and therapists were 100% efficient. Breakfasts could do with a little more variation!

the hotel is in very good condition and the service is some what good except when we had an issue with the TV which kept acting up and the service arrived after one hour of my call. Also don't expect to have an iron to iron your t-shirt because I had the impression that the hotel is trying to make money of everything, they charge me for coffee or tea […] in the room that I found free in every hotel I went to, in Kenzi it's not and it cost me around 3 dollars. Also the bathroom is nice but you can not take a shower standing because it has a faulty design where you have to hold the thing where the water comes from with your hand to shower. "Great hotel but let down (a bit) by service"
The hotel is large, spacious and nicely decorated so very accommodating. Rooms are very large as are the beds and bathrooms. All pretty new to provide you with a very welcoming experience. The pool is very big and there are plenty of sunbeds and ample space so doesn't feel crowded. Breakfast buffet includes a large selection of items. The quality of […] food is good but not exceptional. The biggest failure point is the hotel staff, in particular the reception and concierge services. Staff's English is relatively poor. Whilst French tourists make the biggest single group of hotel customers, the majority of customers are from other countries such as the UK, Spain and other European countries. The Concierge was unable to provide any tourist information help, even very basic stuff like location of key attractions. In a country like Morocco where everything is so different to what most Western tourists are used to such a service is invaluable. "Very relaxing get away"
You will smell rose water when you walk in to the hotel you get nice cool towels and some mint tea while you check in. Very friendly staff speak very good English. El hotel muy bonito. las habitaciones muy amplias. El personal muy profesional. El desayuno muy Variado. Lo unico es que esta un poco lejos del centro en una zona nueva. Dejate aconsejar por los conserjes para organizar tus desplazamientos o para hacer tus reservas de excursiones, restaurantes o inlcuso un hammam que aconsejamos probar uno externo en […] lugar del del hotel que es muy parecido a cualquier spa en Europa. Un service impeccable et souriant. De très belles chambres, luxueuses et confortable. calme et verdoyant, bien qu'à une distance raisonnable du centre. Un point faible: courts de tennis en mauvais état.

"Parfait pour du repos"
Très bel hôtel récent, parfums de fleur d oranger dans le lobby, piscine magnifique et chaises longues grand confort. Chambres très spacieuses et bon petit dej. Un bémol: peu de taxi a la sortie de l hôtel mais navettes gratuites toutes les 2h. J y retournerai

Fantástico!! lo recomendaría a todo el mundo. Al principio tenía dudas sobre todo por el tema de la distancia, tampoco está tan lejos 8 mim en coche, el hotel te ofrece uns servicio gratis de transporte todo el día ida y vuelta al centro. También destacaría las amplias habitaciones y el desayuno. Cuando vuelva a Marrakesh volveré al kenzi Menara.

Nous avons été ravi de la qualité des lieux. La répartition des chambres en allée dans l'hotel est originale : allée des oliviers, citronniers, bougainvilliers...Les promenades dans les jardins bien entretenus sont très agréables. Quant au petit déj, il est à la hauteur de l'ambition de l'hôtel à savoir excellent et complet.

Personnel très accueillant, hotel très propre, qualité de l'entretien au niveau des jardins excellent. Très bonne cuisine, variée. A faire et a refaire ! Toujours quelqu'un à notre service et à notre écoute.

Le personnel est génial, ils sont aux petits soins, les chambres sont spacieuses, une trés belle vue surtout côté picine avec beaucoup de verdures. A recommander vivement, j'i repartirai.
